Obwohl wir im März 2023 nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben, haben wir wunderbare Erinnerungen an den Aufenthalt und das kulinarische Erlebnis in diesem kleinen Juwel der Hilton-Kette. Ich bat Lijo um einen vegetarischen Burger für das Essen auf dem Zimmer. Sogar am Telefon war dieser Typ sehr höflich, aufmerksam und voller Energie. Der Burger war wirklich nicht von dieser Welt. Probieren Sie bitte diesen vegetarischen Curry-Burger, wenn Sie hier sind. Chefkoch Rajneesh hat diesen Burger kreiert und er verdient mein Kompliment. Zum Abendessen wurden wir von einem sehr höflichen und jungen *** Jayakarthick gut bedient. Der Restaurantleiter Vignesh machte seine Runde durch die Tische und es war sehr nett von ihm, sich nach unserem Essenserlebnis zu erkundigen. Wir hatten Meen Mulkittathu (Fischcurry) mit Appam bestellt. Es war für unseren Geschmack sehr scharf und wir bewerten es als eines der besten. Es wurde von Chefkoch Sanal zubereitet, der unser Kompliment verdient. Als Nachtisch bestellten wir Elaneer Payasam, das ebenfalls erstklassig war. Ich möchte mich auch bei Chefkoch Arun bedanken, der unsere genauen Anweisungen zum Essen sorgfältig befolgt hat. Herr Sarvanan war auch sehr aufmerksam und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Wir wurden von diesen Herren so gut betreut, dass unser Abend unvergesslich wurde. Vielen Dank an Hilton, dass Sie uns als Hilton Honors-Mitglied von sich aus 10 % Rabatt gewähren.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Located 2km form kovalom beach but can walk there Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

Ich hatte gestern einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und schuf eine wirklich komfortable Atmosphäre. Eine besondere Erwähnung für Sanika, die während meines Aufenthalts sehr Kundenfreundlich und aufmerksam war. Ihre Professionalität und warme Ansatz machten die Erfahrung noch besser. Ich habe auch die hervorragende Nachfolge des Hotels geschätzt, um sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos ging. Insgesamt ist ein wirklich angenehmer und zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt – hoch empfohlen!

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

We recently stayed at the O by Tamara. Excellent experience overall. Loved the personal and welcoming service from everyone and special mention to chef Vipin. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to the entire team.

Housekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed. The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar. In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

Das Hotel ist eine chique Lage, das Zimmer wurde im Hauptgebäude genommen. Schöne und gut konzipierte Gegend, das Personal ist willkommen, immer interessiert für unsere Wünsche. Der Pool ist klein, aber die Zimmer mit Gartenblick und Clubs haben ihre Pools, so waren wenige Menschen, ruhig war es möglich, auf der Lüge zu liegen. Ich mochte die besessenen Taxifahrer beim Eingang zum Hotel nicht. Ich nannte den Uber, so dass sie uns nicht von dem Fahrer holen lassen! Es war notwendig, ein wenig höher zu klettern (auf das Gokolam Hotel) und nur dort konnten wir in den Auto. Sehr unbehaglich, und für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ist nicht klar, warum sie die Parkplätze eines Taxis zulassen, fühlte sich nicht sicher! Beachten Sie, dass wenn Sie den Reiniger verwenden, der Fahrer nicht in der Lage sein, auf das Gebiet des Hotels und sogar zum Tor zu gehen, Sie müssen auf der Straße weiter gehen, nur dort können Sie im Auto sitzen, durch diese Mafia von Taxifahrern.
