推開酒店大門的那一刻，就被大廳裏恰到好處的香氛和温暖的燈光治癒了。前台小姐姐笑容甜美，遞上熱毛巾和歡迎茶，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊——這種被重視的感覺真好。
房間更是驚喜。推開窗就是無敵夜景，床品選得極有品位，躺上去像被雲朵包裹，枕頭菜單裏有蕎麥枕、乳膠枕可選，對頸椎不好的人太友好了。衞浴乾濕分離，洗護用品是草本香氛的星級品牌，吹風機風力十足，細節無可挑剔。
晚上開夜床時，服務員已經貼心地拉好窗簾、放好拖鞋，床頭還放了兩塊手工曲奇和手寫天氣提示卡。泳池的水温剛好，健身房器材全是全新。早餐自助餐豐富到選擇困難，現煮的牛肉麪湯頭濃郁，煎蛋師傅記得住每位客人的熟度要求。
住了三天，每次路過前台，工作人員都能準確叫出我的名字。這種恰到好處的關懷，讓這次旅行格外美好。下次再來，這裏一定是我的首選。

Neue Hotels, die Ausstattung ist neu sauber, die Service-Personal-Einstellung ist gut, der Ort ist bequem, es gibt lange kein solches Gefühl der Zufriedenheit, während der Epidemie ist es mehr beruhigend, das Personal ist behutsam und lässt die Reisenden beruhigen. Vielen Dank!

When I first arrived at the desk to check in, I was greeted very cordially by Constance and Hannah, who were very pleasant and friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care in helping me get the room that was just right for me!
The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (they also have free coffee in the office), plenty of fresh, clean towels), nice lighting (they actually have the more expensive 'yellowish' LED lights that create light that is better for your eyes - some lesser hotels have the stark, unpleasant 'blue-ish' LED lights. So, even the lighting in the room was nice. :) The TV is very nice, with many, many satellite channels, and they have a digital clock that allows guests to plug in their USB devices so they can wake up to their favorite music, or news.
They offer a REALLY great breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and much more. What really impressed me, though, is that when I said I'd be leaving too early to take advantage of the breakfast, Constance and Hannah replied, ”Oh, well, if that's the case, you can come get breakfast anytime you want. The office is open 24 hours a day. That kind statement really made my day, because when I travel, I rarely get to take advantage of the free breakfast offered by many of the hotels, since I usually get on the road around 4AM. Thank you for that, ladies!!!!
I also wanted to mention Joshua, who made checkout really easy with HIS professional, polite, and friendly help.
I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice, but the staff there make it REALLY special. Thanks to all three of you!

Try was by far one of the nicest and cleanest places I have ever stayed! The grounds were so pretty with the prettiest flowers. It was kinda fancy and I plan on going back there to stay soon. My bed was so clean and so comfortable… I do check! Enjoyed everything!

Great overnight stay location just off I-22. Easy to get to and return to travel the next morning. Clean and comfortable room. Good hot breakfast served early enough to enjoy and get back on the road.

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

GGastnutzerThe grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

GGastnutzerSomewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

GGastnutzerBreakfast was very disappointing. They whole area was not cleaned. I was first person there and I had to remind them it was time to turn on the lights. The sink was dirty, waffle iron looked like it had been used, no orange or apple juice in machine, they said they were out. Microwave had somewhat f looked like flour around the base. It looked like the food had been placed in there last night and left till morning. Coffee machine/ coffee did not taste like coffee. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Staff looked like they lived there carrying the baby around on their hip, they did not try to show any empathy with the winter storm issue. I left a Day early so as not to get stuck in the city, they would not give me any kind of discount for the day, no empathy. My door was unsafe, as if someone had busted through.

The only complaint is the armbands. Our kids armbands broke while going down the waterside the first day we were there, and through our stay we noticed multiple people that have lost theirs. If you're going to charge $50 for loosing it, they need to be more durable. I find this extremely unreasonable since they obviously break very easily.

GGastnutzerDie Gesamtlage war super, ich musste nicht umherfahren, wenn ich da war. Der einzige Zug zurück ist das Zimmer gefühlt nass. Es könnte eine gute Idee sein, einen Dehydrater für diesen Ort zu nehmen. Auch das Wasser drainierte sehr langsam. In einem positiven Hinweis war das Zimmer sauber und das Personal dort begrüßte.

GGastnutzerI booked this hotel at the last minute and I'm glad I did. After a long day of traveling, it was just what I needed. They offer snacks/dinner in the lobby a few days out of the week and this was PERFECT for me after getting off of the road. All of the front desk staff were amazing, as well as the breakfast staff. Room was spacious and quiet. The kitchen came with everything you need to prepare meals in your suite. If you don't prefer to cook, restaurants and convenience stores are a 5 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk down the road.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was clean and the food was good. However we drove 3 1/2 hours to get there in time for a family wedding. The room was supposed to be ready for 4:00 and it was not ready until 5:35. This did not allow us enough time to get ready for the wedding. It was very embarrassing to arrive so late for the wedding. The staff said they would wave the incidental fees, which made no difference to us. Extremely disappointed since we thought being a Hilton hotel all would be good and it was not.
