We were two people staying 3 nights. We had breakfast and we were very happy with it (6:30-10:00, L.O 9:30). It didn’t change much during the stay, but it had a lot of options and it tasted good. The room was small. If you have suitcase it will be hard to open it up. We didn’t have suitcases, so for us it was no problem. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They have a manga library and coffe machine (15:00-22:00), and space with tables and chairs where you can e.g eat. They have laundry as well (10:00-22:00). It was cheep (washing 400 yen 30 min, dryer 100 yen 10 min). It was a standing washing machine (which I don’t really like) and we had a lot of laundry, so we went to another coin laundry 1 min walk from the hotel, which was good (washing 15 kg 30 min 800 yen, drying 10 min 100 yen). We didn’t use room cleaning, but every day we got a bag of towels on our door knob. It is around 10-15 min walk to the station. But it’s close to shopping streets and Iwaki park. It has a lot of restaurants close by. If you like all-you-can-drink there’s a lot of options close by as well. After check out we left our baggage for a couple of hours. It was no problem. The people at the hotel were very nice and polite. Overall we had a very nice stay at this hotel.

This is a highly recommended and convenient hotel right in Morioka. The location is perfect: it's situated directly across from the train station, easily accessible via the underground walkway. It's also near Kaiunbashi, one of Morioka's signature spots, offering a great scenic view. For ultimate convenience, there's a 7-Eleven located right on the ground floor of the hotel. Beyond the location, the staff are very nice and incredibly helpful. The lobby provides an impressive array of amenities, more generous than many hotels I've visited. The room size is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, meeting the excellent standards of the Daiwa Roynet brand.

Overall very good place but a little difficult to find without maps because the sign on the front is not very big nor well lit. also the main entrance is not where you expect it but below ground level.

⸻ The hotel is a bit dated and the room isn’t very spacious, but it was good value for the price I paid. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient—just a short walk from JR Morioka Station.

Overall, the room is standard in the typical Japanese hotel style. They provide an ergonomic pillow, but I didn’t like it very much. There was still some dust found around the headboard area. The in-room safe was not working, and no water was provided. However, the location is good—not far from the station. Free sachet creams are available, and the price is reasonable. I would recommend staying here.

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Bahnhof, ist aber unterirdisch erreichbar, sodass der Gepäcktransport mühsam ist. Das Gebäude ist neu und sauber, könnte aber besser gereinigt werden. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Frühstück bewertet wird, da es immer das gleiche Menü und wenig Abwechslung bietet.

Wenn Sie nicht mehr als 5 Minuten zu Fuß eine Lage wollen, dann ist dieses Hotel ein bisschen weit. Lage ist auch ziemlich weit von CVS und Supermärkten entfernt. Lage ein bisschen dunkel in der Nacht. Jedoch habe ich nur 3800 Yen für eine Nacht gezahlt, so dass keine Beschwerde überhaupt. Alle anderen Mindestanforderungen für einen sicheren Aufenthalt wurden erfüllt.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Allerdings muss der Zimmerservice verbessert werden. Unsere Gruppe von Menschen hat einige schlechte Erfahrungen. 1) Nach dem Tag nach dem Tag nach dem Tag ins Zimmer war eine gebrauchte Maske im Badezimmer verbleibt. Es gibt auch einen Tag ohne die Handtücher und wir mussten die Mitte Größe überbringen 2) die Tür des Zimmers meines Freundes blieb nach dem Reinigungsdienst offen (eine 3M Sticker mit なすし2 auf der Wand sticked). Glad there’s no missing items 3) ein anderes Zimmer, es war Blut und Harnstünst auf der Toilettedecke! Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann es ernst nehmen, da es die Marke der IHG und schlechte Kundenerfahrung wirklich ruiniert.
