The hotel location is good. Quite quick and convenient for checking in the hotel. However, the room was outdated with old carpet. The air condition was very old and so loud.

The room was cosy and clean and the staff were for the most part nice. However, one lady at the check in desk gave me some dirty looks simply because of my age and the fact that I got rained on before check in which I did not appreciate. Overall a nice stay however

Good hotel with good clean rooms. The decor can be improved when you compare it other with 4+ star hotels however this is fully compensated by the pool and wellness facilities available which are not offered by a number of other hotels in the area. It is well situated for visitors who want to visit cotsworld and other nearby towns which are mostly within 1 hour drive. The rates are very reasonable and offer good value for money.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und ist auch mit Auto mit Parkplatz im Hotel und in der Nähe zugänglich. Frühstück ist inbegriffen, das schön und gut ist. Der Aufenthalt ist komfortabel, da das Bett sauber ist. Guter Aufenthalt.

Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir hatten eine gute Nacht. Frühstück ist nicht die besten überkochten oder kalten Eier/ geschrotet Eier, ASDA wie Gewürze,... usw.

Our stay at this hotel left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. While I wouldn't go so far as to say avoid it entirely, I can't recommend it or see myself returning. The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding. Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.  The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting. These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments. In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay.

Beim Einchecken gab es Begrüßungsgetränke. Kinder konnten sich ebenfalls einen Snack und ein Getränk abholen. Der Service war gut, und wir werden in Zukunft wieder hier übernachten.

Ich würde nicht glauben, dass etwas schief gehen würde, wie bei einer Übernachtung in vielen Hotels, in denen ich übernachtet habe. Ich liebe das Einzigartige, das das Hotel ausstrahlt, sehr akzentuiert durch die Innentreppen, Wendungen und mehrere Korridore. Es kann ziemlich schwierig sein, wenn Sie schweres Gepäck haben, besonders wenn es mehr als ein Stück ist. Daumen hoch für Jamie (die Empfangsdame im Schichtdienst), da er eine große Hilfe war. Ich würde das komplette englische Frühstück verpassen, wenn ich länger als einen Tag bleiben würde, da es praktisch in Öl getränkt ist. Es gibt eine Druckpumpe im Badezimmer, die alle 20 Minuten ertönt und das das Einschlafen erschwert, da ich einen leichten Schlaf habe. Das Zimmer, das mir zugewiesen wurde, heizt sich auf, wenn die Sonne auf die Westfassade des Hotels trifft und es ist sehr unangenehm, wenn man das Zimmer nicht verlässt. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich hoffe, dass mein Feedback einige Anstöße zur Verbesserung gibt.

I remember watching the hotel being built and said I would never stay there! How wrong I was! It's so quiet and very convenient for everything. Good choice of food for breakfast, even gluten free! The staff were always polite and helpful, replenishing food as it was used. Choice of coffee/tea. Can fully recommend this hotel and would/will definitely stay there again! Our stay may have been coloured by the rainy weather because in sunnier times the views from the Leigh Park Hotel would have been even better. The train station to Bath from Bradford upon Avon is very walkable but it is downhill from the hotel (some very steep bits) nearly all the way and after a busy day in Bath we elected to get a taxi back the walk back up that hill would have put a downer on the day (and I normally do 4 mile runs twice a week, so I am pretty fit!) The room we had was really big, as was the bathroom. The shower was really powerful and got warm almost immediately. The staff were really friendly and the the ambience of the hotel was classy. The breakfast area looking out over the grounds was really nice and I'd definitely like to sit there and enjoy a drink on a summer's evening. I managed to charge my electric car with the type 2 charging station. Unfortunately, it only delivered 7 kW so I only managed a small top up. The hotel breakfast was self service but the containers that were holding the food failed to keep it particularly warm. That is something that could be improved. Also the breakfast choice could have been a little wider (e.g. no tomatoes were offered as part of the English Breakfast). Having said that the breakfast tasted good. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again.
