This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

再次來到合肥，選擇入住方萊國際大酒店經開區店。這次是參加同學家小孩升學宴的，酒店優越的地理位置依舊是一大亮點，地鐵出行無憂。工作人員一如既往熱情友好，辦理手續高效。客房寬敞乾淨，居住安逸。自助早午餐品類多樣。遊玩徽園、海洋館之後，就近在正大廣場休閑，貼心的服務加上便利的周邊，無可挑剔！值得一提的是酒店的酒水跟菜餚，直接打開了我的味蕾，沒想到宴會的菜餚都這麼美味！跟同學推杯換盞間彷彿又回到了學生時光！時光如梭，改變的是年齡，不變的是回憶！下次來合肥必選方萊國際大酒店！

The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Nach einem Jahr fand der Fehler der Spitze die Kinder mit diesem Familien- und Familienhaus in der Landschaftszone von Zhuzga. Der Chef kontaktierte uns im Voraus, kaufte uns Tickets für die Landschaftszone. Wir haben uns die Preise für die Wohnung nach dem Ticket entfernen berechnet. Das Zimmer ist sehr warm. Der Chef sagte, sie haben das zentrale Wassersystem mit Klimaanlage und das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig. Die Kinder haben im Laden nichts Spaßes. Darüber hinaus ist es in der alten Stadt ein alter Wen Wen-Shop wert, die Kinder haben einen alten Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Wen Die Show in der alten Stadt ist auch sehr gut. Zusammenfassend macht der enthusiastische Boss die Kinder glücklich, sie haben sich mit dem Sommerferien wieder verabredet!

Die Umgebung ist ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet durchweg hochwertige Speisen, wobei der Mandarinfisch besonders hervorzuheben ist. Der Zimmerservice ist schnell und aufmerksam. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Qualität des Deer Valley Guesthouse wechselte ich nach meiner Wanderung in ein anderes Gästehaus desselben Besitzers, Youhao Valley, um meinen Aufenthalt fortzusetzen.

This hotel is located stone throw from both the bus terminals, so location 5 stars. Amenities - rooms, restaurant, foot massage center(cannot locate) and Chinese chess rooms. Not sure, how this hotel is awarded 5 stars? Rooms setup - guess it is time to renovate. Heard the renovation project is approved! Cheers! Services - rooms for improvement! As I had a early flight to catch at 9.50am and the earliest bus from the mountain to the tourist center was 6.30am (again different front desk staffs told me different timings) so I tried to request for a paid car service to send me down. They said the hotel doesn't provide such service, asked me to reach out in the streets to see if the resturants or shop owners can provide such services! 1st time encounter in a 5 stars hotel, really a good learning for me in 2024:)

A truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

Wir sind sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Hotel. Bereits im Eingangsbereich wird man mit einem angenehmen Duft und einem Rosenbouquet begrüßt. Der Portier war überaus freundlich und der Service war grundsätzlich sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe (45qm) und war zu dritt genau richtig. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen und hatte eine schöne Sicht auf die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
