Good location and staff at the hotel was very helpful. Would recommend the hotel for stay in Samarkand.

the front desks were very friendly and helpful. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe and secured throughout my stay. as I arrived before the check in time, I wanted to leave my luggage at the hotel and proceed with sightseeing and was offered if I would like to partake on an 'excursion' to help the students who will be future tourists guides experience and how they may improve. there were no extra costs incurred and we only need to pay for the entrance fee to the tourist attraction. it was a great experience for me as they were all very accommodating and cheerful. 

Schönes Hotel, sauber, moderner Design und tolle Einrichtungen. Leider hatten wir nicht die Zeit, ihr Frühstück zu versuchen, das vielversprechend klang. Die Spa-Anlagen (Pool, Sauna und Hammam) sind sehr sauber und überhaupt nicht beschäftigt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und obwohl es ein riesiges Hotel war es nicht fühlte sich besetzt.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Ambiente und Einrichtungen. Besonderes Dank an Sharofat an der Rezeption, die uns bei der Buchung einer Stadttour geholfen hat und war sehr hilfreich auch während ihres Urlaubs. Es hatte 24x7 Bar und Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Das Hotel empfiehlt allen Touristen sehr.

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Das Zimmer ist groß, der Rezeptionservice ist aufmerksam, das Badezimmer ist groß genug und die Küche ist mit Strom ausgestattet. Die Dekoration ist modern und das nächste Mal wird es wieder kommen. Lob!!

The location is convenient. Super friendly staff with fluent English and Russian. Shohi-Zinda Yodgorligi is right opposite to the hotel. 15-min walk to Registon. The room is cozy.

Прекрасный во всех отношениях отель вблизи исторического центра Самарканда. Отель небольшой, но уютный, чистый и ухоженный. В лобби есть банкомат, на стойке регистрации можно запросить экскурсию по городу. Располагается вблизи Университетского бульвара, до основных исторических достопримечательностей 15-20 мин пешим шагом. На 3 этаже есть большая летняя веранда. Номер был очень чистый, проводилась ежедневная уборка. Сейф, мини-бар, гигиенические принадлежности, полотенца и халаты присутствуют. По утрам шикарные завтраки в формате шведского стола, позволяют насытиться до самого вечера. В целом, по соотношению ”цена/качество” - это самый оптимальный вариант отеля для кратковременного проживания в Самарканде. Получили только положительные эмоции от пребывания здесь.

Отель - небольшой. Находится практически в центре. До основных достопримечательностей Самарканда (Регистан, Сиаб, Шохи-Занда, Гур Эмир, Биби-Ханум) на такси минут 10 и 15-25 тыс сум, в зависимости от времени. Рядом в соседней двери - хорошая самса (популярное место, местные часто сюда наведываются). В шаговой доступности много магазинов и ресторанов. Минусы - отсутствие холодильника в номере, маленькая душевая, очень простой завтрак. Из плюсов - персонал всегда старался помочь, на ТВ кроме многих русских каналов есть также YouTube (не часто встретишь). Разрешили бесплатно поздний выезд (в 17 вместо 12). Отель - в целом рекомендую, за свои деньги - отлично.
