"Das Essen kann auch sein, das Hotel ist abgelegen. Wenn es warmes Wasser gibt, wo man schwimmen kann, ist es besser. Andere Hotel-Helikopter und andere Zeiten sind ein bisschen lang. Alles, was im Hotel gegessen wird, ist gebührenpflichtig. Wenn Sie nicht bezahlen, sind Sie gut."

"Das ist ein 3.5/4 Sternhotel. Für die Marke wartete ich auf ein höheres Serviceniveau und bessere Einrichtungen. Das Fenster in unserem Schlafzimmer war schmutzig bis zu einem Punkt, wo wir kaum die Außenseite sehen konnten, einige Bereiche brauchen TLC, und einige Möbel brauchen Ersatz. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist nicht bequem (entweder ganz hell oder total dunkel, nicht zwischen). Der Fernseher hat uns irgendwie nicht kontrolliert (nur die Fernsehbox). Sie fühlten sich, dass wir aufwachen müssen, um uns daran zu erinnern, dass wir am Mittag checkout brauchen (die ich billig, brutal und unnötig finde). Ich kam mit höheren Erwartungen und war leider enttäuscht. günstige Punkte: gutes Bett + freundliches Personal."

"Reservamos 3 habitaciones para un viaje familiar, excelente opción. Frente al río, a pocos pasos de la iglesia San Francisco, muy tranquilo, servicio de desayuno a la carta, piscina y un salón con TV y juegos de mesa. Comedor amplio al aire libre y piano. Es una hotel de 9 habitaciones únicamente y el servicio es personalizado. Te ayudan a reservar tours y transporte."

"The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning."

"Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte im Oresca Hotel. Die Besitzer sind herzlich und super freundlich. Frühstück von 7-9, es war sehr lecker mit Eiern,Speck Waffeln und frischen Früchten. Es gab überraschend eine kostenlose Massage am ersten Morgen. Definitiv zu empfehlen wir werden wieder kommen!"

"The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!"
