With a very warm welcome at check-in at usual, we had a great weekend for 5 families booking 5 rooms together at a very reasonable early bid price; the pool, jacuzzi, steam room were all great; and the dinner was wonderful too!

The location was perfect within walking distance from New Street Station, Sea life centre, Lego Discovery centre, Art gallery and museum. The check-in staff was super nice and friendly, we arrived earlier but they were happy for us to check in as our room was ready. The room was clean.

Es sieht alt aus und hat eine Vibe Vibe, aber die Zimmer sind geräumig und Sie erhalten Wert für Ihr Geld. Es ist nicht wie krampfte Zimmer in neu erbauten Hotels. Das Personal ist besonders hilfreich für die Leute am Rezeption, ich war da für meinen Abschluss und ich hatte ein bisschen spät zum checkout, während ich bereit war, und die Damen am Rezeption waren sehr verständlich und freundlich darüber.

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Wanderweite bis Bullring und die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants. Aber der Park ist ein wenig von einem Spaziergang durch einen nicht so schönen Bereich. Plus der nähere Park ist nicht 24 Stunden. Also eine Nacht nach einem Abendessen, das spät abgeschlossen war, verpasste ich die Schließzeit des Autoparks und musste auf dem Autopark, der weit entfernt ist, parken. Für die Sauberkeit ist das Zimmer im Allgemeinen sauber. Aber die Badehandtücher waren nicht sauber. Am Ende der 6 Nächte, die ich dort geblieben habe, hatte ich 3 Nächte für Ersatzhandtücher zu fragen, weil die neuen Handtücher in meinem Zimmer mit verschiedenen Farben auf sie gestellt haben.

Wir waren für ein paar Nächte in Birmingham und hatten uns vom Hotel leider mehr erhofft. Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig: Der Teppich war voller Flecken, in der Dusche und auf der Bettdecke waren Haare – das war wirklich unangenehm. Auch der Ausblick war alles andere als schön, unser Fenster zeigte direkt auf ein Schotterdach. Insgesamt wirkte vieles besser dargestellt, als es tatsächlich war. Für ein, zwei Nächte und mit kleinem Budget ist es gerade noch okay, aber wer ein bisschen mehr Komfort möchte, sollte lieber ein paar Euro mehr investieren und sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ich würde nicht nochmal wiederkommen.

I had a very pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Birmingham. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the city centre, public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a good bed and all the basic amenities needed for a short or long stay. The bathroom was tidy and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, B&B Hotel Birmingham provides a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future.

Great hotel. Large room, comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast although buffet-style had lots of options to choose from and even though it was busy didn’t feel crowded as lots of space to move around and get what you needed. Would stay again

Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von M42, kostenfreie Parkplätze, leichter Zugang zur Rezeption check in war einfache Aufzüge auf allen Etagen und das Zimmer war perfekt sauber und warm. Selbstservice für Frühstücksbuffet gute Vielfalt für jeden Geschmack. empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel für Freunde und Familie.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff is professional and friendly. Spacious bathroom and large comfortable bed. Toiletries quality is also noteworthy.
