The fabric of the building was a little worn and tired. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat in so can’t comment on that. Great variety of food available in the Wool Market, 3 minutes walk away.

DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City was exactly what I needed during my business trip. Comfortable, reliable, and quietly kind. Breakfast offered a good variety and the restaurant had a calm atmosphere that made mornings feel easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Very comfortable stay, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Bath robes are a nice touch. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits which you can top up from stations on each corridor. Breakfast was very good.

Was very nice! Wasn’t much to it but was perfect for a bed for the night and the price was perfect for what we got. Location was great, tram stop right outside. Loved it

Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by

Hotel was busy with a very loud wedding. My room was starting to look and feel dated. Was outstanding 8 years ago. now less than average. I feel a modernisation plan would help. biggest gripe was breakfast stopped at 10am on a Sunday. we went down at 09.30 and they where starting to clear away. I personally think 10.30 or 11am would be more customer focused on a weekend. However check out time is 11am. again too early. Just my thoughts.

Das Hotel liegt direkt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Das Personal ist professionell und hilfsbereit und willkommen, um den Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu machen. Das Gebäude selbst ist jedoch alt und schlecht in der Notwendigkeit einer vollständigen Modernisierung, um es an moderne Standards anzupassen. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber schränkig mit9h gefärbt, und die Fixierungen und Zubehör halten sich fest im 1970s. Das Bett war akzeptabel, aber die Frühmatrix trug Zeugen seiner Antiquitäten und sollte durch eine moderne Schaummatrix ersetzt werden.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We were very impressed with the service provided by the friendly & professional staff. The hotel building is beautiful, stylish and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely but be warned the breakfast room is quite snug when there is a busy period. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Really nice hotel for the price, the area is a bit dodgy but the staff was very helpful, near the city centre and train station so it's pretty convenient and there's a tram stop just 2 mins away. Overall pretty good
