- Personal war ganz freundlich
- hochwertige (auch ein bisschen alt), aber sehr gut gepflegte und auch hochwertige Badausrüstung (Seifen, Cremes usw.).
- Betten waren sehr komfortabel

I had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very well organized. Everything I needed was provided, and it felt comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions.

Ich kam vor Mitternacht nach mehr als 30 Stunden Reisen und das Frühstück war von 6.30 bis 9 aber ich bin nur um zehn aufgewacht, ich ging immer noch nach unten, um zu prüfen und der Manager sagte, kein Problem und ein schönes Frühstück von Getreide, Omelette, Sauce, Toasts Jam, Verschiedene Saft und Kaffee ...
Das einzige, was nicht aufsteigend war, aber sie nahmen meine Gepäck auf, ohne zu fragen und gleich morgens nahmen sie zurück.
Ich bin beeindruckt und sehr zufrieden

Ich war kürzlich im Hof Nanaimo und hatte eine wunderschöne Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit guten Kaffeeanlagena schönen Kontakt zu beginnen.
Die Lage war perfekt, nahe dem Meer und viele große Restaurants, so dass es einfach zu erkunden ist.
Die einzige Nebenwirkung war, dass die Parkplätze nicht kostenlos waren, was ein wenig enttäuschend war. Es gab auch einen Zahlungsfehler, wo meine Karte mehrmals geladen wurde, aber das Hotel hat es professionell verwaltet und eine schnelle Erstattung, die ich geschätzt habe.
Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, und ich würde glücklich zurückkehren!

Das Hotel hatte viele Parkplätze, obwohl der Zugriff auf das Hotel ist Ihr erstes Mal verwirrend, da Sie nicht in das Lot von beiden Richtungen wechseln können. Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Blackout Schatten waren groß für das Schlafen in. Das Restaurant war gut, aber etwas überpreist. Und das kostenlose Frühstück war sehr gut.

GGastnutzerNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

GGastnutzerAbsolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

VVedanandI had a really great stay at Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver. What stood out right away was the service. The staff were excellent, quick to respond, and very reliable whenever I needed anything. It made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.
The facilities honestly exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable, so it definitely felt like great value for money.
I also have to mention the food. It was genuinely delicious, with good quality ingredients and generous portions. That was a pleasant surprise and added a lot to the overall stay.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and solid value in downtown Vancouver.

MMikki LizIt was my second time staying at this hotel.
There were two things I really needed to mention.
First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.”
I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy.
After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in.
Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before.
The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲
The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor.
The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers.
The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.

GGastnutzerPlace is located at the Main Street. Staffs are so friendly and fast in their service. Room is clean and the amenities are pretty complete (especially as family of four, the mini fridge, plates, spoons, knife, cups, microwave, are very helpful). The only unpleasant thing is we can hear our neighbors talking and they are pretty loud, but not during the night.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und umfasst nur eine Auswahl an Brotsorten, Säften, Tee, Kaffee und Joghurt. Es gibt keine warmen Gerichte oder Fleischgerichte. Es gibt nur ein selbstgebautes Waffeleisen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und entspricht dem Foto und verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Kühlschrank.

MMikki LizFirs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby.
Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean.
Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in.
Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location.
To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty.
Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out.
If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.
