Ich blieb hier mit meiner Mutter für eine Nacht, und wir waren beide sehr beeindruckt. Der Wert für Geld war ausgezeichnet, und das Zimmer überstieg eigentlich meine Erwartungenit sah sogar besser im realen Leben als in den Fotos. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick vom Fenster, und die Lage war perfekt: ruhig, nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das gleiche für Busshalte nach Chania. Das Zimmer war so freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass wir uns sehr begrüßen konnten. Es fühlte sich mehr als eine kleine Wohnung, komplett mit einer Küche und einem geräumigen Balkon, wo wir wirklich genossen, Zeit zu verbringen. Wir mögen es so sehr, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlängern wollten, aber leider waren die Zimmer bereits vollständig für unsere Termine reserviert. Insgesamt, eine wunderbare Erfahrung und ein Ort, den ich definitiv empfehlen würde.

Obwohl das Hotel am Meer liegt, liegt es in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs, des Flughafenbusbahnhofs, des archäologischen Museums, des Schlosses und der belebtesten Straße des 25. August. Wir sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar und haben uns entschieden Um in einem Familienzimmer zu übernachten, ist es sehr groß und bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker In einer alten Gegend gelegen, ist die Umgebung relativ eng und schmutzig, und da es Nebensaison ist, hat die oberste Etage des Hotels einen Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt zwei Hotels, Olive Green und Leagecy, in derselben Gegend und unter derselben Gruppe, ich möchte sie ausprobieren, wenn ich das nächste Mal zurückkomme.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. .

It was not peak season, maybe because of that staffs were not so prepared. I waited long time for the pick up from the reception to the hotel room, same for when I tried to ask for an umbrella and other information. Staffs seemed always busy talking on the phone or with each other. My door had some problems , you need some skills to open it, the shuttle bus driver spent five minutes opening it. Staffs in the restaurants were friendly, fairly speaking, the buffet restaurant was quite nice, catering diverse and delicious food. The seafood restaurant served a set menu, for which I held high expectations since I was only allowed to replace one buffet dinner for a la cart restaurant. Food itself was fair, albeit overseasoned( to me was too salty), and two or three dishes will be served at the same time and honestly they were not even hot. Room service was very efficient and the room was always clean. Private pool was nice, thought it was cold and windy now. So check the weather before going, sunny days and rainy ones are totally different experience. Hotel beach was beautiful, but again, I didn’t get my Paloma cocktail after waiting for half an hour. They provided interesting shows in the evening , I pitifully missed it but you need to have a look, performer are quite passionate. And about transportation, you can choose either hotel’s pickup that is expensive but convenient, or the local bus ( i chose KTEL, it’s very comfortable but please check the timetable on the website). This place is distant to everywhere, you can use a nearby supermarket that has everything at a fair price. If possible, you’d better rent a car, which could significantly improve your experience . I didn’t enjoy myself this time, somehow because of my personal affairs, hopefully you have a good time there!

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore Crete, The Royal Senses delivers on every front. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to nearby beaches, charming villages, and historical sites. The staff also went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assist with arranging excursions. Overall, The Royal Senses Hotel is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Cretan hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Crete. Das Hotel ist ziemlich sauber und modern. Wir fanden die Betten sehr bequem und die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Hafens war ziemlich praktisch. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit ein paar Stühlen, einem Arbeitsbereich, einer Kaffee-/Teestation, einem großen Fernseher und einem großen Badezimmer. Es gab im Zimmer genügend Steckdosen und viele Schalter mit Lichteinstellungen, um es genau richtig einzustellen. Wir schätzten den Balkon und die Aussicht, aber es fuhren jeden Abend einige Autos mit sehr lauter Musik vorbei. Die einzige größere Beschwerde, die wir hatten, war, dass die Dusche im Badezimmer unserer Zimmer sehr leicht leckte und der Boden in der Nähe der Toilette nass wurde. Das Frühstück im Hotel war ziemlich gut und umfasste eine Auswahl an kretischen Speisen wie Käse und Gebäck. Es gab auch frisches Rührei und eine sehr gute Wurst. Das Frühstück bot auch eine große Auswahl an eingelegten Früchten, die gut zum griechischen Joghurt passten, darunter Orangen, Kirschen, Trauben und Feigen. Wir fanden es gut, dass das Hotel in der Nähe des Central Parking günstige Parkplätze für 7 Euro pro Tag mit unbegrenzten Ein- und Ausfahrtsmöglichkeiten hatte, solange wir beim Einfahren einen Stempel bekamen. Das Hotel hatte auch ein Restaurant mit Zimmerservice und direkt gegenüber gab es ein beliebtes Café. Dieses Hotel war ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Kreta zu erkunden, mit einer günstigen Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens und der Preis war für uns sehr fair.

Aufgrund einer Verwechslung wurden wir kurzfristig in dieses Hotel umgebucht, was sich als gute Wahl herausstellte. Alle waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber zweckmäßig. Wegen Jetlag verpassten wir das Buffet, aber das war ok, wir hatten eine gute Lage und fanden in der Nähe ein tolles Lokal für eine Kaffee- und Gebäckkombination.
