All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

Location is just a 5-min drive from SM. Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy. There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be okay? Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.

Overall a great experience. Breakfast options are good, pool showed a great view of Mayon. Place was accessible via Grab. Food service is a bit inconsistent, sometimes fast but sometimes takes like an hour long. Still recommended.

this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.

Die Serviceleistungen der Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Sie waren alle respektvoll gegenüber den Gästen. Das Essen im Frühstücksbuffet war großartig. Die Lebensmittelsorte war ausgezeichnet, aber es hatte keine Obstsaft zur Verfügung. Andernfalls hatte auch der Lotus Blue Cafe zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis tolles Essen. Die Lage war sehr nahe dem Hauptstadtgebiet und zu Fuß zu sauberen Malls mit viel Speise- und Restaurantoptionen. Das Gebiet ist auch sehr sicher und freundlich. Leider hatten wir eine schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Zimmer. Der Warmwasserheizgerät im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Wir berichteten sofort, dass an das Frontdesk. Sie schickten eine Wartungsmechanik, um es zu reparieren, aber die gleiche Frage jedes Mal, wenn wir versuchten, die Dusche zu verwenden. Sie versprach, den Heizgerät zu ersetzen, während wir auf unserer Tour weg waren, aber als wir zurück kamen, war der Heizgerät noch nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser aus der Dusche würde zuerst sehr heiß und schwer zu richten. Dann nachdem das Wasser sehr kalt kam. Ich berichtete die gleiche Frage an das Frontdesk, aber keine Ergebnisse. Danke, dass wir nur zwei Tage gefangen waren.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Sauber und ruhig. In Old Colonel so nahe schnelles Essen, Gemüse, etc. Sie haben auch auf meine Anfrage eines Zimmers mit Fenster :) komplette Einrichtungen bislang, obwohl es keinen Aufzug gibt, so dass für Menschen mit körperlichen Behinderungen oder ältere Menschen mit Geheißproblemen nicht empfohlen. Frühstückswahlen sind nur ok. Nur begrenzt.

WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny! Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️ From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! This is my 3rd time to book this property. I liked very much the location very near to all spots I need for my quick visit in the area. Access to my assigned room is very accessible even if there is no staff was there to assist me when I arrived and came late.

I like this place due to the convenient to my location and the staff is very good, the room I was assign is good full size bed firm, the only bit uncomfortable is the AC somehow is very noisy although it work fine just too noisy, had a good water supply, no hot water for the shower.
