Einen Abend geblieben und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Große Lage, nahe dem Strand und Apollo Strand! Zimmer war sauber und hatte Amnestie. Eine Mikrowelle wäre schön, aber zu haben. Ich empfehle das, wenn Sie in Apollo Bay und während auf einer großen Ozeanstraße bleiben möchten.

Check in and check out quite simple. Room ready by the time we arrived. Unit was clean and roomy, mattress are comfortable. Water heat pressure is strong. Aircon/Heater is functioning well that kept us warm throughout the night. Nearby foodworks, beach,bakery, cafe, petrol station within walking distance.

Sehr schöne Willkommen aus dem Front Desk. Die Teppiche wurden nicht gereinigt und hatte keinen Zucker n Milch in der Zimmer musste von den Reinigungspersonal fragen, da das Frontbüro war unbeachtet, aber im Allgemeinen sehr schöne Willkommen und gentleman an der Front sehr schön erklären, wie man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln umgehen. Werden Sie nicht zögern, zurückzukommen

Ich war froh mit den Bildern, die ich sah, als ich buchte und der tatsächliche Aufenthalt war noch mehr als ich erwartet hatte! Der Eincheckungsprozess ist sehr einfach und klar, das Innenraum ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, und das Bayfenster steht dem Ozean mit großer Aussicht! Es ist schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht hier aufgrund meines Zeitplans bleiben konnte, sonst wäre ich mit meiner Familie für eine Woche oder einen halben Monat glücklich hier gewesen!

Schöne und ruhige Lage. Das Zimmer war kühl, obwohl es ein sehr heißer Tag war, sodass keine Klimaanlage erforderlich war. Tolle Matratze zum Schlafen - nicht zu hart oder zu weich, perfekt! Viele Steckdosen zum Aufladen von Geräten, sowohl am Bett als auch am Esstisch. Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Das Pokie-Spielen am Abend hat Spaß gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

SSRuss83I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel.
One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself.
Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1.
My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles.
THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :)
I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

HHaydnDie positiven waren die Hotelpersonal, die sehr freundlich und aufmerksam waren, und der bequeme kostenlose Bus zum und vom Flughafen. Die Lage selbst ist eine ideale Entfernung vom Flughafen, aber es ist ziemlich alt, mit langen, unattraktiven Hallen von alten roten Brick, die von Zigaretten und Muschel geräuchert. Die Gemeindegebiete waren extrem begrenzt, als ob ein Nachdenken, und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass jemand sie tatsächlich nutzt, so dass sie wahrscheinlich nur für Shows, aber es sieht nicht einladend aus. Die Aussicht von der Rückseite des Hotels sah durch einige niedrige Bäume auf ein Schmutzfeld aus, das für ein 3-star Hotel fair genug ist, aber es scheint eine große Menge (Bewahrung?) Hunde in einem gehängten Bereich auf diesem Grundstück nur 40 Meter entfernt zu halten von dem Hotel, und sie schütteln ständig, Tag und Nacht, mit Spitzen von extrem erregtem Schütteln, die bemerkenswert laut und schwer zu ignorieren. Im Garten des Hotels war ein altes Paar schmutziger Shorts, direkt unter den Balkonen und der Baumlinie, was ein bisschen aus der Mitte zu sehen war. Es gibt nicht viel um das Hotel in Fußabstand, einschließlich des öffentlichen Verkehrs, so erwarten Sie, dass Sie Taxi oder Uber verwenden, es sei denn, Sie wollen weite Strecken zu Fuß.
Im Allgemeinen war das Hotel für einen Übernachtungsurlaub bedienbar. Ich empfehle jedoch nicht, hier für mehr als einen Übernachtungsurlaub zu bleiben. Es war nicht eine komfortable oder angenehme Erfahrung, und am besten nur für Budget-Übernachtungen genutzt. Das Alter des Hotels ist in seinem gekrampften und gedatierten Design sehr deutlich.

GGrahamWe stayed two nights. Even though we had booked a standard queen room, they gave us a family room on the ground floor because I had requested it due to a physical problem making climbing stairs difficult. I appreciated this. We discovered a bit of a problem with ants in the room. We had killed about a dozen of these when I reported it to management. They immediately sprayed around all the entry points, and provided a full can of insect spray. I'm glad to say we only found one any after that during the remainder of our stay. We appreciated the free continental breakfast, which had a reasonable variety of cereals, fruit toast as well as white and wholemeal, a range of fruit, yoghurt, and different types of milk, even soy! While there were some different types of tea available, we were disappointed that there was no coffee machine on which we could make even an espresso! Pod machines are not expensive, and far better than the disgusting instant sachets. We instead had to go out to a coffee shop. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom excellent, and had we wanted a swim, the pool and spa looked very inviting.

MMinah Goes AroundHad a pleasure stay with sandpiper. Was surprised to see the reception office was closed but all the instructions were there. The team wrote names on an envelope and further instructions inside the envelope.
We went during the start of winter of our Great Ocean Road trip and homggggggg the wind!!!!! I kid you not - I joked to my husband for bringing winter jacket. There is no mercy! Haha. So I had to get a down jacket from the mall before the start of my journey.
Our room was closest to the reception but the carpark area was the other end of the venue (not that far lah) but with 2 huge luggages and 2 carry ons, it was a tad hassle ah.
Heating was slow and soft - bo pian ah. Rather have it then none at all cos at night, its really cold sia. No joke. The cold air from outside like hang out outside our room. The nozzle from the hair dryer broke. It wasn’t me ok. Luckily I wear hijab so just make it dry can liao.
Got bowl, plates, cups, kettle, fridge, tv (not smart). Basic for your short stay.
That’s all! Will come back to stay here if I come here again (:
Oh! They do have diy laundry from 0800-2000. Never try cos no time.

DDaleney YasirSo viele positive Dinge zu sagen über Sovereign Park, aber die 2 erinnerlichen Stands, die wir zurückkommen werden, müssten sein, der SERVICE und INDOR HEATEN Pool & SPA! Der Buchungs- und Check-in-Prozess war beide so einfach. Jen servierte uns während unseres Aufenthalts, sie war sofort warm und willkommen. Nachdem wir auscheckten und erwähnten, dass wir den Wildlife Park in der Nähe erkunden, hatten wir von Jen einen Anruf über einige wertvolle Plus-Spielzeug unsere Tochter hinterlassen hatte. Sie wusste, wie wichtig es war, es uns zurückzuholen, so verschwendete sie keine Zeit, um uns zu kontaktieren, bevor wir unser Weg nach Hause gemacht. Das Familienzimmer war komfortable & gemütlich, sauber und umfasste alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Kinder hatten die beste Zeit im Pool, Spa & Sauna. Mummy hat sogar etwas Zeit in den Fitnessraum zu verbringen, nichts flashy, aber komplett & praktisch. Danke so sehr & halten Sie den tollen Service.

GGastnutzerWe arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone.
After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room.
Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out.
I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while.
We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay..
