Firstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

Superzentrisches Hotel, freundliches Personal, große und gemütliche Zimmer, gutes Frühstück (obwohl das Personal nicht mit so viel Gast ausgestattet) und angemessener Preis. Empfohlen.

An excellent experience travelling with a dog. She had a bed, bowls and treats. Dinner was excellent and the best breakfast spread I’ve ever had. A really great hotel centrally located near Cathedral and shops. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Great location, quiet room, and very convenient parking! I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!). The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again!

Preis-Qualität ist sehr gut.. wir werden wiederholen, wenn wir nach Valladolid zurückkehren. Wir haben uns die Zimmer miteinander verbunden, um mit Kindern zu gehen, ist empfehlenswert.

There is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.

Die Stadt ist sehr sauber, das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage und kann von der Attraktion zu Fuß gehen Das Hotel hat eine ausreichende Parkplätze, Parkgebühren Sehr großes Problem: Das Hotelzimmer wird in den Teppich eingehen, wir wohnen im ersten Stock (in der Tat im zweiten Stock), am Morgen sah ich auf dem Tisch viele Würmer im Bett, am nächsten Tag hatte auch Würmer auf den Kleidern im Kleidungsschrank, ich fühle mich unerträglich, dass ich mich nicht leiden kann

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe der Bahnhof, obwohl Dekorationen und Einrichtungen ein bisschen alt sind, ist es gut gepflegt, sehr sauber und ist den Standard des Star Hotels gerecht. In Europa ist es sehr gut, die Rezeption-Service-Personal sind sehr enthusiastisch und der Preis ist auch sehr praktisch, über meine Erwartungen hinaus.
