Kurz eine Nacht zu verbringen, das Hotel ist sehr gut in der Atmosphäre und es gibt viele Gäste. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr gut, die Zimmerdekoration ist relativ alt, es gibt eine kleine Terrasse, vielleicht ist es lange geöffnet.

Awesome Service, der Front-Zähler ist wirklich nett und geduldig, uns in jedem Quires zu helfen. Das Zimmer ist sauber mit schönem Meerblick. Es fühlt sich ziemlich gut, die Himmelstars zu sehen, wenn sie auf dem Bett liegen in der Nacht und der Morgen Himmel ist super schön. Zusätzlich enthält der Hotelpreis kostenlose Fahrkarten für Erfahrung 365, wir genossen dort viel. .

A nice hotel with good breakfast. My family of 4 adults were enjoyed our 2N stayed there. However, there are rooms for improvement on the room door key system and the lift. They are too old and inconvenient to use in today’s environment. Even thot it is functionally working. The door is hard to open and closed with the key, where the cards system will be a better choice. The lift is too small for guest.

Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und wir hatten sogar einen Blick auf den Flur ...
Das Frühstück war auch schön mit viel Auswahl und beherbergte meine Milch kostenlose Diät ohne Probleme .
Wir werden hier sicher wieder bleiben.

Die Leute sind sehr gut, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, aber das Frühstück ist nicht an der gleichen Stelle, ich muss noch einen anderen Auto fahren, um den Supermarkt zu holen, einige sind sauer, aber anrufen Sie die Informationen, sie haben eine enthusiastische Erklärung, das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut!

Es liegt etwa eine halbe Autostunde vom Santa Elderly Village entfernt.
Fahrt in den Wald beim Hotel. In der Einsamkeit liegt eine gewisse Schönheit! ! Es ist auch mysteriös …
Auch Rehe gibt es im Hotel!
Schade, dass ich dieses Mal kein Polarlicht gesehen habe.

湖を臨むロケーションはムーミンの世界に入り込んだかのようで、散歩するだけでも楽しい。
残念ながらオーロラを見ることはできなかったのですが、ガラスの天井から見る空は曇り空でも美しく、できることならこの空を見るためだけでも連泊したかった。
湖に飛びこむサウナ体験はものすごく満足度が高い。直前のメールにも関わらず予約をとってくださったアプッカチームの方に感謝です。
英語が拙く、スタッフの方を混乱させて申し訳なく思いながらも、本当に楽しい滞在でした。

GGastnutzerAuch die Ausstattung des Hotels ist recht vollständig. Die Lobby ist geräumig und hell und bietet einen komfortablen Sitzbereich. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, checkt schnell ein und versorgt uns mit lokalen Reiseinformationen, sodass wir unsere Reiseroute klarer planen können.
Das Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, war sauber und komfortabel, mit moderner Einrichtung und sehr weichen Betten. Das Zimmer ist mit kostenfreiem WLAN, einer Minibar und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Auch die Badezimmerausstattung ist hochwertig und die Warmwasserversorgung ausreichend.
Insgesamt schneidet das Hotel hinsichtlich Service, Ausstattung und Lage gut ab und ist eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunftswahl.

AAzmann BWilderness Hotel Juutua is a charming and peaceful hotel located just outside the town center of Inari, right next to Lake Inari. The lakeside location is truly beautiful, offering stunning natural views and a calm atmosphere that feels very special, especially in winter.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient.
Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared.
Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start.
Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

KkelvinchewsvIt was an experience out of the world during our stay here. We arrived early wanting to drop our bags but they allowed us to check in early anyway as our room was ready.
The cabin itself was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom floor was heated which was nice. We got to even see the northern lights from our bed even though it only lasted for less than a minute. One thing to note is cabins are located quite near to one another and with the glass panels, you don't get total privacy. Make sure to request for a cabin off the stretch of main road to have more privacy.
We had breakfast and dinner here. Options were quite limited but understandable given the location. All dishes were labelled clearly, and we had no issues as vegetarians. We even saw some neighbourhood squirrels enjoying their breakfast.
The place is very modern and managed commercially as a business, with everything extra requiring extra charges (you may even pay for staff to pick up your bags from your cabin to the main reception, which is a 2-5 min walk affair).
Despite this, we think it's still worth trying out for a night to have something that's different.

AAussie_ShaI caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze.
Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep.
Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner.
Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly.
The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊
There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything.
I will definitely choose to stay again next time I travel to Rovaniemi.
