It was the best microhotel that we've visit, well it's not our first time to visit GenSan and find a great microhotel. That this place is fantastic, a great environment and perfect ambiance at all. Staff are great too, and they actually serve a break fast which just amazing to enjoy it with my love of my life.

Der Grund ist, es ist einfach mit Glück in Kontakt zu kommen, nah mit dem öffentlichen Park/Busterminal/ 7-11/Mit. Supermarkt/ Jollibee Quick food/ privates Krankenhaus/ Regierung Hall ......

Der Service ist gut, ich bin früh um 1 Uhr im Hotel angekommen, aber sie nehmen mich und geben mir den Schlüssel, damit ich in mein Zimmer eintreten kann. Sie sind sehr Gastgeber und der Platz ist schön und auch zugänglich.

We enjoyed our stay at Avior Hotel. The staff were very nice. The location was perfect. The free collection at the airport was very useful. The rooms were big enough. The bed was comfortable but I think it was two single beds pushed together hence the bed sheets kept coming off. The shower was okay but the water was cold. Breakfast was alright but pretty basic and the staff weren’t very efficient clearing tables and preparing new ones. We struggled to find a table on our second day and had to ask for cutlery which the staff happily provided. Check out was quick and easy.

Very affordable price and decent cleanliness. The location is a bit off since it’s on an inner street and the road going there is a bit bumpy, but the stay itself was comfortable. D
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super cozy! The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all good quality, so I slept really well. The room and bathroom were spacious, and I liked that the room had a balcony. The aircon worked well for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a small gym on second floor, but don’t expect much as this a budget hotel.
Breakfast was simple but good, the chicken tocino was especially good for me. Overall, definitely worth it for the price you pay.

I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The accommodations are decent if you're only staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.
One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. If you plan to visit during warmer months, I suggest looking at other options or ensuring you have a room with better cooling.
Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.

GGastnutzerThere are many good things about casa mia but also some room for improvement. The goos things are… Location is very close to Gensan Airport which waa perfect for our early morning flights. Both Grab taxi and food delivery are available in this area which we made good use of. Very clean room and bedding. Excellent internet connected television. The disadvantages are that the amenities are very basic and in some rooms it can take a while to get the hot water for a reliable shower. The shower design means that a lot of water gets onto the floor area outside which makes the toilet room messy. But still good value and good staff so I will stay here again.

CcjohnjugsSuper gute Lage ist es in der Nähe von Malls und Krankenhäusern und viele Restaurants. Der Eincheck ist glatt und das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Nur unten zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts sind die laufenden Renovierungen, die wir in unserem Zimmer hören können, aber es hält während der Nacht an. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde auch in ein nahe gelegenes Restaurant umgeleitet, so dass wir ein wenig zu Fuß gehen mussten, um dort zu kommen, aber so nah nicht wirklich ein Problem. Die Lebensmittelauswahl im Frühstücksbuffet ist ein wenig unterwältigend, obwohl ich denke, fair genug für den Preis. Überall ein empfohlener Ort zu bleiben in GenSan!
