Had a great stay at Grand Central Premier Hotel! The room was very big, spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The facilities and amenities are also great. I especially appreciated the welcome drinks during check-in, a nice touch that made the experience feel more premium. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Location-wise, it’s very strategic. It’s within walking distance to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, it’s close to Deli Park Mall, one of the nicest shopping malls in the city, so food and shopping options are easily accessible.

Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend: Die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es auch viele Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Allerdings war es beim Frühstück ziemlich voll.

Unser 6 Nites Aufenthalt war wegen der harten Arbeit sauberer wie Ibu Rosmalia komfortabel. Das Buffet Frühstück war genug, aber es gab keine AC im Frühstücksbereich. Ich drehte in Schweiß. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihre AC. AC im Zimmer auch fühlte sich wie 28C obwohl es 16C erklärte. Ich möchte auch kommentieren - warum müssen Sie nur für IDR 5K kosten Grab für IDR ☹️☹️ nur um in ihren Kunden aufzuholen/zu fallen? ☹️☹️ Die Treiber sagen, Dantob ist das EINZEILIGE Hotel in der Zeit, dass sie bezahlen.. sogar 5 Sterne Hotel wie Marriot oder Adimulia nicht bezahlen. Der Kunde ist derjenige, der die Gebühr zahlen muss. Vorstellen Sie, wenn meine Familie aus geht und in 3X einen Tag ... das wäre 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 Tage = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖

amazing rooms with breathtaking views right at the top of the mountain. the weather temperature was very cold in the month of october therefore a light cardigan will be perfect to keep warm. the resort provides complimentary tours with a selection of activities at your comfort and some tours are available also for a small fee. all the attractions needs to be booked at the reception lobby.

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests via trip.com with an additional request for rooms with a connecting door. In the trip.com app, we intentionally correctly filled all the guest details for each rooms. Upon checkin, the hotel’s front desk said they cant accommodate the connecting room request because they say it was booked under different names. Sadly they used this opportunity to argue with us, printing out in front of ourselves with their printer on the front desk: 2 separate reservations under different names (Maybe since we intentionally filled those guest names correctly? But the contact number and email is still the same, no?). From it we briefly saw all details like the 2 different reservations numbers they used as the crucial evidence, and how our booking was routed through ******* (From this detail one could argue the request was lost through the flawed trip.com system. Yet the hotel could’ve investigated and be more proactive after seeing a reservation for one room asking for connecting doors??). I thought hotel guests checking in at night only wanted rest, not attending trial??? Although to be fair in the end they got us 2 connecting rooms, albeit at a low floor (after the unnecessary bargaining). They required Rp200K as deposit. Room was clean, with a very useful Korean brand smart tv. Functional hair dryer, good lighting, with an in-room safe, and a small fridge/chiller. Breakfast could’ve been better, but there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We got valet parking but didn’t pay for it, was it complimentary because of the limited parking space this hotel has, or did we get it as compensation/goodwill, we never knew (this was not explained at check in).

Das Grand Sakura Hotel ist eine annehmbare Budget-freundliche Option in Medan, vor allem angesichts des Preispunkts, aber das Gebäude zeigt seine Alter und könnte von Renovierungen profitieren. Das Zimmer war funktional, aber extrem datiert. Möbel und Ausstattung fühlen sich alt, und die allgemeine Atmosphäre fehlt der Frische, die viele Reisende heute erwarten würden. Das Fernsehen ist sehr grundlegender und mehrere Kanäle sind verwirrt, so dass die Unterhaltungserfahrung im Zimmer sehr begrenzt ist. Ein positiver Aspekt ist die Lobby, die gut dargestellt ist und einen angenehmen Szene hat, die einen guten ersten Eindruck bei der Ankunft schaffen. Leider geht die Erfahrung nicht ganz in andere Bereiche des Hotels fort. Das Frühstück war einer der schwächeren Punkte des Aufenthalts. Die Auswahl war minimal, und es gab nichts besonders erinnerebar oder standhaft unter den Angeboten. Es wird die Arbeit gemacht, aber nicht erwarten viel Sorte oder Qualität im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der gleichen Kategorie. Das Fitnesscenter war auch enttäuschend. Es ist im Grunde ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit rund fünf Geräten, von denen einige offenbar gebrochen oder schlecht gepflegt. Eine vollständige Fitnesscenter nennen würde eine Überstattung. Das Grand Sakura Hotel bietet insgesamt einen angemessenen Preis für Geld, wenn Sie einfach einen erschwinglichen Aufenthalt in Medan suchen. Mit einiger Renovierung und besserer Wartung seiner Einrichtungen könnte das Hotel jedoch die Gästeerfahrung erheblich verbessern und seine Marktposition besser rechtfertigen.

Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.

Very clean hotel, altho i don’t like the room design, but i love tje cleanliness, they have hood amenities and big resto. We love to spend pur morning enjoying their coffee shop. The front office staff are all friendly, the allow us to store out luggage before check in and after check out.
