Hotels mit WLAN in Madinah, Saudi-Arabien

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah. This stay was especially meaningful to us as we got married in Madinah during our visit, making it a very special part of our journey together. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our experience even better. We will always remember our stay here as part of such a beautiful chapter of our lives. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and families visiting Madinah.

There were several issues during my stay. First, the balcony glass door could not be closed properly. I am quite sure the hotel was already aware of this issue, as their technician came and fixed it immediately without checking or asking any questions. However, I had to call twice before someone finally came. Secondly, the service quality does not match the price paid. The breakfast area is also very small. It was almost fully occupied, and the tables were placed extremely close to each other, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. In addition, while I understand that hotels require guests to check out on time, the way it was handled felt more like constant rushing. I received a call at 12:15 and another call at 12:55 to remind me to check out. If check-out time is strictly enforced, I would expect the same level of urgency for check-in as well. Lastly, there was inconsistency regarding the check-in time. My Trip.com booking confirmation clearly stated a 2:00 PM check-in, but the hotel informed me that check-in was only available at 3:00 PM.

Das Hotel ist ein relativ neues, mit den Zimmern exquisit dekoriert und sauber. Liebe die nackten und ruhigen Farben, die in den Zimmern verwendet wurden. Mein Aufenthalt war komfortabel, und der Service war gut. Das Hotel ist nur ein Stein weg von Masjidil Nabawi, und es war bequem zu Fuß zur Moschee für Gebet, das weniger als 3 Minuten dauerte! Essen war leicht zugänglich mit den vielen Geschäften rund um das Hotel. Ich fand es merkwürdig, dass das Hotel auf Reisen mit einer Kinderfreiheit angekündigt wird, aber sie sagten mir, dass es nicht wahr war, als ich mit dem Personal überprüfte. Ich hätte es lieber als ein erwachsenes Hotel sein wollen, weil ich es dennoch reservieren wollte, weil die Zimmerwände ziemlich dünn waren, und wir könnten Kinder in den anderen Zimmern schreien haha! Aber nur eine kleine Frage natürlich.

Es gab weder ein Schild noch einen Knopf, mit dem man auf die Notwendigkeit des Zimmerservices hinweisen konnte, und es war schwierig für uns, regelmäßig den Zimmerservice in Anspruch zu nehmen.

Ich kann mich ja gar net beklagen...Initial war ich in einem anderen Zimmer, da habe ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert weil die Türe die die Zimmern abtrennt zu dünn waren und ich konnte ja alles im Zimmer daneben hören...Also wirklich alles...Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, bekam ich sofort ein anderes Zimmer u die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (insbesondere Manar) haben sich entschuldigt...Lage des Hotels sowie die Nähe an der Moschee ist ja ausgezeichnet...Das Essen war auch lecker...Weiter so...☺️

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

I have booked a room for my parents in madina “Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel”. The hotel rooms are very comfortable & luxury… Washrooms are neat & clean and the staff of the hotel is cooperative❤️

Sehr alt und Kundenservice ist schrecklich. Rang Rezeption aus dem Hotelzimmer keine Antwort (2 mal) als musste zu Rezeption klagen sicher nicht funktionieren, sie kehrten sich am nächsten Tag, um es zu sortieren.

Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, gute Zimmer, das einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, wäre die Modernisierung des Badezimmers und der Küche, aber beide Bereiche waren voll funktionsfähig

Hallo zusammen, war 4 Tage im Hotel gewesen und kann meine Erlebnisse grade ausdrucken. Was dir Sauberkeit angeht, habe mangelhaft bewertet- da am Teppich man konnte jede Menge alte Haare von vorherige Gäste finden. Ausstattung ist ok, Service ist etwas besser, da für jede Gebetzeit gibt es Transport hin und zurück. Weitere Empfehlung- nicht so wirklich, da für 50€ pro Tag findet man was besseres und evtl inkl. Mahlzeit dazu. Danke:)
