Ein tolles Hostel in perfekter Lage, um die Aso-Region zu erkunden. Das Hostel ist wirklich schön, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt verlängert, als ich herausfand, dass man von Aso aus auch mit dem Bus zur Takachiho-Schlucht und zurück fahren kann (6.000 Yen hin und zurück). Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.

The breakfast was perfect. Workers were polite. BUT the room was moldy, smelled bad, disgusting. The picture can't show how disgusting it was.. it almost looks clean on my pictures sorry. It was really worst I asked for a better room that was actually better but still not good enough. Respect yourself and your health choose another hotel.

Der Ort ist relativ abgelegen, 😨😳 Ich glaube, man muss zuerst ein Auto nehmen, um dorthin zu gelangen. Es kommen viele Touristen ins Hotel und viele Reisegruppen sind gerade erst angekommen, so dass man nicht sehr früh einchecken kann, aber Es gibt einige Restaurants in der Nähe, die leicht zu erreichen sind 😋👍. Es gibt auch einige Kosmetikprodukte in der Nähe😀👍, die heißen Quellen sind relativ komfortabel😀, das Frühstücksessen ist durchschnittlich, die Umgebung des Zimmers bietet einen Blick auf den Berg Aso😀👏👏👍, aber insgesamt ist es OK🫰👍

Location is very good, walking distance to the shopping streets. We had everything we need from the amenities area. Breakfast is very good range, and most important YUMMY! The staffs at the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful too, they even helped my son (5yr old) with his drink he wants 🥰 We loved the bath, face and hand towels that are used in the hotel. They feel so soft to the skin!

Sehr geräumig, gutes Frühstück, von der 12. Etage aus kann man sogar die Burg Kumamoto sehen. Das große Gemeinschaftsbad war auch in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt gegenüber der Bushaltestelle. Ideal zum Einkaufen und Essengehen.

Pros- spacious villa, quality bedding and large private indoor onsen( see picture 13). We also like the public outdoor onsen in the sister ryokan nearby. There is a little cafe there you can buy drinks and coffee, run by an adorable old couple, very nice and polite. We spent a lot of time there just chilling and listening to the music. Cons- Living room: we were only able to book the western style villa as it’s a little last minute trip. The living room is basic, bland, with sofa, instead or tatami. Our room 512 is next to the car park. Parking lot in front of your main door is not very pleasant. Food : just soso. Nothing extraordinary. See picture. No horse sashimi, the presentation of the steak is really ordinary - disappointing. Perhaps because we had such an amazing meals in the previous ryokan this became a massive letdown. Dinner served in a large public dining room, lack of the privacy and intimacy ther ryokan provide ( we had private dining room in another ryokan 野之花during this trip). I got to see other couples but also feeling like we are being watched. Service- served by young people, not much attentiveness you would expect in traditional ryokan, lack of the warmth and ritual. Reception- 3 star at best. A basic room with uncomfortable chair while you wait to be checked in. We arrived around 2:30pm, and was told that check in can only start at 3pm, and please wait. So we sat at the hard chair and forced to watch the promotional video until 3pm. Conclusion - 3.5 star ryokan, not the most exciting or exclusive villa we have stayed. Maybe it would get better once the trees grow thicker and staff better trained. The sister Ryokan nearby has better feel of environment and feels more established.

Nachdem ich lange überlegt hatte, in welchem ​​Hotel ich in Kurokawa Onsen übernachten sollte, entschied ich mich schließlich für Kurokawaso, und diese Entscheidung war zweifellos die richtige. Das gesamte Layout des Hotels ist klassisch und elegant und sogar die klassische Musik, die in den öffentlichen Bereichen gespielt wird, ist passend zur Umgebung ausgewählt. Das Freibad ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht, sehr komfortabel. Zum Essen steht jeder Familie ein unabhängiger Privatraum mit viel Privatsphäre zur Verfügung und die Mahlzeiten sind exquisit und köstlich. Der Service ist sorgfältig und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Leute äußerst wohl fühlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Kumamoto und steht anderen beliebten Hotels in nichts nach. Der Preis ist auch sehr günstig. Es gibt drei Betten für drei Personen und im inneren Zimmer gibt es auch einen Schreibtisch, was sehr gut ist. Das Hotel ist auch sehr ruhig und sehr schön. Es ist auch fünf Gehminuten vom gegenüberliegenden Amu Plaza entfernt. An der Ecke des Hotels befindet sich auch eine Biccamera.

Es ist 25 Minuten zu Fuß von der Thermalquelle entfernt, aber es gibt ein Auto zum Abholen und Zurückbringen vom Hotel. Die Umgebung ist komfortabel und ruhig. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings verfügt das Zimmer über kein Badezimmer und es gibt kein heißes Wasser zum Waschen des Gesichts. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are in the best care. The hotel is a good distance from the train station and a short walk from downtown/stores so I would suggest it as an option for those with cars, but not impossible for those by train. They do offer free parking that is easy to find and right next to the hotel entrance. The team assisting does a great job accommodating you during check in, touring and explaining the space, for dinner, breakfast, getting information on the local attractions (Aso Mountain), and during check out. The building appears new but also very traditional. The dinner that is included is a multi dish feast that will leave you so satisfied with lots of local dishes. We stayed in a room with a private bath that was perfect but also had access to all the public/private baths that are also open to the public. The common areas are magical and have the perfect atmosphere you would expect. The only note is the room we had said garden view but it was mainly a view of the interior roofs, but the room itself is spacious, clean and airy so its easily forgiven. The beds are traditional style on the floor and are very clean and comfortable. I would highly suggest this place to anyone traveling in the area.
