Ich reiste aus Shanghai an und checkte am Samstag, den 25. April, ein. Gegen Mittag desselben Tages bot mir Nancy, die diensthabende Mitarbeiterin, einen außergewöhnlich aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Service; ihre Servicequalität war lobenswert.
Der diensthabende Manager hingegen zeigte eine weniger optimale Serviceorientierung, was meinen Aufenthalt insgesamt trübte.
Das Gästezimmer selbst war exzellent, mit einem weiten und wunderschönen Ausblick aus dem Fenster, was es sehr komfortabel machte. Am Abend aß ich in der Hotellobby, wo Reese, die diensthabende Mitarbeiterin, mich durchweg herzlich und aufmerksam bediente.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Es war das erste Mal in meiner Erfahrung mit Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, dass ich erlebt habe, wie der Service einer normalen Mitarbeiterin den des diensthabenden Managers so deutlich übertraf; der Unterschied war frappierend.
Die gesamte Ausstattung und die grundlegenden Serviceleistungen waren von hoher Qualität; lediglich der Service einiger weniger Führungskräfte könnte verbessert werden."

Ausstattung: Das Zimmer ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und der Ausblick aus dem Fenster am Morgen war sehr schön. Es war außerdem ruhig; ich schlafe selten in einem Hotel durch. Das Hotel war sehr aufmerksam und stellte einen Kleiderständer und eine Teekanne bereit, was sehr angenehm war, um abends Tee zu genießen.

Allerdings war die Service-Konsistenz enttäuschend. Im Fitnessraum gab es keine Begrüßung überhaupt, nur ein Form und Pen gegeben mir in Schweigen. Normalerweise würden auch Fitness-Betreuer, aber die Gewichte wurden verstreut und nicht zurückgelegt.
Am Frühstück ließ sich eine Kellnerin ohne Entschuldigung in mich stecken. Wenn wir Sojasaft für Porridge beantragten, dauerte es über 10 Minuten, und als wir uns anschließen, fragte die Kellnerin in Gegenzug: „Was für Sojasaft?“
Insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber mit einem schönen Blick auf den See, und der Sonnenaufgang und der Quelle waren ein schöner Bonus. Das Hotel selbst ist gut, aber die Servicestandards brauchen eindeutig Reflexion. Es ist kein fünf-Sterne-Standard und es kann nicht mit anderen ShangriLa passen, auf die wir geblieben haben. Das Mangel an Ausbildung für das Personal der Verwaltung ist offensichtlich."

Es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel. Moderne Ausstattung Elektronisches Badezimmer Der Besitzer und die Tochter sind super schatzlich. Impressive Service 100/10 Thai Leute, die kommen, um eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Tals von Angels zu beraten, übersteigt die Deckung die Erwartungen.

This property is a great option for both business and leisure travelers who want to enjoy a clean, modern hotel with easy access to Nanchang’s main attractions.
First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang.
The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice.
My room was clean, bright, and modern. The design is simple but stylish, with comfortable bedding and practical furniture. The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies.

Sehr zufrieden, es ist sicherlich ein Sieben-Sterne-Hotel.
Als ich am Aufenthalt traf, traf ich gerade den Typhom und blieb fast im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Einrichtungen waren sehr komplett, und es gab sogar eine Make-up. Ich habe gerade vergessen, das mit zu nehmen. Der Kühlschrank verfügt auch über kostenlose Getränke, Frühstück und Kaffee. Das Zimmer hat einen Tisch, es ist sehr bequem, zu essen und zu spielen, und es gibt zwei kleine Sofas und einen Sitz, in der ich mich ❤️ befindet.
Die USA und China sind nicht ausreichend, um die Klimaanlage 26 ℃, morgens ist die Temperatur auf 19 ℃, ein bisschen ～

AimenggeDas Wangxian-Tal ist weithin bekannt, und heute konnte ich es endlich sehen. „Schockierend“ und „atemberaubend“ sind die passendsten Beschreibungen dafür. Besonders beeindruckend ist es, wenn man bedenkt, dass es früher durch übermäßigen Bergbau ökologisch schwer geschädigt war und dann zu einem solch großen Dorf im Gan-Stil mit Retro-Charme umgestaltet wurde. Die kreative Gestaltung entlang der Bergklippen hat eine wahrhaft beeindruckende Landschaft geschaffen. Das Design und der Bau sind äußerst sorgfältig ausgeführt. Fast jede Ecke, jede Blume und jeder Baum ist ein wunderschönes Motiv, das man unbedingt mit der Kamera festhalten möchte. Doch gleichzeitig möchte man die Kamera beiseitelegen, um die Schönheit, die sich dem Auge bietet, in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut, und die Pension hat einen unverwechselbaren Stil. Vom Eingang an stehen Mitarbeiter bereit, um mit dem Gepäck zu helfen und den Weg zu weisen, und das Gepäck wird bis ins Zimmer gebracht – alles ist professionell organisiert. Allerdings ist ein einziger Tag hier wirklich zu kurz. Wenn man genug Zeit hat, sollte man sich zwei Tage Zeit nehmen, um alles in Ruhe zu erleben. Wir wohnten im Empfangszentrum der Pension. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass es in der Nähe kaum Restaurants gibt. Man muss entweder zum Snack-Stand am Talboden oder zu den Restaurants in der Mitte gehen, aber diese schließen sehr früh. Später entdeckten wir, dass es im alten Weihai-Gebäude des Empfangszentrums viele besondere Snacks und Spezialitäten gibt, die bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet sind. Der gebratene Reisnudelsalat Yangkou, die Wontonsuppe (die mit Ei) und die gedämpfte Suppe im Tontopf ganz hinten sind alle sehr lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert!

ronnie simonLeider ist das Hotel wie ein Gebäudeplatz draußen. Viele Straßenbauwerke sind sehr laut. Es gibt keine geeigneten Decken, um überall sicher zu gehen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, aber die Aussicht war nichts zu Hause zu schreiben. Der Name Garden Hotel ist auch ein wenig irreführend. Es gibt ein kleines Pflaster von falschem Gras aus dem Rücken des Hotels, mit wenigen Tischen. Sehr enttäuscht vom Nanchang Garden Hotel.

GastnutzerWe had an amazing stay at this homestay ! The location is strategic, situated right along the main road of the nearest village to Wangxian Valley Scenic Park. Despite being in a busy area with many shops nearby, the homestay is surprisingly quiet, thanks to it good soundproofing, ensuring us a peaceful rest.
The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. What truly set this homestay apart was the exceptional hospitality of the lady boss and her brother. From the moment we made our booking, she was incredibly responsive on WeChat, answering all our questions and even arranging a transfer from the high-speed rail station to the homestay.
Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, allowing us to stay in side-by-side rooms for the convenience of taking care of my elderly father. We arrived quite late, around 9 PM, yet we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift set, including a packet of milk and some bread—such a kind gesture from the owner.
During our stay, we were also invited to join the local Chap Goh Mei celebration, which was a fantastic cultural experience for us. Breakfast was provided through vouchers, allowing us to try delicious meals from different nearby shops on both mornings.
Another highlight was the free shuttle service to Wangxian Valley. The lady boss’s brother was incredibly prompt—whenever we called, he arrived within minutes. Upon checkout, we received a beautiful set of bowls as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch.
We were from Malaysia. This was our first time traveling free and easy in China, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The warmth and generosity of the hosts made our trip truly memorable. By the way, the lady boss also able to communicate in English. I believe this well make communication easy for those English speakers. Really highly recommended!
我们在这家云上小棧民宿度过了一次非常愉快的住宿体验！民宿位置十分优越，位于前往望仙谷景区最近的小街主干道上，周围有许多商店，但即使临街，房间依然安静，房间的隔音非常好，不受噪音影响。
房间与照片完全一致，非常干净整洁。但最让我们感动的是女老板和她弟弟无微不至的热情款待。从预订开始，女老板就在微信上非常及时地回复我们的所有问题，还贴心地帮我们安排了从高铁站到民宿的接送服务。
抵达民族宿时，我们意外收到了房间升级的惊喜，让我们可以住在相邻的房间，方便照顾年迈的父亲。我们到达时已是晚上9点，但仍然得到了热情的欢迎，老板娘还贴心地赠送了一份小礼物——一袋牛奶和面包，真的很温暖！
入住期间，老板娘还特意邀请我们参加元宵节（十五暝）前夕的当地庆祝活动，让我们大开眼界，感受到浓厚的地方文化氛围。早餐方面，民宿提供早餐券，可以前往附近的商店用餐，我们连续两天尝试了不同的店家，每家都非常美味。
民宿还提供免费接送服务前往望仙谷景区，速度极快。我们打电话，几分钟内老板娘的弟弟就会到达接送我们，十分方便。退房时，像其他客人一样，我们还收到了一份精美的瓷碗作为纪念品，真的很用心！
我们是马来西亚人，这是我们第一次在中国自由行，酒店的热情服务让整个旅程变得轻松又难忘，强烈推荐！

PopskiinIch hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und es hatte Klimaanlage. Der Mann des Hotels war so freundlich, mir das Zimmer kostenlos zu aktualisieren und er nahm mich auf seinem Scooter zum Scenic-Bereich. Das Hotel ist 10 Autominuten von diesem Bereich entfernt. Er hat mir auch ein paar Nüsse zum Frühstück gemacht und für mich einen Carpool zum Bahnhof gebaut. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

GastnutzerDie wunderschöne Landschaft von Wangxian Valley heilt jegliche Müdigkeit. Das schwebende alte Dorf ist tief in den Bergen versteckt, plätscherndes Wasser begleitet die Wege und nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit, wenn die Lichter angehen, fühlt es sich an, als würde man in eine Szene aus einem Fantasy-Drama eintauchen. Jede Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Ein großes Lob an Xiao Xiong, der zwar keine Koffer trägt, aber einen außergewöhnlich aufmerksamen Service bietet. Er hat uns die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ausführlich erklärt, weniger bekannte, ruhige Aussichtspunkte empfohlen, uns freundlich an Sonnenschutz und Regenschutz erinnert und geduldig alle Fragen zu unseren Unternehmungen beantwortet. Seine freundliche und herzliche Art hat die Erfahrung perfekt gemacht. Wir genossen die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Tal und gleichzeitig einen aufmerksamen und umfassenden Service – ein ausgezeichnetes Reiseerlebnis.
