"I recently stayed at the Starlight Hotel during my brief trip to Tirana and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. Although it’s situated in an alley, taxis can easily drop you off at the entrance. The room was very clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and towels were provided, but be sure to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and personal toiletries. I also appreciated that housekeeping checked in thoughtfully, even when the sign wasn’t on the door. The dining area is open and easy to access when you enter the hotel. While most of the staff, especially at reception, were pleasant and welcoming, I did have one less positive experience with a restaurant waiter who seemed unfriendly, varying attitude and inattentive. One suggestion would be to provide phone chargers or universal adapters at the front desk or in the rooms, as many international travelers may need them. Additionally, guests should be mindful of noise, but I would encourage management to handle noise concerns carefully, as sometimes guests may not realize sound carries. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Tirana."

"Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!"

"Mein Aufenthalt im Jata Hotel in Tirana war absolut außergewöhnlich. Der Service war hervorragend – die Inhaber sind überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich und zeigen eine bemerkenswerte persönliche Note, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Terrasse bietet einen wundervollen Panoramablick über die Stadt und ist perfekt, um den Morgenkaffee zu genießen oder abends zu entspannen. Das Frühstück war ein wahrer Genuss – die frisch gebackenen Croissants waren einfach köstlich, und der Kaffee war kräftig und aromatisch. Erwähnenswert ist auch das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – für diesen hohen Standard an Service, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft sind die Preise überraschend niedrig. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – ein Ort, an den man ganz sicher wiederkommen möchte!"

"Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage, direkt neben der Tirana-Moschee und dem Platz der Albanischen Flagge, und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten des Stadtzentrums sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Hotel keine Decken bereitstellt, aber einige im Schrank vorhanden sind; bei Bedarf können Sie an der Rezeption eine weitere anfordern. Ich wohnte in einem Einzelzimmer im Souterrain. Neben dem Zimmer befand sich ein Wassertank. Die Schalldämmung war nachts etwas mangelhaft, sodass ich einige Geräusche hören konnte. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber lecker. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist für Alleinreisende geeignet."

"티라나 시내에서 조금 떨어진 외곽에 위치한 신축 호텔이라 방도 넓고 조명도 밝고 조식도 너무 좋았다.시내보다 가격면에서 저렴하고 너무 좋았다.다음에 알바니아 다시 온다면 다시 투숙하고 싶은 호텔이다. 리솁션 여직원은 아주 아름답고 상냥하며 친절하였습니다.적극적으로 추천 합니다."
