The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

這次出差住這家酒店，體驗超棒！位置特別好，離我辦事的地方近，交通特方便，附近好多公交地鐵。前台服務超貼心，入住退房都很快，還熱心給我推薦周邊美食景點。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡一覺特解乏。衞生間也乾乾淨淨，洗浴用品質量不錯。隔音效果好，晚上特安靜。早餐豐富，中西式都有，味道不錯。酒店設施全，健身房游泳池都有，休閑放鬆好去處。性價比超高，強烈推薦！

I had an amazing stay at hotel, which exceeded all expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding, with the counter staff being consistently attentive and welcoming. It offers everything you need for a perfect Changbaishan getaway, including ski trips, onsen experiences, and convenient transfers to the mountain. One standout feature is the personalized service of a travel butler; 大玲儿, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless. She addressed all our queries, arranged transportation, handled all necessary bookings, and regularly checked on our welfare, ensuring we had everything we needed, from extra water in our room to confirming our Changbaishan plans. Highly recommended!

Das ist toll. Das Zimmer ist einfach sauber. Das Frühstück ist sauber. Das Zimmer bietet nicht wie andere Hotels 2 Kelter mit Wasser aus der Mine, 4 Kelter mit einem vollen Sicherheitsgefühl. Und wird erforderlichenfalls bereitgestellt. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr gut, für die Kinder ist es waschen, sofort können Sie es trocken und mit Waschmittel selbst. Die Servicepersonal im Türraum ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam. Es gibt Fragen und Antworten. Besonders freundlich zu Miss Liu. Die Sister der Reinigung ist besonders enthusiastisch und rechtzeitig und sauber. Vielen Dank.

More then I expected: It's a hotel+serviced apartments, very clean and spacious rooms , staff is very nice, sweet and helpful, breakfast is with western+Chinese stuff, better then I expected , almost 30 min far from jilin high speed railway station, 1.30 hours car drive from chang chun airport, 600 metres far from ski area, Basement have ski equipment to rent out, have small convince store, also have small good enough gym also, truly better then I expected 超出我的预期： 这是一间酒店+服务式公寓，房间非常干净宽敞，工作人员非常友好、亲切且乐于助人，早餐有西式和中式，比我预期的要好，距离吉林高铁站约 30 分钟路程，距离长春机场 1.30 小时车程，距离滑雪场 600 米， 地下室有滑雪设备可供出租，有小型便利店，还有小型且不错的健身房，确实比我预期的要好

Das Hotel 8 ist ein sehr gutes Hotel, es ist bald eröffnet, das Zimmer ist sehr dekoriert, das Brot ist sehr komfortabel, ein Gäste wechseln. Ich habe hier ein paar Mal gelebt, ich mag die Umgebung hier sehr, danke für Ihren Service.

I had a great time in Yánjí since I planned a lot of border excursions. I can speak both Korean and Chinese comfortably to navigate this region, which is also known as the Third Korea. The location of this place was great since it was in the city center across from Yanji University. (I was assigned room 1206.) I'm not sure which photos they're using for advertising, but my room looked far more beat up and outdated. I also killed a lot of small cockroaches that were roaming around the kitchenette area. Again, this was not a big deal for me since they weren't ginormous, but one huge cockroach did appear one day near the bathroom. It's one thing for the room to look somewhat different from the advertised photos, but please at least keep the space much cleaner. (The laundry machine was bonus, but I had to buy laundry soap next door at the convenience store. This should have been provided considering there was an empty soap box on the floor next to the machine.) The reason why I booked this place was to do frequent laundry rather than stay at a hotel... I traveled from NYC, so it wasn't like I was an average Chinese tourist from a domestic region. This was my first visit to China since 1996.05 and I used my 10-year China visa for the first time since I applied back in 2017.08. Note: I checked out the other rooms on the floor and they were much nicer than what I booked. I'm guessing those were listed on WeChat and the less attractive rooms are listed on here, etc. After I checked out by 12:00 noon, I stored my luggage next door at the convenience store for a few hours. They charged CN¥5/per hour… I paid CN¥15 since I knew 3 hours was all I needed before my flight.

New hotel. Spacious and clean room. Well equipped with all necessity. There is heater in the bathroom which u won't feel cool at all. All the amenities are in high quality. Location is located behind shopping and eatery area. The staff are helpful in buying hot spring ticket and arrange transportation for us. Highly recommended

We travel by train from Baisan Station, take a taxi for 10 minutes, 20CHY. The resort is on the riverside. The rooms are new and clean. When you get there, you have to set the water heater to warm before taking a shower. They have a simple local breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights. In the morning I had a sore throat and a cough. The host was very kind and helped take us to the drug store in town. In the morning we took us to rafting. In the afternoon there was a walk in the nearby Birch Forest. We returned in the morning. The host prepared a car to send us off. The host and staff were warm and very helpful. Although we cannot communicate in Chinese
