Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war perfekt und alles war gut organisiert. Ein besonderer Dank an die Hotelmanager und Mitarbeiter sie waren extrem freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, mit Fragen oder Anfragen zu helfen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte unsere Reise noch angenehmer. Der Service war von der Ein-/Auscheckung ausgezeichnet. Ich fühlte mich wirklich willkommen und betreut während meines Aufenthalts. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv jedem besuchenden empfehlen und ich würde in Zukunft glücklich hier bleiben.

Das Hotel war mitten im Zentrum, es ist zum Großteil authentisch aus dem dortigen Tuffstein und macht die ganze Atmosphäre aus! Die Zimmer sind eines schöner wie das andere. Wir hatten insgesamt 3 Zimmer gebucht, und waren begeistert von dem schmackhaften Frühstück, dem stets netten und hilfsbereiten Personal, sowie den Ausstattungen der Zimmer. Wir würden das Hotel gerne wieder besuchen, und weiterempfehlen.

Der Raum ist groß und sauber, komplett ausgestattet und gut schallisoliert. Er wird von einem ganz besonderen „Brother Pants“-Portier bewacht. Der Rezeptionist und der Chef sind sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr kostengünstig, einen Heißluftballon bei ihnen zu buchen. Es ist auch sehr praktisch, einen Abhol- und Bringservice zu buchen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Essatmosphäre ist gemütlich und warm und durch das Fenster kann man viele Katzen und Hunde sehen Auf der wunderschön angelegten Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die ganze Stadt können Sie nach Belieben Fotos machen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen! Die Blindauswahl endete im Treasure Hotel, einem Treffpunkt für Nicht-Xiaohongshu-Chinesen.

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

Unser zweitägiger Aufenthalt im Göreme Cave Hotel war insgesamt angenehm und wie folgt: - Zimmer und Aussicht: In unserer ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit eher mittelmäßiger Aussicht. In unserer zweiten Nacht zogen wir in den dritten Stock, wo die Aussicht deutlich besser war. Wir zahlten an der Rezeption einen Aufpreis von 40 Euro in bar, und der Zimmerwechsel verlief reibungslos. - Service: Das Hotelpersonal war im Allgemeinen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Miracs Professionalität. Unser besonderer Dank gilt der Köchin des Hotels, die trotz Sprachbarriere (sie sprach kein Englisch) sehr kinderfreundlich war und ein reichhaltiges und köstliches Frühstück zubereitete. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit war wirklich berührend. Insgesamt war die Liebe zum Detail des Hotels ein Highlight, und die andere Aussicht hat das Erlebnis deutlich beeinflusst und ist daher eine besondere Erwähnung wert.

We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

Dieses Hotel ist für seine einzigartige Einrichtung bekannt, und nachdem ich es selbst erlebt habe, kann ich dem nur zustimmen. Es ist perfekt zum Fotografieren und definitiv eine Übernachtung wert. Ich habe einige Bewertungen gelesen, in denen der Service als mittelmäßig bemängelt wurde, und dem stimme ich teilweise zu, aber nicht ganz. Einer der Herren im Anzug beim Check-in war unglaublich kühl und unnahbar, fast schon vampirhaft, sodass ich mich fühlte, als stünde ich in seiner Schuld. In dieser Nacht litten mein Freund und ich aufgrund der veränderten Umgebung unter starken Magen-Darm-Problemen; wir hatten sogar Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen. Nachdem Frau Kubra und der Mann links auf dem Foto von unserer Situation erfahren hatten, halfen sie uns, eine Apotheke zu finden und besorgten uns sogar Medikamente, die wir zur Linderung der Schmerzen benötigten. Da es uns so schlecht ging, dass wir nicht um Mitternacht auschecken konnten, verlängerten sie sogar unsere Check-out-Zeit. Wir fühlten uns deswegen schlecht, aber sie waren beim Auschecken überhaupt nicht ungeduldig; stattdessen lächelten sie uns freundlich an. Obwohl es sich nur um kleine Gesten der Freundlichkeit handelte, waren sie für uns, fernab von zu Hause und krank, unglaublich tröstlich. Wir sind sehr dankbar für ihre Hilfe. *Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ließ zu wünschen übrig. Vermutlich wurden aufgrund der Renovierungsarbeiten einige schwer zugängliche Stellen nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Ich fand jedoch das doppelte Augenlidpflaster eines vorherigen Gastes in unserem Waschbecken, was ich inakzeptabel fand. Beim ersten Anheben der Bettdecke entdeckte ich ein fremdes Haar. *Das Hotelfrühstück war sehr exquisit, aber leider konnten wir es aufgrund einer Magen-Darm-Grippe nicht genießen. Die Auswahl war umfangreich, und der Orangensaft des Hotels am Morgen war köstlich.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Zimmer und Bad sind groß und immer warm. Der Service hingegen ist mangelhaft. Ich hatte morgens eine Heißluftballonfahrt gebucht und wartete in der Lobby, aber ein Rezeptionist meinte, ich könne draußen warten (Hallo? Es ist so kalt, warum sollte ich reingehen?). Ich verstehe das nicht. Ich bezahle doch nur für das Zimmer, nicht für die Lobby! Als der Fahrer dann jemanden für die Ballonfahrt abholte, der nicht auf meiner Liste stand, meinte er, das sei mein Reiseleiter und ich solle mit ihm fahren. Ich sagte ihm, nein, das sei nicht mein Reiseleiter, da mein Name nicht auf der Liste stehe. Er fragte nach meiner Zimmernummer und bestätigte, dass mein Reiseleiter mit ihm fahren solle. Schließlich fuhr ich mit der falschen Person, der Fahrer musste mich zurück ins Hotel bringen, und ich wartete wieder auf meinen Reiseleiter. Das war reine Zeitverschwendung. Ich gebe dem Rezeptionisten am Morgen null Punkte. Falls Sie wissen möchten, wer von Ihnen am 2. Dezember 2025 zwischen 6:20 und 6:45 Uhr die Überwachungskameras in der Lobby überprüft hat…
