My stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I was warmly welcomed by two exceptionally friendly receptionists, Yana and her colleague, whose hospitality immediately made me feel at home. They went above and beyond by offering insightful recommendations on places to explore and even provided me with a printed map, making it effortless to plan my outings. The hotel was immaculate, and every area was impeccably maintained, reflecting the staff’s attention to detail. Overall, it was a delightful and seamless experience, and I left thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highlands. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was soft, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The suite was also equipped with useful amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. They responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The facilities were clean and well looked after, and everything contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. It offers great value for money, excellent comfort, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near Genting Highlands.

Oakwood Cameron Highlands exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a five-star hotel, everything is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is excellent, and the room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, reliable hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, but it gets busy after 9:00 a.m., so arriving earlier is better. The internet is fast, although connecting several devices can require a little effort. The balcony offers a beautiful view and fresh mountain air. The location near the golf course is convenient, the restaurant is good, and the terrace on the 15th floor is outstanding. I have not enjoyed such a peaceful and pleasant hotel stay for a long time and would happily return.

wunderschöner Privatstrand und tolle Einrichtungen für meinen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt. schönes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. geräumiger Pool für Kinder etwas Verbesserungswürdiges beim Kundenservice: Ich habe darum gebeten, das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool im Erdgeschoss zu wechseln. Ich habe sogar angeboten, extra zu zahlen, da ich alleine reise und mich in dem Zimmer näher an der Lobby sicherer fühle. Ich verstehe, dass das Resort während der Schulferien möglicherweise stärker belegt ist, daher wurde das Angebot gemacht, den Zimmerpreis zu erhöhen. Mir wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass es sich bei diesen Zimmern um Zimmer mit Verbindungstür handelt und nur diejenigen dort untergebracht werden, die 2 Zimmer gebucht haben. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts nachgeprüft, es stimmte nicht und die meisten Zimmer dort waren leer. Ich weiß nicht, warum es ihnen so schwerfällt, meiner Bitte nachzukommen, da ich auf Anfrage klar darauf hingewiesen habe, den Preis (falls erforderlich) zu erhöhen.

Wenn Sie nach einem schönen Resort-Kurzurlaub suchen, um einfach abzuschalten und zu chillen, dann ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie. Es liegt auf einer privaten Seite der Insel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das kristallklare Wasser, den weichen Sand, aber mit vielen Felsen. Die Rückseite blickt auf den natürlichen Regenwald und die majestätischen Twin Peaks. Die Zimmer sind recht rustikal, aber sauber, was am wichtigsten ist. Wie in allen anderen Strandresorts liegt jedoch immer noch etwas Sand auf dem Boden und dem Bett. Die Toilette und die Dusche funktionieren gut. Meine Familie und ich hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl beim Essen, da das Resort nur ein Restaurant hat, aber das asiatische Essen ist ganz gut. Es gibt auch nicht viele Aktivitäten, es sei denn, Sie melden sich für einen Schnorchelausflug an, aber das ist ziemlich teuer und meine Tochter ist noch zu jung dafür. Aber ich habe die Natur, das Meer, den Sand und den Pool genossen. Einfach entspannen und abschalten.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

Excellence service apartment on Genting highlands.  High floor good view, prompt services from the front desk. Good amenities and shops at the first 3 floors to meet the needs of the families in terms of food, groceries, souvenir, massage for a relaxing trips, getaway. Covered link bridge up and down the highlands to the attractions.

Though we went in July , there was no rush but still Check in was time taking . Hotel is attached to the adventure area, mall, sky avenue (cable car) . So no cabs are required to reach adventure park. Only the breakfast was not included so we had to search for good breakfast options. We took room in the 1st tower which did not had the valley view but the front view from our room was amazing , & we loved getting up in the morning with a view of moving gondolas .

What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway.
