"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s rest. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, responding promptly to any requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. While most aspects met expectations, there is still room for improvement in certain areas, such as [service/amenities/breakfast variety — you can adjust this part if needed]. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfactory experience, and I would consider staying here again."

"Von dem Spaziergang zum Hotel bis zum Check-in wurde ich von angenehmem und schönem Personal, hilfreich und glücklich begrüßt. Im Bar für einen schnellen Getränk vor dem Abflug zum Zimmer blieb und die Bar und das Restaurant war sauber, warm und einladend. Es war schön, dass es von anderen im Hotel zum Abendessen verwendet wird.  Der Aufzug war nicht arbeiten, aber die Treppen auf meinem Stock waren kein Problem, ich reiste Licht. Das Zimmer, das ich reservierte, war ein Doppelzimmer, das für die eine Nacht, die ich geblieben war, sauber und komfortabel war. Perfekte Lage am Bahnhof und genügend nahe den Geschäften und Bars in der Stadt selbst."

"Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, und das Hotel war ruhig bei Nacht, so habe ich gut geschlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Gesamtaufenthalt war angenehmen. Ich würde mich freuen, in Zukunft wieder hier zu bleiben."

"The Grand is in the middle of an extensive refurbishment programme. I booked 4 room for 2 nights on each side of my daughter's graduation - which I explained to the hotel in advance, so we could have rooms close together to help with hairdressing etc. First the good - beautiful building with stunning original features within a contemporary refurbishment. Stunning public areas, easy parking (albeit the car park is v tatty). The BEST service staff - accommodated all our requests, gave my daughters free parking as a gift. Everyone was delightful, helpful and effective. The bar was superb, superb service and drinks. Breakfast was gorgeous - huge variety with quality ingredients, beautifully presented. The rooms were simple yet luxurious. V nicely appointed bathrooms, comfy bed, lovely shower products. The bad - two of us had to change rooms due to ineffective / not working aircon. Unfortunately, my room was worst with heat topping 33 degrees, even hotter when the hairdresser arrived. I GOT NO SLEEP due to the heat. My friend had already had her room changed before she arrived due to a maintenance issue but her new room had no aircon at all - worth knowing that 4 stars does not mean aircon in all rooms (only 50%) have it. After having to back up we were allocated new rooms. My friend's room was an upgraded one. Mine was not, but the aircon worked to a nearly acceptable level. That said, nothing close to the ”fridge” temperature my daughter / boyfriend and her brother, enjoyed. I spoke to the manager after breakfast as I checked out. He too was charming and completely accepted my complaint. In essence, the ”build” is still happening and he is reporting the snagging issues. Given dinestiv builds can be a nightmare, he did my sympathy as he is trying to coordinate this, much larger build, with people getting in the way. I would love to revisit in 6mths or so - as so much of what they are doing is fantastic - its just quite there yet...but it will be fabulous!"

"A little disappointed with no cleaning for our 3 days stay otherwise it was fine. Location is perfect, but parking isn't optimal."

"Gute Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war wunderschön. Unser Zimmer steht auf der besetzten Straße, so war es gut, wir hatten Ohrenschleifen 😁"

"Das Hotel ist relativ alt und veraltet, mit kleinen Zimmern und veralteter Ausstattung. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Es ist nicht bequem, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Ich habe wegen der kurzen Zeit nicht gefrühstückt. Ich kenne die Frühstückssituation nicht."

"Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und war sehr sauber. Es liegt direkt neben der Einkaufsstraße im Stadtzentrum von Leicester und ist daher ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Swan River ist in der Nähe, daher ist es dort relativ ruhig. Allerdings war die Auswahl beim Frühstück begrenzt und jeden Tag gleich. Insgesamt war es gut."
