Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist top, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Taichung, was die Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel sehr bequem macht. Das Frühstück, das man am Vortag auswählen kann und das dann zur vereinbarten Zeit frisch zubereitet wird, ist wirklich hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, gibt es sogar kostenlose Parkplätze. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter für ihre engagierte Unterstützung! Ich habe ein Lieblingskleidungsstück im Zimmer gelassen und es erst gefunden, als ich nach dem Auschecken in Yilan ankam! Ich rief das Personal um Hilfe und spürte ihre enthusiastische Unterstützung. Da die Rezeption des nächsten Hotels sich weigerte, das Paket abzuholen, versuchten die Mitarbeiter des Fengjia Hotels ihr Bestes, mir zu helfen, es mithilfe einer schwarzen Katze zur nächsten Selbstabholstelle zu schicken! Vielen Dank!
Ich reise mit dem Auto und das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage und einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, die beide kostenlos sind. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Fengjia-Nachtmarkts, der für einen nächtlichen Besuch sehr praktisch ist.
Das Zimmer ist ordentlich und sauber, das Platzangebot groß und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr hoch. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wiederkomme, werde ich auch hier übernachten!

Tolle Lage! In der Nähe des Bahnhofs Tainan.
Wir hatten ein tolles Angebot, 100 USD pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück für zwei. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber ich glaube, wir wurden beim Einchecken auf ein Familienzimmer umgebucht. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig und ziemlich sauber, abgesehen von einem Glasdruck auf einem der Nachttische.
Zum Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an *********, japanischen und westlichen Gerichten.

Dies ist ein älteres, altersgerechtes Hotel, das vermutlich kürzlich renoviert wurde und sich durch eine schlichte Einrichtung und minimalistische Dekoration auszeichnet. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind geräumig und bieten viele altersgerechte Annehmlichkeiten. Es gibt keinen separaten Dusch- und WC-Bereich, vermutlich um den Zugang für Rollstuhlfahrer zu gewährleisten. Die Zimmerausstattung ist zwar nicht neu, die Bettwäsche jedoch relativ neu und sauber. Für Autofahrer steht eine Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück, hauptsächlich chinesischer Art, wird gegenüber serviert. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist der nach dem Ausbau der bodentiefen Fenster auf dem Balkon zurückgebliebene Türrahmen, der eine Stolpergefahr darstellen könnte; der Besitzer sollte dies beheben. Die Umgebung ist recht lebhaft; ich empfehle die Zhi Xiang Hühnersuppe mit Tintenfisch-Reisnudeln – sie ist köstlich, aber leider war das Hühnchen aus und wir konnten keins bekommen.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Personal ist in Ordnung.
Das Bett ist zu niedrig und unbequem; es sollte ausgetauscht werden!
Auf den Fotos wirkt das Zimmer geräumig, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es sehr klein. 👀
Die Zimmertür hat ein herkömmliches Schnappschloss.
Es gibt zwar einen Fernseher, aber er ist praktisch unbrauchbar; er ist schwer zu bedienen und kann nur Nachrichten empfangen. 🤪
Frühstück ist inklusive, was ein Pluspunkt ist. 🙂

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im CP Hotel.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Housekeeping leistet hervorragende Arbeit.
Alle Mitarbeiter, von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis hin zum Shuttlebusfahrer, sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel liegt etwas weit von der Haltestelle der Taoyuan Airport Line (A18) entfernt, bietet jedoch einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum und vom Bahnhof an. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieser Service um 16:30 Uhr endet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und abwechslungsreich, und die Speisekarte wechselt täglich.
Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie in Flughafennähe übernachten möchten, da es preiswert und preiswert ist.

SSunny.ChiuVor langer Zeit lebte ich in Hengchun und arbeitete als Yogalehrerin. Ich fand die Umgebung damals wunderschön. Wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, muss ich unbedingt wiederkommen und Urlaub machen.
Ich habe meine Kinder nach vielen Jahren wieder mitgebracht, und es ist immer noch so schön!
Das Zimmer ist auch sehr komfortabel. Die Kinder hatten auch viel Spaß mit der intelligenten Haushaltshilfe. Als ich nachts eine Duschhaube brauchte, brachte sie mir der Roboter an die Zimmertür. Ich hoffe, dass beim nächsten Familienurlaub mehr Leute das gemeinsam erleben können!
P.S.: Die Einkaufstaschen gefallen mir auch sehr gut.

MMBenningGut ist, Ablage für Koffer ist da, Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist hervorragend. Nicht so gut, das Zimmer ist zu klein und die Decke zu niedrig. Ich hatte in Fahrstuhlnähe gebucht und hatte dann ein Zimmer zwischen den Fahrstühlen. Das war zu laut. Zimmer leider zu kalt in der Nacht, ich bekam eine Heizkörper. Alles in allem OK. Preislich NASA.

GGastnutzer1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

CCP_LeeI write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all.
The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing?
The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room.
On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before.
It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well?
Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me.
It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again

CClymene LimThoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sun Palm B&B. Have written this review in English, but we communicated with them in Chinese. We stayed at this B&B during the tourism off-peak season (March).
Service - Amazing. They were very responsive on Line, and quick to reply. They were also helpful with our requests/questions (e.g. fetching service to and fro airport, car rental service, traffic road conditions in Penghu) and were polite. They also gave some advice on what can or cannot be done (e.g. we wanted to cycle around Penghu, but they advised us saying Penghu was too big to travel on a bicycle). The driver was always punctual when picking us up, and when sending us to the airport. In fact, he was already there, with the car ready, minutes before we were supposed to leave for the airport - we didn't even need to remind them. The lady boss was very friendly - when we first arrived, she asked if we were new to Penghu (it was our first time), and she introduced where to explore in Penghu, and what to eat. She also told us that if we wanted to do water activities, we can approach them, and they can make a check with the centres to see if they are open since it was off-peak season for tourist activities. We also had some extra request regarding the check out timing, and she helped us with it too. Before we arrived, they also tested the car we wanted to rent, and upon finding out that it wasn't working as well, they provided us with another car instead - this is certainly good service. They also cleaned up the room upon request, and re-stocked the fridge with drinks.
Food - The breakfast was amazing and fresh (see photos). On the first day we had bread + doughstick + egg with spring onion all in one package. It was delicious. On the second day, we had vermicelli and seafood (e.g. squid, prawns). The seafood was really fresh, and the broth was simple and tasty. Each dish was accompanied by fresh fruits / pastry + drink, which was refreshing.
Room - We got the Starry Honeymoon Room. It was very spacious, the room was clean, the amenities were in good condition, and the overall design was aesthetically pleasing. The heart pillow on the bed was a cute addition, and the round bed was big enough for 2 of us. Above the bed there was a window covered with a retractable screen - you can actually look into the sky while lying on the bed, really interesting.
Location - While this B&B is further away from the main city, we didn't feel that affected as they provided airport transfer services. Also, we felt that it being away from the hustle and bustle from the city was actually advantageous, as the B&B's location had a more relaxed, quiet, holiday vibes, which was what we were looking for. There is a 7-11 around 10 minutes from the B&B, so if you need food etc in the middle of the night, you can get it from there. We rented a car, so travelling to other areas wasn't much of an issue.
Overall, I will recommend this B&B to anyone looking to tour Penghu! Am glad to have chosen this B&B for our first ever trip to Penghu :)

CCaleb CreasonHotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

Aber die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr schön und meine Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem ich die Sonne genießen kann, was ein sehr gutes Gefühl ist. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstücksvarianten, aber die Qualität ist gut. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel für Alleinreisende geeignet. Darüber hinaus denke ich, dass der größte Vorteil des Lebens hier darin besteht, dass es in der Nähe viele hochwertige kleine Restaurants gibt, darunter koreanische, westliche und japanische Gerichte. Wenn es einen Rabatt für einen Aufenthalt von drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen gibt, würde ich ihn meiner Meinung nach jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Taipeh komme, gerne buchen.

GGastnutzerMeine allgemeine Erfahrung im Hotel Kuva Chateau war angenehm, obwohl ich ein wenig enttäuscht war, dass der Pool im Winter geschlossen und nur vom Mai bis September geöffnet wird. Es gibt jedoch einen öffentlichen Pool gegenüber dem Hotel, wo man NT 100 zahlen kann, um einen schönen Schwimmbad und heißen Frühling zu genießen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mit einem sehr sauberen und gut gepflegten Park in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, und ich mochte das Badezimmer, das eine saubere Badewanne mit einem Spottlöser hatte.
