Locatie op 10 minuten loopafstand van de stad. Je kunt parkeren in een garage op ongeveer 4 minuten loopafstand. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Bij aankomst lag er een doosje chocoladebonbons en bij vertrek kregen we koekjes. De kamer kon schoner; er lagen nog haren in het bad. Ontbijt prima maar niet bijzonder.

We stayed for one night in two charming canal-view rooms while visiting Bruges with my father, who has limited mobility and walks quite slowly. Although there are a few steps in and out of the hotel, he was still able to get around without too much difficulty. The rooms were clean and full of character. We were a little disappointed that our “canal view” rooms were on the ground floor, as we had hoped for a higher-floor view, but the setting was still lovely. For a four-star hotel, however, the room amenities were quite basic. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided. When we asked at reception, we were given shampoo, but conditioner wasn’t available. One positive was that we arrived very early (around 12:30 pm), and the young gentleman at reception kindly checked and found one room ready for us, which we really appreciated. I also asked two members of the reception staff for recommendations for good local restaurants for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the advice was simply to “go around the corner,” which wasn’t particularly helpful for anyone looking for quality local food. We eventually found Brasserie Forestière ourselves, which turned out to be excellent. It was also great to see the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. The room key was made from a non-plastic material rather than the usual plastic card, which was a thoughtful touch and something I really appreciated. The location is fantastic—quiet yet only a short walk from all the main sights. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection, and my father especially enjoyed it. Overall, it’s a charming hotel in a beautiful location with comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. A little more attention to in-room amenities and more personalised local recommendations from reception would have made the stay even better.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig, und ich war insgesamt zufrieden. Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber man kann kurz vor dem Hotel parken, um sein Gepäck hineinzubringen, bevor man auf dem nahegelegenen Parkplatz weiterfährt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels, und das 24-Stunden-Parken ist preisgünstig. Der Weg dorthin ist gut ausgeschildert. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe wichtiger Sehenswürdigkeiten, was sehr praktisch ist.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Brügge, obwohl es sehr touristisch war. Das Hotel war sehr schön! Das Frühstück war etwas einfach, aber in Ordnung: eine Schale mit frischem Obst, Rührei, gekochte Eier und gebratener Speck. Die Auswahl war ausreichend, finde ich. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kanäle! Das Badezimmer war sauber. Wir mussten allerdings in der Badewanne duschen. Im Hotel gibt es ein paar Stufen. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal. Parkplätze gab es etwas weiter entfernt; das war ein kleines Abenteuer.

My bunkbed didn’t have a curtain so I asked to change at reception. Unfortunately, I was changed to a bunkbed next to the door which was unnecessarily loud. On my last night there there was also a constant beeping that everyone complained about. It’s a clean hostel with a pub, which was pretty cool. My room was in a building separate to the pub. The kitchen was great with a cute outside area to eat. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station but there are buses.

Sehr gutes Hotel, nur einen Schritt von der Station entfernt, Personal der Rezeption und gut, es muss dringend gefordert werden. Die USA und China sind nicht ausreichend, weil die Zimmerfläche zu klein ist. Einige schmeckt anders. Die Hoteltür ist etwas schwierig, Empfehlungen zu finden.

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Dieses Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Als ich angemeldet wurde, haben sie sogar einen Willkommensbescheid, Schokolade und Parfümprobe gegeben. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und untergebracht. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und ich genossen das Essen sehr. Insgesamt, wenn ich wieder Brugge besuche, werde ich sehr glücklich, in diesem Hotel wieder zu bleiben.

Das Hotel ist nur 5-10 Min von der Hauptattraktion und auch ruhige Umgebung für einen guten Nachtruhe entfernt. Das Design ist modern und minimalistische und neue. Carrefour ist nur über die Straße, um die Bedürfnisse zu speichern. Das Hotel wird sehr empfehlen.

Große Lage, Frühstück ist ok, aber warme Lebensmittel sind sehr begrenzt. Insgesamt ist gut, aber brauche eine angemessene Waschbecken von Handtüchern, sie sind mustig und stinken, der Geruch sticht mit Ihnen nach Trocknen Sie sich mit ihnen.
