The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful scenery. However, the facilities are spread out across different areas of the mountain. In particular, the restaurants are mostly located downhill, and guests need to walk long distances using stairs or escalators. This layout is not very suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The male staff member who handled our check-in was clearly unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions or properly introduce the hotel facilities. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner, but when we asked which restaurant we should go to for meals, he simply told us to make a reservation online. When we explained that we were unable to do so and asked for his assistance, it turned out that he did not know how to use the system himself. He also did not seek help from his colleagues, resulting in a long delay. Eventually, he told us that only one restaurant accepted walk-in guests. After making our way down to that restaurant, the staff there informed us that dinner was not included at that location. Fortunately, the restaurant staff helped us by making a phone call and discovered that the hotel had already arranged our dinner reservation at a specific restaurant in advance. This made us question whether the check-in staff had provided incorrect or careless information. The breakfast arrangements were also very disappointing. The breakfast menu listed around ten options, but almost all of the Japanese-style breakfast slots were already fully booked. We had checked in at around 5:00 p.m., which made this situation even more unreasonable. Afterward, we noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding the hotel’s poor dining arrangements. The bathing area was visually appealing, but the amenities were very limited. There was no water dispenser, facial cleansing products, or skincare items provided—only a hair dryer. In summary, the hotel’s hardware and design are quite good and tasteful, but the service quality and overall management are extremely poor.

Es gibt einen Shuttlebus am Ausgang 1 des Bahnhofs Toba. Der Weg zum Hotel dauert etwa 13 bis 15 Minuten, ohne einen Bus zu nehmen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine heiße Quelle im Innenbereich und zwei heiße Quellen im Freien. Das Zimmer mit Gartenblick ist wunderschön Landschaft, Ruhe und guter Personalservice

Letztes Wochenende haben wir im Suzuka Circuit Hotel übernachtet – ein wahrgewordener Traum für jeden Rennfahrer! Die Zimmer bieten Blick auf die legendäre Rennstrecke, bequeme Betten und moderne Annehmlichkeiten. Das Frühstücksbuffet gab uns die nötige Energie für den Tag, und im hoteleigenen Spa konnten wir nach dem Rennstress wunderbar entspannen. Das Personal war schnell und freundlich, wie ein perfekt eingespieltes Boxenteam. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das WLAN war zu Stoßzeiten etwas langsam. Insgesamt 4,5 von 5 Sternen – ein unvergesslicher Motorsport-Urlaub erwartet euch!

Our stay at Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality that made us feel truly special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of Toba Bay. Waking up to the peaceful ocean scenery each morning was incredibly relaxing. The onsen was equally impressive—immaculately maintained, soothing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Every dish showcased the freshness of the local seafood and seasonal ingredients, with each course thoughtfully presented. Dining here wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our visit. You can genuinely feel the pride they take in providing outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for an authentic luxury ryokan experience with amazing food, stunning views, and unforgettable service, Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato is absolutely worth the visit. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning someday.

Die Lage war ein wenig weit entfernt, nicht viele Nahrungsmitteloptionen in der Nähe. Sie mussten nach der nächsten Stadt zu essen, wenn Sie nicht im Essenshall essen. Im Hügel Villa blieb und es war so lustig. Es gab einen Bug, der an dem Zimmer gebunden war, dass wir um das Hotel-Verein zu fahren, um zu erkunden, war super lustig. Sie haben auch eine ziemlich anständige Onsen (der ältere Teil des Hotels). Ich bin auf den neuen Pool aufgeregt und würde gerne wieder hier bleiben, wenn das Leben erlaubt. Villa war geräumig und ich liebe es so sehr. Super komfortable und es gibt einen Deck mit einem BBQ, Deck-Stühle für Kühlschrank, Vinylspieler, ein Teleskop für Sterne und es ist im Allgemeinen ein ganz runder angenehm Aufenthalt.

Die Geräte sind relativ rückständig, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und die Lage ist auch gut. Es ist sehr bequem, neben dem Parkplatz zu zahlen, und es kann auch in wenigen Minuten an der Station ankommen. Im Nachtflug, wohnt er nur eine Nacht. Es gibt keine besonderen Wolken in der Nähe.

During my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks. One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel. Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay. In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tunsimme itsemme todella tervetulleiksi, vaikka olimme läpi märkiä pyöräiltyämme 40 km vesisateessa. Hyvin pohjoismaalaisen oloinen sisustus. Valtavan siistiä ja kaikki näyttää uudelta. Omaa ravintolaa ei ole, mutta pikkupurtavaa on tarjolla ja ilmeisesti myös joku aamiaisboksi. Käytiin kuitenkin läheisessä ostoskeskuksessa hakemassa aamupalaa ja siellä olikin tarjolla jokaisen makuun ja halvalla. Ikävä tulee japanin kauppoja, kun tänään lähdemme takaisin Suomeen. Lähellä on myös Izakaja-ravintola, jossa kävimme illalla syömässä. Ruoka oli todella hyvää, palvelu ystävällistä ja myös englanninkielinen menu pienem etsinnän jälkeen löytyi.

Долго выбирала отель в Тобе - остановилась на Izumigo Hotel Altia Toba и не разочаровалась. Есть трансфер от/до станции Тоба. Снаружи здание очень красивое и необычное, внутри всё тоже весьма достойно. Номер нам достался слегка ”уставший”, но это с лихвой компенсировалось очень вкусными завтраками/ужинами (завтраки были европейские, ужины - кайсеки, в обоих случаях кормили ”на убой”), а также совершенно фантастическим видом с балкона.)) Онсен довольно просторный и приятный, есть сауна. В ротенбуро на улице не была, но такой вариант есть. Классно провели тут три дня!

Das Hotel ist leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber wenn Sie den Zug benutzen, ist es 30/40min durch Fuß oder Sie sollten auf einen Bus springen. In der Nähe gibt es Konbinis und ein Supermarkt, das super nützlich ist, wenn Sie im Hotel essen und die Mikrowelle nutzen möchten (da gibt es nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe). Das Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie auch ein privates Badezimmer kostenlos buchen, das ist großartig. Auf der Oberseite der üblichen Einrichtungen können Sie auch verschiedene Optionen für Shampoo und Klimageräte (z. B. eine für beschädigtes Haar, etc.) finden.
