"This was our first stay here and will keep it in mind as a more affordable option in the SLC Downtown space. In general, this is an older property that has the basics of a good place to stay. The rooms were clean and had a the larger ”dorm fridge” and a microwave. The beds/bedding were VERY comfortable. Parking is free and they do allow pets for a $25 fee. (NOTE: The Trip.com site says that pets are not allowed.) The location is very good, with walking-distance access to alot of restaurants, bars, entertainment, shopping, etc. We took a $7+ Uber to/from The State Room, which is only 1/2 mile away because I just had my hip replaced. Would normally have walked. What they could do better: While they have some beautiful plants on the property, they could spruce it up a bit with some paint and deep cleaning of the concrete walkways. The lobby/front desk reminds me of a motel in a seedy location. The front desk person is behind an enclosed Plexi-Glass structure and the lobby is not somewhere to gather, as it is not kept very clean. They do not serve food at all, due to COVID-era decisions (see picture), and the presence of junk food vending machines shows that they are not concerned with that decision and will continue that non-service going forward. (TIP: Go next door to The Red Beryl restaurant in the Doubletree. Excellent food, service, and prices!) Maybe if the front desk person offered a list of nearby eating establishments to guests when they check-in, this would be a non-issue. The only room challenge was that the blackout shade roller was non-operational, requiring a more manual approach with it to cover the window. As with a lot of hotels, they charge a $100 deposit that is given back when you check out. If you use a card, that's 3-5 business days. If you use cash, it's returned immediately after they perform a cursory room look-see. The staff that served us was not pleasant or unpleasant; pretty much a business attitude."

"2 Nächte geblieben. Neu renoviert. Überrascht über die schönen Zimmer. Großer Fernseher. Hatte ein Südost-Gesichtszimmer und hatte einen Blick auf Schneebedeckte Berge. Sauber hell weiße Linen. Handtücher waren nicht so neu, aber waren sauber. Alles sieht ganz neu in der Innenstadt aus. Nur etwas, das ein paar Jahre gekommen ist, sind die Türen und Badewanne. Räumliches Zimmer. Großes Essen und Trinken und das Restaurant und die Bar. Parkplatz war steif ($25/n). Gesamt großartig Aufenthalt und würde sicherlich hier wieder reservieren."

"Wir lieben dieses Hotel im CD-Verwalter Carrie war fabulös. Alle Büroverwalter oder freundlich und erkennen Sie und Sie gingen in uns waren für 3 Tage dort, wünschen wir, dass der Poolbereich ein wenig größere ist. Die Hausmeister waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war gut zu beherbergen, wir werden wieder bleiben."

"Dies ist eine nette in einer kleinen Stadt auf unserer Straße. Es ist leicht zu finden, und das Zimmer ist groß. Wir hatten das Frühstück rhe am Morgen und besuchten die Orte um sie herum."

"Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber. Es gibt kein Restaurant, aber Sie können selbst kochen und alles ist komplett. Sie brauchen eigene Zahngeräte und die Schleifen. Die Rezeption und andere Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut. Die Lage ist nicht weit von der TRAX-Bahnhof entfernt, schnell innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu gehen, es ist sehr bequem, in die Stadt oder den Flughafen zu gehen. Uber ist 8 Minuten zum Flughafen. Insgesamt ist die Überpreise der Unterkunft im Flughafen zweifellos."

"Hotel itself was clean and very nice. Requested room away from the elevator, we were right next to it. Billed as ”dog friendly ” it should be ”dog allowed for a $75 fee” and that price with no pet area on the grounds. Was not happy about that at all. The pet area was about 2 blocks away."

"The pool was very cold, not heated, never have I stayed at a hotel that had an indoor pool that was that cold. We chose your location because we were including our grandchildren for a vacation which part was to swim with them. It was too cold. This was also noticed by all of the guests that we talked to who only could use the jacuzzi since it was heated. I had told the staff through text when they asked how my stay was and they said that is standard, and they only heat to a certain level. I later asked if they could get approval for us to swim at one of their sister hotels and they said that was not possible unless we were staying at their hotel. I was in the hotel business for 5 years with Quality International so I am used to situations like this. Since we were staying multiple days I was asked if I wanted my room made up each day and I said yes, 1st day it was not done, and I had to ask and it was not done until 5pm."

"My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The level of cleanliness was outstanding—every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is housed in a beautiful, high-class building with elegant design and modern amenities, truly exuding luxury. "L’hôtel est hyper sympa, beaucoup de petits efforts et détails sont apportés pour faire plaisir au voyageur. C’est juste son emplacement qui n’est pas idéal, situé dans une zone reculée, mais si vous avez besoin d’une étape sur cette route, il est vraiment top."
