Positives: The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout and there is a lovely outside seating area which accommodates both smokers and non smokers in separate areas. The gardens and hanging baskets are beautifully kept and enhance the environment around the pub and seating areas. A really pleasant place to enjoy an outside drink.  Breakfast at the hotel is amazing! Quality produce and huge portions. You certainly won’t go hungry here.  Our room looked recently refurbished and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Lovely bathroom and luxury shower with miniature toiletries provided.  Staff are very friendly and helpful and offered suggestions for places to visit locally.  Negatives:  Room was very small (standard double) with very little room to move around. The window was small and low to the ground making the room very dark. Could not leave the window open at night due to the noise of kitchen equipment/refrigeration units which was very loud so room got very warm in this recent hot weather.  Only one coat hanger provided on the hanging rail, could really do with a few more!  Although we had 2 large bath towels each (for a 3 night stay) there were no hand towels provided.  I was surprised to find that there was no cleaning of the room during our stay.  Bins were not emptied, bathroom not wiped over, towels not refreshed and tea/coffee /biscuits not re stocked.  Although we enjoyed our stay, in my opinion the room was overpriced  Our stay was Sun-Wed (3 nights) it was disappointing that the restaurant & bar closed at 5pm on Sunday with last orders for food at 3pm.  The restaurant was closed on Monday with the bar only open from 3pm to 8pm. Restaurant and bar was open on Tuesday evening. 

Unfortunately the lights in the room were all broken? Woke up and the lights didn't work. Checked key card but still not working. Staff friendly, breakfast was ok. The room was fairly clean but the skirting boards were dirty. Silicon job around the shower looks like it was applied using a gorillas leg. They hid the kettle on the cupboard, but what's with the missing Yorkshire tea (everyone knows this is a proper brew)... The bed was big enough for a fat guy like me... Sorry pressure on the night was nice and strong, but it was midnight when I checked in. The heating didn't reach the target 22 so I woke up cold and had to get under the covers. Sweet cured bacon was a new experience for me. Not my preferred choice but it was decent slabs. Coffee was good enough from the machine. The girl in the restaurant on the morning of 18/04 was friendly and professional. The breakfast was like a tenner included with room price and definitely worthwhile. Even at 15.95 it's a decent price. The fact the lights didn't work in the morning was definitely a disappointment.

We had the best experience staying at the property. Very clean and tidy. They even upgraded our rooms. Amazing receptionist, she gave us some recommendations for exploring. Well maintained swimming pool and sauna. Overall we had a good stay and will definitely visit again!

3 adults, stayed 2 nights in October. Room was great, clean, spacious and warm. Very comfy bed,, lovely shower. Sofa bed was already made up which was great as we arrived late after a very long drive. Only criticism was there were only 2 glasses and 2 cups in the room so had to go to reception for more which was down a long flight of stairs, no lift. Breakfast was ok, but confused by the price, advertised as £9.95 on the website but were charged £12 as told website hadn't been updated yet. Overall a perfect place for a few nights stay as price was the best around and very good location. Also reception area/bar is very well furnished and comfortable. Would stay again

Lovesgrove ist ein schöner Ort zum Aufenthalt. Mein Partner und ich wurden zu freundlichen und glücklichen Besitzern begrüßt, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machten. Wir kamen für eine Nacht für eine Hochzeit, konnten uns etwas früher als geplant prüfen und sie waren sehr bequem. Wir wurden in unserem Zimmer gezeigt - massive und geräumige Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die wir brauchten. Das Frühstück wurde mit großer Kundenservice serviert und wir konnten das Essen nicht fehlen, weil es nur richtig war, was wir brauchen, um unseren Tag zu beginnen. Debbie, David und Davids Tochter (mit Entschuldigungen, ich habe Ihren Namen vergessen) danke Ihnen für Ihre fantastische Service und wir freuen uns auf Ihren Aufenthalt wieder.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff both at the reception and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, and room had a kettle, iron with ironing board and extra bedding. The bathroom was very clean and had bathtub with the shower. The bathtub hot water worked properly but the shower stayed luckwarm. There are few options for breakfast but they do carter to vegans and the breakfast comes out very fast. The ladies serving breakfast are lovely and very helpful. Overall we were delightfully surprised and would definitely pick this hotel again.

Unser Zimmer war auf dem oberen Stock und war schön dekoriert und sehr sauber es waren 3 Erwachsene im Zimmer, aber es war sehr geräumig mit einem King-Size-Bett und einem anderen Bettsett, das in der Ecke und sehr komfortabel gemacht wurde. Es gab Ladungen von kleinen Extras wie Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer, Toiletten im Badezimmer und viele Teekaffee und Kuchen und sogar unser eigener Fan, der sehr warm war, da es am Wochenende sehr warm war. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und ich würde dieses Hotel für Lage und Komfort definitiv empfehlen

Große Lage. Essen beim Frühstück und Abendessen war ziemlich gut. Lage perfekt. Jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr klein und einige TLC benötigt. OK für Preis zu diesem Zeitpunkt des Jahres.

Stayed here for a short break to Saundersfoot and Tenby and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location is ideal, just an easy 8-minute drive into the heart of Saundersfoot. There’s plenty of free parking and the staff are welcoming and helpful. While the rooms have a slightly traditional feel, they’re clean and excellent value for money. Free breakfast is also a great bonus! Overall, a comfortable stay at a great price – I’d happily return!
