Das Zimmer ist ok, obwohl ein wenig alt. Die Einrichtungen sind für ein Geschäftshotel ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist jedoch wegen Salz (im Laufe meiner Besuchszeit) ein wenig enttäuschend, aber die Atmosphäre für das Frühstück ist gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch für Straßen-Foodliebhaber gut.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der SKA Mall und der Living World ca. 15 Gehminuten. Das Personal war freundlich und untergebracht. Die Kontrolle im Prozess war schnell und sie erlaubten eine frühe Eincheckung. Das Zimmer war spotless, hatte einen schönen Blick (bedürftig, um einen höheren Boden zu beantragen), guter Wasserdruck, die AC war cool genug und das Bett war so komfortable. Das Frühstück bot eine Menge Sorte und anständig. Die einzige Seite war der Check-out-Prozess dauerte so lange. Hoffentlich werden sie den Check-out-Prozess verbessern und es schnell und bequem machen. Insgesamt, ein guter Aufenthalt.

Schöner Ort, in der Stadt Pekanbaru zu bleiben... Einfacher Zugang zu überall... Zimmer ist zu geräumig und komfortabel... Frühstücksmenü ist erstaunlich und lecker zu... Hoch empfohlen...

Vielleicht ist es notwendig, die Parkplätze zu verbessern, es ist besser, den Parkteilnehmer zu leiten, damit es bequemer und geeigneter ist, weil es viele Gäste, die mit verschiedenen Veranstaltungen kommen, und Parkplätze werden für nicht-zu bleibende Gäste bezahlt.

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.
