La habitación que me dieron estaba a pie de calle y no tenía persiana, si ponía la TV me veían desde fuera. Tampoco había nadie en recepción ya que la recepción está en otro edificio. La localización es muy buena ya que está muy céntrico.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage, nur einen Block von der Altstadt entfernt, mit direktem Busanschluss zum Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung ist neu und umfassend, inklusive eines großen Swimmingpools, an dem man sogar eine Quittung für die Handtücher erhält. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet köstlichen Schinken. Der Zimmerservice verwöhnt Sie mit frisch zubereiteten, exzellenten Pizzen und anderen hochwertigen Zutaten. Der Service ist hervorragend; die Mitarbeiter stellten uns proaktiv einen Stadtplan der Altstadt zur Verfügung und erklärten uns geduldig alles. Obwohl es draußen heiß war, war es im Hotel angenehm kühl. Insgesamt vergebe ich volle fünf Sterne und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Obwohl das Hotel nicht ganz in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt, ist es nicht weit zu Fuß und es besteht keine Notwendigkeit, ein Auto zu nehmen. Unten gibt es viele Restaurants, aber achten Sie auf die Öffnungszeiten. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind nicht sehr neu und der Service an der Rezeption ist gut. Auch nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt.

This hotel is a solid choice for business travelers looking for convenience and value. The location is unbeatable—right next to the conference center I was visiting, with easy access to public transport links. My room was functional and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a reliable Wi-Fi connection that held up perfectly for video calls. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection of hot and cold items, though it did get crowded during peak hours. The only minor downsides were the thin walls, which let in some hallway noise, and the slow room service during the evening rush. Overall, it’s a practical pick that gets the job done without any frills.

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

Die Lage des Hotels war so gut. Es war sehr bequem zu Fuß zu gehen. Die Zimmer wurden zugewiesen Zimmer 402, aber 1.2 ging auf den dritten Stock durch einen separaten Aufzug im Inneren Lobby und ging zurück zum ersten Stock durch Steppe. Ich musste hochgehen ㅠㅠ Ich konnte nicht reibungslos mit dem Lobbypersonal kommunizieren, also war ich ein Transporter im Lobby und ging halb sofort runter und wurde nicht beunruhigt.. Es ist nur zehn Schritte im Lobby, aber bitte erzählen Sie mir direkt. ㅠㅠ Ich denke, der Führer war unzureichend. Und es war zu kalt während meiner zwei Nächte bleiben.. Der Temperaturunterschied zwischen Innen- und Außenbereich hielt das Wasser auf den Fenstern, und die Lachenluft war so kalt, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Das Badezimmer war zu kalt, also als ich am Morgen zum Bad ging, schreckte ich. Andererseits war der Wasserdruck stark, so das heiße Wasser kam gut aus. Es war nicht eine Alhambra-Aussicht, sondern der Hof außerhalb des Zimmers? Ich ging für eine Weile zum Rauchbereich der Terrasse und konnte die kathedrale Aussicht sehen.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Königspalast und der Kirche von Sevilla entfernt. Die Fahrt zum Hotel dauert etwa 20 Minuten. Der Busbahnhof liegt am Plaza de Armas Am anderen Ende liegt der Flughafen Sevilla. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass mein Freund mit einer spanischen Bankkarte bezahlt , Shampoo und Duschgel. Sie müssen Ihre eigene Zahnbürste mitbringen. Es gibt keine kostenlosen Wasserflaschen am Eingang. Das Hotelfrühstück ist von 6:30 bis 10:30 Uhr. Die Auswahl ist reichhaltig und der Geschmack ist sehr gut. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann es jedem empfehlen.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich herausragend und überzeugt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und legen großen Wert darauf, Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Im Urlaub hatte ich ein Problem mit meinem Koffer, der sich nicht öffnen ließ (wahrscheinlich, weil er im Flugzeug herumgeschleudert wurde). Die Mitarbeiter halfen mir und fanden eine Lösung, um hineinzukommen, indem sie die Etiketten durchschnitten und glattstrichen, um Verletzungen zu vermeiden. Ohne diese Hilfe hätte ich für die Reise keine Kleidung gehabt. In Spanien hatten wir einen landesweiten Stromausfall, auf den niemand Einfluss hatte. Die Mitarbeiter haben das so gut wie möglich gemeistert. Sie erlaubten uns, Wasser aus dem Pool zu holen, um die Toilettenspülung zu unterstützen, die vom Stromausfall betroffen war. Sie stellten uns Kerzen und Streichhölzer zur Verfügung. Außerdem hatten die Zimmer eine Taschenlampe. Als der Strom wieder da war, organisierten sie ein Treffen mit kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks, um uns für unsere Geduld zu danken. Das war eine nette Geste, auch wenn es nicht die Schuld des Hotels war. Mein Zimmer war kürzlich renoviert worden, und ich war sehr beeindruckt von dem neuen Design und den getroffenen Entscheidungen. Das Resort wurde vom fantastischen Reinigungsteam stets sauber gehalten und war stets bemüht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben sich an die Verpflichtung des Hotels zur Reduzierung der Umweltbelastung gehalten. Das Hotel verfügt zwar nicht über eigene Parkplätze, aber kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße zwischen Hotel und Park sind so leicht zu finden, dass dies kein Problem darstellt. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Strandpromenade und einer Auswahl an Restaurants für Frühstück und andere Mahlzeiten entfernt. Ich war schon einmal in diesem Hotel, aber ich habe dieses Jahr eine deutliche Verbesserung in der Führung des Sahara Sunset erlebt. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das Hotel weiterentwickelt.
