This hotel is very nice and the people is very good service. Perfect location is perfect.

Pros: Convenient- very near the airport for 150VT ~ 250VT Can walk to a nearby national bank to exchange local currency Close to a cafe (too hot) Can checkout late until lunch for free~500VT/hr Tour operators know this place and can request pickup/dropoff here Kind staff and manager Cons: Need to pay 1K VT for AC (the type of room I booked) Soap only, no other toiletries 20 mins walk to mall for restaurants Cash only

Было чудесно! Не требовалось просить клининг, бунгало милое и ухоженное. Очень понравился душ. В патио приятно сидеть. Территория тоже прекрасная. Пребывание в отеле было приятным! Огромная благодарность персоналу

Sehr gute kleine Ferienhäuser, an der Seite des Sees von Wu, im Wohnzimmer können Sie die schöne Seenaussicht sehen, kaufen Sie einen Fischbecher, um direkt am Ruhegebäude den Fisch zu öffnen. Der Verkehr ist bequem neben der Straße; Die Küche im ersten Stock des zweiten Gebäudes ist komplett. Es ist wirklich zu glücklich für meine Reisehobby, die mir gelegentlich ein kleines Gericht gefällt. Es ist empfehlenswert, lange Zeit zu leben.

Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Ich denke, die Zimmer sind überpreist. Das Toilette hat nicht richtig geschluckt, und das Fernsehen hat nicht geschlossen.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. However, the service in the restaurant was disappointing. We waited a long time for our food and even saw it sitting on the counter for about ten minutes while all three waiters were standing around, seemingly avoiding their customers. On another day, we specifically asked whether it was still happy hour before ordering drinks, and the waitress confirmed that it was. When she returned with the drinks, she told us that by the time she had gone back to the kitchen, happy hour had already ended. This was frustrating, as it was unclear why she would confirm happy hour and then refuse to apply the discount, especially since it was minimal. When we went to check out, we noticed some inconsistencies on the invoice. There was an extra dinner and drinks charged to our room that we did not order. When we pointed this out, the staff were unable to find a receipt for those charges, so we recommend double-checking invoices carefully. Apart from these issues, our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was often occupied by many children whom we suspected were not guests of the hotel

The amazingly lovely smiling friendly & efficient staff at the Beachfront Apts definitely make the stay worthwhile. Aside from that the location away from the main tourist hub areas of Port Vila allows for more relaxation & enjoyment of the gorgeous beach which is totally safe for swimming among locals & sweet dogs. Every Friday just a few steps away is a fantastic fireshow put on by the Beach Bar which also has very good food. Mele Bay area is so nice that we extended from 3 to 10 days! To get to the town of Port Vila simply walk a couple hundred metres to the main road, flag down a passing minivan with “B’ on the front plate, state your destination & pay about $2 when you get off. On a food note it’s a bit of a walk along Devil’s Road to get to Island Magic Resort but it’s so worth it to eat at Birdie’s Restaurant! The locals are super nice along the way, calling out “Good night” as you pass them in the dark on the potholed road. A stay here is highly recommended!

Freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Möbel sind alt und müssen aktualisiert werden. Warmwasser ist unstabil, es war oft notwendig, mit kaltem Wasser zu waschen. Eine gebrochene Uhr auf der Wand gehängt, was sehr irritierend war. In der Nacht laufen kleine Lizards entlang der Wände im Schlafzimmer und im Deckel, die Geräusche gemacht haben, die auch nicht angenehm zu hören in der Nacht. Die Kissen sind lang und hart. Schmutz, die in der Waschmaschine im Tank aufgetaucht wurde, was nicht waschte, sondern im Gegenteil die gewaschenen Kleidung verfärbt.

Das Hotel ist in Villa Hafen besser. Es gibt WiFi, Restaurantservice ist gut, die großen Grasflächen vor dem Bootshof sind relativ zufrieden mit einer Unterkunft, aber beachten Sie, dass Sie die Buchung schreiben müssen, dass einige Leute übernachten, sonst werden zusätzliche Gebühren und nicht billig.

瀕臨埃拉科爾潟湖(Erakor Lagoon)，風景很好。 服務人員態度友善。 套房空間大，唯一缺點就是只有一個房間有空調。 整體來說，值得推薦。
