"I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu."

"Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average."

"Dieses Resort eignet sich sowohl für Familien als auch für Alleinreisende. Es gibt einen Pool für Erwachsene und Kinder, der direkt am Strand liegt. Dort stehen auch Liegestühle bereit, sodass man den Meerblick genießen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Mir gefällt das Ambiente sehr gut, und der Ausblick ist einfach perfekt zum Abschalten! Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen werden angeboten. Das Essen selbst ist meiner Meinung nach durchschnittlich. Geschmack und Auswahl könnten verbessert werden, und vielleicht könnten Gerichte aus Terengganu wie Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang und Keropok Lekor besser angeboten werden. Die Sauberkeit ist durchschnittlich; an den Badezimmertüren und Spiegeln können Flecken zu sehen sein. Die Wasserversorgung und die anderen Geräte sind etwas älter, aber in Ordnung. Insgesamt finde ich den Aufenthalt für den Preis angemessen."

"This is first time i stay here. So lovely stay here, near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol and easy access to city just a few minutes walk to Pasar Payang. Service were very good, all staff were friendly. For sure i will come again next time!"

"We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference. Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable."

"Hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier! Das Hotel ist sehr neu, sauber und komfortabel. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre fühlt sich gemütlich und entspannt von dem Moment, in dem Sie eintreten. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt viele Stromsockel, die sehr bequem für die Belastung von mehreren Geräten ist. Der Service war auch ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war freundlich und willkommen, und das Hotel hat sogar lokale Snacks als ein willkommenes Geschenk zubereitet, was so ein bedenkliches Touch war. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem in der Nähe Chinatown mit vielen Speisen und Attraktionen in der Nähe. Es gibt auch eine offene Parkplätze direkt über das Hotel, die Parkplätze einfach und problemlos. Insgesamt war es ein sehr komfortabeler Aufenthalt und ich würde sicher wiederkommen!"

"Ich habe dieses Hotel vor allem für eine Marathonreservierung gebucht. Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster und ist ziemlich klein. Jedoch ist das Badezimmer relativ geräumig und kommt mit einem Haartrockner und Seife. Das heiße Wasser ist stabil, und der Wasserdruck ist stark nehmen eine heiße Dusche nach einem vollen Marathon fühlte sich erstaunlich. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, und wir konnten gut schlafen. Allerdings ist die Soundproofing nicht sehr gut, was sich auf Ruhe beeinflussen kann. Es gibt einige Bereiche, die verbessert werden könnten. Zum Beispiel wären mehr Hänge hilfreich. Die elektrische Kessel im Zimmer leckte und verursachte eine geringfügige Verbrennung, so dass ich nach unten gehen musste, um eine Ersatzanlage zu bekommen. Auch gibt es keinen Spiegel im Zimmer außer im Badezimmer, was ein wenig ungünstig ist. Es wäre besser, wenn hinter der Tür ein Volllängen Spiegel installiert werden könnte. Das Hotel ist insgesamt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet, aber es gibt noch Raum für Verbesserungen in den Details. In der Nähe sind 7 elf und Familienmart . Parkplätze sind kostenfrei"

"Neues Hotel, das gerade im August 2024 eröffnet wird und in der Nähe des Bootsanlegers Pulau Perhentian liegt. Kostenlose Parkplätze mit offenem Parkplatz Der Zimmerpreis war im Vergleich zur Gegend um Kuala Besut ziemlich teuer (305 RM für Frühstück für 2 Personen). Abgelegene Gegend und in der Nähe des Bootsanlegers Kuala Besut. Man muss fahren, um Essensstände zu finden. Das Hotel bietet Verkaufsautomaten zum Kauf von Snacks und Getränken. Zimmer zu klein. Nichts Besonderes an diesem Hotel, ähnlich einem einfachen Hotel. Frühstück mit einfachen Mahlzeiten Das lokale Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Sehr sauberes großräumiges Hotel das sehr gut riecht mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Die Zimmer sind groß sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Etwas abgelegen in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Gerne wieder."

"Es ist ein schönes kleines Hotel direkt in Chinatown. Es ist sehr sauber und es sind bequeme Betten und die Dusche ist gut und schön warm. Man kann ganz gut in der Unterkunft frühstücken, es gibt aber 2 bis 3 gute Möglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe gut zu frühstücken. Und es gibt genügend Restaurants drumherum. Der Busbahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt um auf die Insel Kapas zu kommen, oder zu den nächsten Orten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett."
