Die Lobbydekoration ist etwas alt, aber beim Betreten des Zimmers herrscht keine Unzufriedenheit. Ganz zu schweigen vom Bett und den Kissen, sie dienen zum Schlafen und sind sehr bequem. Bei den Sanitärartikeln handelt es sich um einen Canon-Toilettensitz, der super einfach zu bedienen ist! Das Layout ist sehr modern und die Spiegelscheinwerfer sind schön! Worüber ich mich beschweren möchte, ist der Aufzug. Ich frage mich, warum die Lichter nicht leuchten. Ich konnte die Knöpfe nicht deutlich sehen und es lief ständig ein Zeichentrickfilm. Die Musik war sehr plötzlich und beängstigend.

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Dieses Hotel hat ein sehr zuvorkommendes Management. Ich hatte versehentlich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht, aber beim Einchecken an der Rezeption bemerkte das Personal meine Schwangerschaft und gab mir proaktiv und kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Fenster. Das war wirklich sehr nett. Der Service an der Rezeption war exzellent, das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Flure waren sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe; die Shuijingxiang-Imbissstraße liegt direkt gegenüber und bietet allerlei lokale Spezialitäten. Besonders der Joghurt ist sehr lecker. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und Bahnhof sorgt zudem für eine gute Anbindung. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Xining und bietet eine schöne Umgebung. Allerdings befinden sich Parkplatz und Hoteleingang nicht am selben Ort, was die Suche erschwert. Autofahrern wird empfohlen, das Navigationssystem zum Hotelparkplatz zu nutzen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, nur einen Ventilator.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Lobby ist sehr prächtig und der Empfang an der Rezeption ist herzlich, insbesondere Chefkoch David, der vor und nach dem Laufen für aufmerksamen Service sorgt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich.

裝修很大氣，配套齊全，前台小姑娘服務很好，我們凌晨到達，小姑娘帶我們去車庫停車，看我們開車辛苦，瘦瘦小小的非要給我們拿行李，房間的衞生間用紙，餐巾紙，一次性毛巾，洗頭液等等都不是那種次品，都不錯的那種，房間一點異味沒有，前台和走廊放着農夫山泉，隨便喝，不想有的賓館，除了房間兩瓶水再要一瓶，那個困難，總之不錯

Neben der Zimmeraufwertung um zwei Ebenen während dieses Aufenthalts bin ich auch Xiao Yang, dem stellvertretenden Manager in der Lobby, sehr dankbar, dass er uns an die spätabendliche Snackzeit und die Optionen erinnert hat, sonst hätten wir den Service vergessen war sehr gut und aufmerksam. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder zur Grand Circle Tour kommen. Werde wieder hier buchen👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I am from Japan, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife. Before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel manager via WeChat. The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator. Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax. Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. Im Winter sollten Sie unbedingt ein sonniges Zimmer wählen. Nachts, wenn die Heizung ausfällt, wird es kalt, und die Rezeption hat mir eine Heizung gegeben, die mich die ganze Nacht warm hielt – vielen Dank! Im Erdgeschoss gibt es außerdem eine Mikrowelle, um Essen aufzuwärmen – super praktisch und preiswert! Die Rezeption hat den Gästen bei der Abreise sogar von sich aus Wasserflaschen angeboten, als es kalt war! Sehr aufmerksam!

此次西北之行，從蘭州出發，一路玩兒到張掖，後來又來到西寧。看到西寧有六家希爾頓，其中五家歡朋，一家花園兒，果斷地選擇了較為高端的花園酒店，原本衹是過境歇腳，沒想到竟然被這裏的服務徹底圈粉。 前廳部經理王貴貴，是我住酒店這麼多年，遇到過最用心的酒店人之一。因為是攜程黑鑽，入住前她就主動提前聯繫我確認需求，到店後升級了全酒店衹有兩間的商務套房，房間寬敞舒適，設施很新，令人記憶猶新，不過，這些還不是最打動我的。 最讓我意外的是，入住當天的深夜凌晨一點三十七分，王經理還在微信上確認我的入住體驗。我隨口問她怎麼還不休息，她説了一句話讓我記到現在——“您不滿意，我不敢睡。” 這句話不是客套，是真誠。凌晨一點多還在關心客人住得好不好，這種敬業和用心，在我經常住的聯號酒店裡並不多見。 再來説説説地理位置，酒店對面就是吾悦廣場，旁邊還有一家很有格調的咖啡館，買東西、散步都很方便。早餐也很豐盛，客房的設計年輕時尚。 一次圓滿的西寧之旅，一個好的酒店人，值得被看見。感謝王經理，下次來西寧我一定還會選這裏。
