This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

再次來到合肥，選擇入住方萊國際大酒店經開區店。這次是參加同學家小孩升學宴的，酒店優越的地理位置依舊是一大亮點，地鐵出行無憂。工作人員一如既往熱情友好，辦理手續高效。客房寬敞乾淨，居住安逸。自助早午餐品類多樣。遊玩徽園、海洋館之後，就近在正大廣場休閑，貼心的服務加上便利的周邊，無可挑剔！值得一提的是酒店的酒水跟菜餚，直接打開了我的味蕾，沒想到宴會的菜餚都這麼美味！跟同學推杯換盞間彷彿又回到了學生時光！時光如梭，改變的是年齡，不變的是回憶！下次來合肥必選方萊國際大酒店！

The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great hotel! The prettiest, greatest hotel in the area. We had a room with a balcony view to the mountains, so calming and relaxing. If you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, here’s the perfect place for you. The bathroom is very clean and hygenic, and the beds are also really comfy and fluffy. The owner is really hospitable, welcoming and friendly, he is really familiar with the area so he recommended us a lot of different places and good restaurants. He helped us during all our stay. It is true that the hotel is a little bit far away from the nearest town, but it is really worth it because at the end, it is not far away (15 min by car) from the nearest Huangshan entrance. We would definitely go back there!! 超棒的酒店！这一带最漂亮、最棒的酒店。我们住了一间带阳台的山景房，景色宁静又治愈。如果你想远离城市的喧嚣，这里绝对是理想之选。浴室非常干净卫生，床也超级舒适柔软。 老板热情好客、友善亲切，对当地非常熟悉，给我们推荐了很多好去处和美食餐厅。整个住宿期间他都提供了很多帮助。虽然酒店离最近的小镇有点远，但绝对值得 —— 毕竟开车到最近的黄山入口只要15分钟。我们一定会再来！

Sehr zufriedenstellendes Aufenthaltserlebnis, die Lobby ist groß, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, der Service an der Rezeption ist gut, das Einchecken geht schnell, die Zimmerausstattung ist vollständig, das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Zimmer verfügt über eine intelligente Steuerung. Der Rezeptionist Xiao Li war sehr nett und teilte uns mit, dass es abends Aufführungen in der Lobby geben würde. Auf Fragen während des Aufenthaltes wurde umgehend geantwortet. Das erste Mal, dass ich in der Volksgemeinschaft wohne, ist wirklich eine super Überraschung. Es gibt einen Kindergarten, der für Eltern und Kinder geeignet ist. Entlang der Treppe zum Zimmer, macht das Bild des Korridors mich glänzend und hat einen Kunstgefühl. Der Name des Zimmers ist auch besonders interessant. Unser Zimmer ist ein Kinderherz von 3 Lieblingen. Dieses Mal ist das Zimmer mit einem kleinen Schneelöffel, das ich für das Baby überraschen möchte. Der Chef ist auch sehr gut und hat auch kleine Geschenke vorbereitet, wenn er aus dem Zimmer geht. Das Aufenthaltserlebnis ist wirklich großartig. Wir kamen speziell wegen der hoteleigenen Thermalquelle im Freien, waren aber von unserem Zimmer positiv überrascht. Ursprünglich hatten wir die Zimmer „Blumenblick“ und „Gemäldeblick“ gebucht, doch der Besitzer war so freundlich, uns in das Zimmer „Bachblick“ aufzuwerten, das direkt gegenüber dem Zimmer „Gemäldeblick“ liegt – ideal für Familien. Das Zimmer bot einen 270-Grad-Bergblick, war morgens sonnendurchflutet und bot rechts einen Fernblick auf den Tiandu-Gipfel. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war unglaublich elegant und nahezu makellos. Der Besitzer investierte 28 Millionen Yuan in Bau und Renovierung und beauftragte einen internationalen Designer. Nachts konnten wir vom Balkon aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig, das Plätschern des Baches vor dem Fenster wirkte wie ein Wiegenlied. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, besonders die Nudeln. Das Abendessen bestand aus vier Gängen und kostete über 100 Yuan pro Person. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war die Thermalquelle. Wir kamen gegen 17 Uhr an und mussten eine Stunde warten, bis wir baden konnten. Das Thermalbecken lag am Hang hinter dem Hotel, und da nicht viele Touristen da waren, war das Wasser nur kurzzeitig aufgeheizt und daher nicht warm genug für ein entspannendes Bad. Nach einer kurzen Kontaktaufnahme über WeChat wurde die Wassertemperatur jedoch sofort erhöht. Ein Nachteil war, dass es keine Umkleidekabinen direkt am Thermalbecken gab. Nach dem Bad war es etwas kühl, im Bademantel die paar Meter zurück zum Zimmer zu laufen. Zum Glück brachte mir das Restaurant sofort mehrere Tassen heißen Ingwertee, um mich aufzuwärmen, als ich zurück im Zimmer war – eine sehr aufmerksame Geste. Vor meiner Abreise erhielt ich außerdem ein Souvenir mit Huangshan-Spezialitäten, was die Freundlichkeit des Hotels unterstrich. Die Fahrt von Tangkou in Huangshan zum Hotel dauert etwa 22 Minuten. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Abholservice vom Busbahnhof Tangkou an, was sehr praktisch ist. Dieser Ort eignet sich besonders für Familienausflüge. Im Sommer kann man dort auch raften, die Natur hautnah erleben, die Wildnis erkunden und ihre Schönheit genießen. Es lohnt sich absolut! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe! Sehr empfehlenswert!

The Jiuhua Mountains Julong Hotel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance of the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. It was very convenient to venture around the mountain by foot. As for food, we didn’t quite get accustomed to the flavors, especially with the spices. The breakfast at Julong Hotel was good, but it can get crowded before 8 am. There is no gym in the hotel. It snowed on the 3rd day and it was chilly. The room was equiped with heater so it was ok. The walkway outside the hotel room can be very noisy, especially with kids running and adults talking. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

A truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

Wir sind sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Hotel. Bereits im Eingangsbereich wird man mit einem angenehmen Duft und einem Rosenbouquet begrüßt. Der Portier war überaus freundlich und der Service war grundsätzlich sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe (45qm) und war zu dritt genau richtig. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen und hatte eine schöne Sicht auf die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
