"Die Hotelausstattung ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu. Der Haartrockner stammt von Dyson und für Kinder sind spezielle Toilettenartikel vorbereitet. Aber die Toilette ist keine intelligente Toilette. Das junge männliche Personal, das an der Rezeption eincheckte, war sehr geduldig und sorgfältig. Er stellte verschiedene Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen prägnant und klar vor und gab gute Vorschläge. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz, auf dem man kostenlos spielen kann. Außerdem gibt es viele Legosteine, Magnete usw. Daneben steht eine Roboter-Kaffeemaschine. Beim Einchecken erhalten Sie zwei Tassen Kaffee kostenlos. Kinder schauen gerne zu, wie der Roboter Kaffee zubereitet. Ich habe 5 Reisefotos geschickt, mit zwei geschminkten Personen, die Fotos waren durchschnittlich, aber das Hotel war sehr ruhig und ich musste nicht nach draußen in den Park, was gut war. Das Zimmer im Ctrip-Paket scheint zur Straße hin zu liegen, aber die Schalldämmung ist in Ordnung, vielleicht liegt es daran, dass ich nicht empfindlich bin. Ich habe jedenfalls gut geschlafen und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Einzige ist, dass es sich bei dem Fernseher im Zimmer um einen 65-Zoll-Smart-TV von Huawei handelt. Ich weiß nicht, warum er beim Ansehen von CCTV so langsam ist. Wenn ich den Bildschirm übertragen möchte, muss ich mich mit meinem eigenen Huawei-Konto am Fernseher anmelden. Dadurch bleibt er noch hängender und völlig unbrauchbar. Nachdem ich das Screencasting beendet hatte, stellte ich fest, dass ich nicht mehr fernsehen konnte. Sie sagten, ich sei kein Mitglied und müsse zahlen. Letztendlich musste ich das Hotelpersonal anrufen, um das Problem zu lösen. Dieser Fernseher ist einfach seltsam."

Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Garten, den North Garden, und bietet somit eine ruhige Oase mitten im Trubel. Das Suzhou Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl an westlichen und chinesischen Frühstücksoptionen, und die Aozhao-Nudeln sowie die kleinen Wan Tans schmecken hervorragend. Uns wurde ein Upgrade für unser Zimmer angeboten, und der Service war sehr gut. "Unser erster Familienausflug nach Nanjing führte uns ins InterContinental Hotel im Stadtzentrum. Wir dachten, die Lage sei praktisch, da die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten nur wenige U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt sind. Obwohl die Einrichtung des Hotels nicht die neueste ist, war der Service in jeder Hinsicht top. Wir haben eine Executive Suite im 57. Stock bezogen (wir hatten eigentlich ein Executive King Zimmer gebucht, wurden aber beim Check-in auf eine Suite upgegradet, was unsere Erwartungen übertraf). Der Blick auf Nanjing war über 180 Grad frei und wir konnten den gesamten Xuanwu-See sehen. Wasserdruck und -temperatur im Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet, die Sauberkeit makellos und die Bettwäsche relativ bequem. Ganz zu schweigen vom großzügigen Platzangebot der Executive Suite, was sehr angenehm war. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Butler-Service, vertreten durch Luanne. Jedes Mal, wenn wir das Zimmer verlassen wollten und es gereinigt werden sollte, oder wenn wir abends Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellten, das aufs Zimmer gebracht werden musste, schrieben wir ihr eine Nachricht auf WeChat und sie antwortete praktisch sofort. Dieser aufmerksame Service war ebenfalls unerwartet gut. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Hotel in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut. Ich würde mir jedoch wünschen, dass das Frühstücksbuffet im 47. Stock noch verbessert wird, um dem Standard der besten InterContinental Hotels in China gerecht zu werden."

Es ist ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das umliegende Essen, die Unterkunft und der Transport sind sehr praktisch. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Habe mit meinem Partner hier übernachtet. Erstens, die Lage ist super, direkt an der Nanmen Beilu Straße, ganz nah an der Linie 5. Das Zimmer war auch toll, nur die Dusche in meinem Zimmer hat vielleicht ein bisschen Geräusche gemacht und das TV-Casting wollte leider nicht funktionieren (könnte auch ein Bedienungsfehler gewesen sein). Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, ich habe super geschlafen und die Schalldämmung war auch sehr gut. Sauberkeit und Ruhe sind mir wichtig, und die waren hier top. Der kostenlose Tiefgaragenstellplatz war auch sehr praktisch. Ich würde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Mal wieder wählen. Am nächsten Tag sind wir dann zum Xiyuan-Tempel gefahren."

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist sehr sauber und auch die Schalldämmung ist sehr gut. Das Sofa steht direkt am Fenster und man kann Jiangning vor dem Fenster sehen. Da das Hotel das Zimmer bei Ihrer Ankunft noch nicht aufgeräumt hatte, haben wir Ihnen ein kostenloses Frühstück geschenkt. Insgesamt ist das Wohnerlebnis recht gut und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr bequem. Nehmen Sie die U-Bahn von Nanjing South nach Hedingqiao für zwei Haltestellen. Sie können durch den unterirdischen Gang vom Ausgang 2A direkt zum Hotel gelangen, ohne dem ausgesetzt zu sein Sonne.

SStanley The Travel ManI arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner. I didn’t and still don’t have an eSIM that can make local call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free. I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands. I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.
I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop to Suzhou which was my next destination.
This operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.
After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge . If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass. Do check with the owner for up to date information.
The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.
Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. . There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy. It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances.
The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.
This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.
I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket.

SSheshounv7haoDies ist das erste Mal in all den Jahren, dass ich auf Ctrip eine weniger gute Bewertung abgebe. Ich kann die Gefühle der Dame an der Rezeption, die mich eincheckte, nicht beschreiben. Sie klang wie eine Beamtin. Das Eltern-Kind-Zimmer hatte nur ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa. Es war etwas hart und unbequem. Die Badewanne bekam kein heißes Wasser, damit die beiden Kinder baden konnten. Wir mussten einen Wasserkocher ansetzen und Wasser nachgießen, während sie badeten. Ich checkte am Donnerstagnachmittag mit meinen drei Töchtern ein. Am Abend zuvor hatten wir nicht genug Zahnbürsten, also begnügten wir uns mit einer, weil es zu spät war und wir den Kellner nicht stören wollten. Am nächsten Tag bat ich die nette Kellnerin um eine Zahnbürste, aber das Erste, was sie mich fragte, war: „Haben Sie sich gestern Abend nicht die Zähne geputzt?“ Sie meinte: „Wo ist die Zahnbürste von gestern Abend?“ Ich lächelte und sagte, meine Tochter habe eine Einwegzahnbürste benutzt und sie weggeworfen. Ich wüsste nicht, wie ich sie für eine andere Verwendung aufbewahren sollte. Das Frühstück ähnelte einem Neun-Quadrat-Raster, was ok war. Allerdings war der Service der älteren Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitete, gut und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch gut! Ich weiß nicht.

Hotel has unique character. Located in a private complex so it is quieter with no public car / scooter allowed to get in.
Kids are happy playing and running outside the complex. Very clean, quiet and charming area.
Location: fantastic location at laomendong old town (3 mins walk to the main old town - all the main actions), 10 mins walk to the city wall.
We arrived at night and it was late (11pm) so it was a bit hard to find the accomm. 3 luggages and 2 kids made it hard-but I imagine using taxi outside the airport would make it easier and more convenience. The taxi will drop you off just outside the complex. It was 2 mins walk to the hotel. The hotel is easily found inside the complex. Check in process is super easy.
To travel around, there are 2 metro stations you can use. We usually use the wumending stations - around 15-25 mins walk depending on the kids mood. However we never have problem commutting. The walk to the station is dotted with shops (food, snacks, convenience stores).
Room: Clean, spacious and modern

We have plenty of space. Amenities are very modern. Plenty of storage space inside the toilet for your toileteries.
Bed is massive (king size) and comfortable.
We booked 2 beds to accommodate our family.
Daily housekeeping and water bottles replacement.
Communication:
The owner will add you on wechat on check in day. All communication can be done via wechat. The translation app in wechat is a god sent. The staff has minimal english - but we dont have any problem communicating through wechat conversation. You can ask them for information etc through wechat. They will reply straight away.
Services:
Impeccable, above and beyond.
The owner and all of the staffs are super helpful. Always keen to help. The owner took and showed us the restaurants around laomendong which are worth going - as there are plenty of restaurants around the areas.
Because it is a boutique hotel, the service is very personalised.
Breakfast:
Set meal for breakfast every morning. Serve at 8am. It is not buffee with hundreds of selections but they give you healthy and nourishing breakfast. We stay there for 4 days and everyday is different menu. We absolutely enjoy our breakfast.
Bits and pieces:
There is a friendly and well behaved corgi dog inside the residence. My kids are generally scared of dog but they could not help themselves petting and playing with the dog.
They missed the dog when we left Nanjing.
I ve seen other hotels in major areas when we walked around. But the street is very busy and wont suit us. Also hotels in cbd areas - no character surrounding the cbd. It would be perfect for business people but I think this hotel is very suited for leisure and family.
The hotel provide laundry service too. You just need to drop it off to front desk. They will wash, dry and fold them for you!!!
My daughter vomitted on our second night. The sheets would be stained from the vomit but they did not charge us for the damage.
The hotel can order you taxi if you dont have didi apps for taxi. My didi apps did not work as i did not set it up properly back home. You dont even need to pay the taxi driver either-they will sort it out and the hotel will charge you later.
The price might be a bit higher than the surrounding hotels, however its definately worth every penny.
In conclusion:
Your accommodation choice can really impact your trip. Floral hotel has been amazing and I believe this hotel was an excellent choice for family / leisure trip. We really enjoy our Nanjing trip because of Floral Hotel. Thank you Floral hotel for everything and we will definately stay at your hotel again next time we come to visit Nanjing.

GGastnutzerEin besonders gutes Hotel 🏨 Zumindest für Leute, die mit Kindern reisen, ist es definitiv die unkomplizierteste Wahl. Es ist kostengünstig und der Hauptgrund ist, dass die Lage sehr praktisch ist. Es liegt sehr nahe an der Guanqian Street und der Pingjiang Road Es liegt auch in der Nähe der U-Bahn. 🚇 Überall, wo ich hingehe, ist das Hotelpersonal sehr gut. Tatsächlich sind viele Hotels möglicherweise nicht sauber, egal wie teuer sie sind, aber es kommt auch darauf an Die Qualität der Leute, die dort übernachten, entfernt auch die Stromkarte, aber dieses Hotel hat immer die Stromkarte, und als wir ins Hotel zurückkehrten, war es übrigens extrem heiß Trotzdem denke ich, dass dieses Hotel aufgrund seines Preises und seiner Erfahrung empfehlenswert ist. Das Hotel ist auch nicht laut. Sonnencreme 🧴, Masken 😷, Desinfektionstücher usw. sind an der Rezeption erhältlich. Wenn Sie ausgehen, müssen Sie sich keine Sorgen machen, dass Sie nach dem Einkaufen nach Hause zurückkehren mitten in der Nacht.

SSouthafricangirl26I was initially asked by the hotel to leave a five-star review, but after my full stay I can’t do so in good conscience, and I have since adjusted my rating based on the second half of my booking.
This was a two-part stay (two separate bookings of five days each), and while there are genuinely strong positives, the overall experience was significantly affected by ongoing service and cleanliness issues.
There are still clear strengths to highlight. The location is excellent—quiet, safe, and surrounded by good restaurants, convenience stores, and a pleasant park nearby. The rooms are also very well designed: spacious, comfortable, and equipped with useful amenities such as a washing machine. The layout and overall setup make it a very livable space.
The staff were, for the most part, kind and helpful. One staff member in particular was consistently warm and welcoming. When issues were raised, the team did attempt to respond professionally, and I do appreciate that some solutions were offered, including a discounted rate for a future stay.
However, there were repeated concerns that affected my experience, particularly during the second half of my stay.
Cleanliness remained a consistent issue. Even after rooms were serviced, dust accumulated very quickly—so much so that items like my laptop would be visibly covered overnight. This raises concerns about the overall level of cleanliness and ventilation. In addition, housekeeping services felt inconsistent. On multiple occasions I had to specifically request basic essentials such as bottled water and fresh towels, rather than these being proactively restocked daily as would normally be expected in this type of accommodation.
Service consistency also varied. Some days staff would check in or ask whether I needed room cleaning, while on other days there was no such follow-up at all. This lack of routine made the experience feel unpredictable for a stay of this length.
There were also concerns regarding pricing and communication during an attempted extension of my stay. I had initially paid approximately 268 rand per night (already at a discounted rate). When I asked to extend for one additional night during the May Day holiday period, I was quoted around 800 rand. While I understand that rates fluctuate during peak demand, this felt inconsistent given the earlier discount offered due to the significant issues experienced in the first rooms. The handling of this request also felt quite rigid initially, although the pricing discussion changed once I indicated I would be leaving a review. By that point, however, I had already made alternative arrangements in another city.
I also noticed a change in overall tone and attentiveness from staff following my initial complaints, particularly on the day I was trying to extend my stay. In that instance, even basic housekeeping services were not offered, which contributed to a feeling of inconsistency in service.
Ultimately, I think this hotel has strong potential. The location, room design, and general setup are genuinely excellent, and there are staff members who are clearly committed and welcoming. However, the inconsistency in cleanliness standards, basic housekeeping expectations, and service delivery means I cannot recommend it as a reliably high-quality stay at this stage.
With more consistent attention to cleanliness and service fundamentals, this could be an excellent hotel experience—but in its current state, it falls short of that standard.

Gegenüber der Huxiangshi-Brücke befindet sich ein Chayan Yuese Supermarkt. In 15–20 Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuß in Richtung Norden den Garten des bescheidenen Beamten, den Löwenhain und das Suzhou-Museum. Westlich davon gelangen Sie zur U-Bahn-Station Xuanqiao Lane. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. Das Hotel besticht durch seine wunderschöne Gartenanlage und seine umfassende Ausstattung. Es erstreckt sich über drei Etagen, und das gebuchte Zimmer befindet sich im dritten Stock mit einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pingjiang-Fluss und die große Kiefer – ein fantastischer Ausblick! Von der Terrasse aus können Sie sogar das CCTV-Hauptquartier (bekannt als „Große Hose“) sehen. Der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, direkt in der Altstadt von Suzhou, umgeben von vielen berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Hotelgäste können mit ihrer Zimmerkarte jederzeit den Panmen-Garten besuchen. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und der interne Garten ist im Stil eines Suzhou-Gartens angelegt, perfekt für schöne Fotos.
Die Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt, und der Service ist herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, und das chinesische Restaurant besticht durch sein schönes Ambiente und köstliche Gerichte. Die verschiedenen Speisen im Rui-Nudelsuppen-Restaurant im Garten sind unvergesslich. Alles in allem war dies eine fantastische Erfahrung.

Alle Beratungen können klar beantwortet werden, die Reisebüros sind sehr bequem und insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Hotel ist elegant, sauber und hygienisch. Die Lobby ist geräumig und es gibt einen sehr stilvollen offenen Balkon zum Entspannen. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Konfuziustempel, was sehr praktisch ist. Abends kann man die nächtliche Szenerie des Qinhuai-Flusses bewundern. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut, geduldig und aufmerksam.
