From start to finish Dom Carlos Park did not disappoint. Helpful staff took our bag up stairs on arrival. Storage was available until our room was ready, map was given when requested to help us find our bearings. Room clean with fridge with selection of minibar which could be purchased, safe was also available. Towels were large and fluffy. Bed comfortable, with lovely pillows, black out curtains to help sleep. Room service used first night with excellent food . Breakfast was excellent good range of food. It was occasional busy and we were asked to wait in the lounge area but again well looked after and as soon as space was available we were taken in to wait. Hotel is in a good location, a gentle walk down the avenue liberdade everyday to where the action is, such as Rossio Station where we caught the train to Sintra. Great hotel would stay again. Cab from airport to hotel €24 , Uber to airport €7

Room size and amenities are excellent. There is some drainage smell in the bathroom during my stay but the water pressure and temperature offset that part. It's important to have a nice shower and hair wash in Lisbon summer after going out everyday. The little kitchen and dining table is absolutely value-added. Location is fair though you could still walk to the city centre in 25 mins if you don't want to pay for transport Lots of breakfast options in the surrounding. During my 4-night stay, we came across with fire alarm in the midnight at 3am ish. Everybody went down stairs to find out what happened. As everything is digitalised, no guest is able to speak to a real person staff to find out what happened as the fire alarm keeps ringing for over 20 mins. The emergency sign along the stairs is not clear enough. We didn't know we by-passed ground floor already so we kept going down until we reached the car park which is 2 floors down the ground floor, ie. Basement. We had to go up again inside the car park and found the exit to the ground floor. Imagine if a fire takes place and it gets lots of smoke around, it's could be life threatening in such a situation. Some of the residents retrieved the booking confirmation email and found the emergency contact which led us to contact the property via WhatsApp and saying someone will be on site to find out what happened and whether it's safe to re-enter the building again. We got automated email asking us not to enter the building until it's clear what happened In about 30 mins, a guy from the fire alarm company arrived and turned the alarm off. He explained one of the rooms triggered that alarm. But the guest staying in the room was with the main group on scene and said she was sleeping when the alarm rang! No cooking or smoking inside the room at all. That guy re-assured it's safe to re-enter the building so it was about 4am when we back to our room. We couldn't sleep again given adter running up and down. So this is how it goes. The hardware of the room is perfect but if you want real person support at the time when tou needed it most, I'm not sure if that's your choice.

Es gibt zwei Aufzüge, aber keiner von ihnen funktionierte richtig. Die Lage und das Personal sind fantastisch und hilfsbereit.

Ich kann diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen, obwohl sie nur weniger als 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Martim Moniz und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt ist. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitengasse mit einigen Altbauten. An beiden Enden der Gassen tummelten sich viele Obdachlose und Herumtreiber. Besonders unangenehm war der unangenehme Geruch nach Urin und Müll in der Gasse. Da die Wohnung in der Gasse liegt, ist ein Autozugang nicht möglich. Selbst mit Uber mussten wir von beiden Enden der Gasse jeweils zwei Minuten laufen. Leider wurde uns ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss der vierstöckigen Wohnung zugewiesen. Genauer gesagt lag das Zimmer etwas tiefer, sodass wir durch unsere beiden Fenster die Füße der Passanten auf der Straße sehen konnten. Außerdem war es etwas laut, wenn sich Leute auf der Straße unterhielten oder ihre Fahrräder direkt vor unserem Zimmerfenster abstellten. Wir konnten weder Fenster noch Vorhänge öffnen, sodass es sich anfühlte, als ob wir in einem fensterlosen Zimmer wohnten. Wir baten um einen Zimmerwechsel. Da wir sieben Nächte dort verbrachten, hatten wir auch nichts dagegen, zwischendurch nur für ein paar Nächte zu wechseln. Allerdings wurde uns keine Möglichkeit zum Zimmerwechsel angeboten, obwohl wir die Wohnung vor vier Monaten gebucht hatten (keine Last-Minute-Kunden). Außerdem war die Schallisolierung der Wohnung schlecht. Wir konnten alle draußen reden hören. Da es sich um eine Erdgeschosswohnung handelt, waren viele Leute unterwegs, die in die anderen Stockwerke gingen und das Gebäude betraten und verließen. Alle Geräusche waren besonders spät in der Nacht ziemlich störend. In zwei der sieben Nächte gab es außerdem mitten in der Nacht einen Wecker, der über 30 Minuten lang anhielt. All diese Probleme waren ebenfalls sehr störend. Zudem waren Bett und Kissen der Wohnung zu hart und unbequem. Wir haben leider nicht gut geschlafen. Trotzdem war die Einrichtung der Wohnung schön, geräumig und sauber. Die Einrichtung war modern, und auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung verlief einwandfrei. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie eine einfache Kaffeefiltermaschine, aber keine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine.

Ich war vom freundlichen Personal und der Sauberkeit beeindruckt. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber es fehlte mir nichts. Der Parkplatz war sehr klein, aber das Personal half mir, am Straßenrand auszuparken und fragte sogar in der Lobby nach, ob ich Hilfe bräuchte. Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch seine Gastfreundschaft aus. Wenn man eine Karte hinterlässt, mit der man angibt, dass keine Reinigung gewünscht ist, erhält man am nächsten Morgen einen 5-Euro-Gutschein, der in den Restaurants und Bars des Hotels eingelöst werden kann. Ich habe die Karte nur hinterlassen, weil ich während meiner Reise niemanden in meinem Zimmer haben wollte, aber es war ein wirklich gutes Angebot. Kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten: Keine.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und die Einrichtungen sind auch sehr gut. Aber der Service ist wirklich schlecht. Zuerst kann es nicht sein, in einem Freundeszimmer zu bleiben. Ich habe lange gewartet, um die Servicepersonal zu finden! Es ist sehr schwierig, zu bleiben.

Nettes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Ich gebe nur nicht 5 Sterne wegen des Zimmerservices, das verbessert werden muss (bettkleidung manchmal geschnitzt und eine der Kühlschranken scheint schlecht funktionieren). Aber in der Regel empfehle ich, weil es ein komfortables Zimmer für Familien und ein gutes Frühstück ist.

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage (in der Nähe von Touristenattraktionen) und hat ein sauberes Zimmer

The place is beautiful, and the amenities were great. We really had a good time. But I have to be honest about a few things that were negative. We booked a room called the lovers room which was ~600 euros per night and the photos advertised were showing a room that was not the one we got. The room we got was still amazing, with many amenities, spaceous, great design, but it was not what was advertised. We even hired a photographer because it was our 1 year anniversary assuming we would get the room advertised which was two floors and had great views. We also called to mention that it was our anniversary the day before and the only thing they could offer was a wine bottle or a cake which is ok, but the service didn't make anything special about it. I think they have to be trained better for these things, because at the dinner, they sat us in a pretty bad table and we had to ask to be changed to a better one, but they should know this since I called in to tell them it was our anniversary. The dinner was also very slow. We sat for 1 hour with only bread. And the food was ok, not bad, not great, we paid 200 euros for an ok meal. And we had to wait hours because they were under staffed. One lady was serving near 10 tables. It was not a good experience. Finally, a boutique hotel that opens the sauna at 11am feels not well thought of. I think they have to figure out how to make the recovery amenities open from very early around 6/7am to very late around 10/11pm to accommodate for all guests. The final thing was that there was no butler and guests are expected to carry bags from the the parking to the lobby. I think they need to hire a butler at the entrance. Thats basically my feedback for this hotel given the price which is what you pay per night at the best 5 star hotels. Apart from that, again, the service was kind and helpful, the hotel design is beautiful and the location is insanely gorgeous. The rooms are also very well done.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel.Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und es kamen alle auf ihre Kosten.Die Nähe zum Flughafen war nicht zu überhören aber auch kein wirkliches Problem,die Bauarbeiten am Hotel werden irgendwann aufhören von daher alles gut 👌🏼.Was für mich als Frischluftfanatiker nicht so schön war,ist das man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.Wir hatten trotz Klimaanlage keine gute Luft im Zimmer (obwohl die Klimaanlage durchgehend lief)!Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung 👍🏻
