Sehr komfortables Bett und Kissen, Klimaanlage kalt, qualitativ hochwertige Toiletten, 2 große Tische für Arbeit. Zimmerservice-Team bemerkt, dass beide Wasserflaschen verbraucht werden, sie setzen mir 4 Flaschen, eine Initiative, die sehr geschätzt, sie sahen mich mit einem abnehmbaren Slips, gab 2 dicker und hochwertige abnehmbare Slips, Aber nicht alle Zimmerserviceteams werden das konsequent tun. Das Kleid ist gebrochen, das Fernsehen ist etwas zu klein, um im Bett zu sehen.

Erstmals auf diesem Resort bleiben. Zimmer ist sauber & hell. Großer Parkplatz mit Wächtern. Frühstück ist überraschend erstaunlich mit scharf gefrierter Hühnchen & eine angemessene Anzahl von Wahlen. Der Strand ist durch die Hintertür zugänglich, die durch die Zimmerzugangskarte gesichert ist. Der Schwimmbad ist nicht verfügbar, da das Hotel noch immer an der Modernisierung arbeitet. Insgesamt haben wir hier einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Althought Lexis is well-known resort with almost 20 years of being in the business, the overall stay and experience could be much better enjoyed if the hotel had renovated or at least done a deep cleaning with replacement of dirty or rusted items. Things like shower tile grout, creaky wood cabinets and rusted metal hangings and furnishment could have been replaced/scrubbed clean instead of replaced as to not lose its historical charm. Had expected a better experience with the amount I paid and the claim of the place being a 4-star resort. Also I thought my room came with a bathtub? The location had a large changing room in place instead.

I love the large compound, suitable for family with children to run around. Thisle also provides many additional water activities that we can join. Overall, the hotel feels a little bit old, but everything is clean and functioning.

Das Hotel ist im Vergleich zu meiner letzten Reise im Jahr 2020 ziemlich abgenutzt. Vermutlich wurde die grundlegende Wartung während des MCO nicht durchgeführt. Das Personal ist zwar höflich, aber sein Konversationsniveau in Englisch ist schlecht. In meinem Zimmer H151 gab es Probleme mit dem Abfluss der Toilette und ich musste zwei Mal das Wartungsteam anrufen, um es zu überprüfen und grundlegende Korrekturen vorzunehmen. Ich hoffe, sie blockieren das Zimmer OOO für bessere Reparaturarbeiten nach dem Auschecken.

Insgesamt sind Lage und Ausstattung gut. Die Umgebung ist schön, nur das Chalet ist schon alt und muss gewartet werden. Mein Zimmer hat 2 Waschbecken, eines davon ist kaputt und ich schicke eine WhatsApp an den PIC. Allerdings antworteten sie nicht und einige Steckdosen in meinem Zimmer waren ebenfalls unbrauchbar. Einige der Lichtschalter funktionierten nicht. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Ort für einen Kurzaufenthalt, wenn Sie außerhalb der Stadt entspannen möchten. Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäften.

We stayed two nights here and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. I wish it had slippers. The swimming pool was really nice too. The only downside was we got the room facing the road which I found a bit noisy since I'm sensitive to noise. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I stayed at the Premium Villa for a night and was impressed by how spacious it was. The villa featured two king-sized beds that could comfortably accommodate 5–8 people. However, the unit showed some signs of aging, with noticeable stains in several areas of the bathroom and a wardrobe lamp that wasn’t functioning. On the positive side, the breakfast and the view were superb. The buffet offered more than 30 dishes, covering a wide range of Malaysian, Indian, Chinese, and Western cuisines definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

The hotel is new and clean, and overall the stay was satisfactory. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. The soundproofing of the room was not very good. 2. The bathroom tap requires repair, and the water pressure is low, especially when flushing the toilet with thicker toilet paper. 3. The check-in process could be made smoother and more efficient.

Nice hotel for family trip. The rooms are spacious, and clean. The teluk kemang beach is just a walk away with many food stalls nearby. You can also rent the court to play pickle ball with your family.
