The view from the windows is absolutely beautiful, overlooking the sea and the dramatic cliffs. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning scenery — truly breathtaking.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt innerhalb der Stadtmauern, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Abends kann man gemütlich spazieren gehen, und Canterbury ohne Touristenströme zeigt erst ihren wahren Charme als historische Stadt. Der Busbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort fährt die Linie 15 direkt nach Dover. Dort kann man die Burg und die berühmten weißen Klippen besichtigen. Der Eintritt zur Burg ist zwar teuer, aber es lohnt sich unbedingt! Ein Tagesausflug ist problemlos möglich. Das Essen in Canterbury ist leider teuer und nicht besonders gut. Die Trinkgelder in den Restaurants liegen zudem bei über 13%. Ich empfehle daher, in Dover zu essen. Im Stadtzentrum gibt es in der Einkaufsstraße ein chinesisches Take-away-Restaurant, das von einem älteren Herrn aus Hongkong betrieben wird. Es ist sauber, das Essen schmeckt gut und eine Portion Wantan-Nudeln kostet nur 7 Pfund. Das Frühstück im Hampton ist gut und bietet ein typisch englisches Frühstück, bei dem Kinder sogar ihre Waffeln selbst zubereiten können. Es ist solide und die Servicekräfte räumen schnell und fleißig ab. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, und es gibt sogar chinesischsprachige Mitarbeiter.

Ich war nicht viel von dem Hotel erwarten wir nur wegen der Notwendigkeit, irgendwo in der Nähe zu bleiben bei Port Lympne, aber ich werde nicht zurück, das Hotel braucht alle ein wenig Renovierungszimmer sind ein wenig datiert und der Pool/Space besonders eine massive Erfrischung Fliesen sehen präsent und Löcher in Wänden überall, es gab Staub auf unseren Betttisch plus die Möbel in den Schlafzimmern waren auch extrem datiert

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and they have Camden Town pale ale on draught at the bar, which is an excellent pint. Their pizzas are pretty good, too.

免費停車這點不錯，就停在前面院子裏。房間很難找，拖着箱子又是電梯，又是樓梯，轉了好幾道門。訂的家庭房，房間略小，設施有點陳舊。步行至坎特伯雷小鎮約15-20分鐘。

In general the hotel is very clean beautiful location. But as a light sleeper, I struggled as you can often hearing the banging doors. And the night I was there, I could hear a constant alarm noise throughout the night, which felt somebody forget their alarm clock somewhere. Had a really bad night!

This is an old building near the waterfront. The sounds of seagulls can be heard outside; great atmosphere!   The building itself has kind of claustrophobic feel to it. It has small rooms, low ceilings, narrow, winding stairways, and sloping floors. If open and airy is your preference, this is the wrong place.  But the staff are very capable and friendly. It’s a short walk from both the ferry port and the train station. Hope to visit again.

Das Hotel war wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Sehr sauber. Perfektes Frühstück. Wir gehen bald mit einigen Freunden zurück. Ich empfehle es 100%

Great hotel .large well equipped rooms . A bath in shower. Had 2 fans.ironn hairdryer and a fridge. 2 double beds in room. Plenty of tea and coffees. Large open reception area and reasonably priced restaurant. Great pool . jacuzzi.steam room and sauna with free towels.hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were friendly

gute Erfahrung, Personal ist schön, nahe dem Einkaufszentrum. aber ich würde die Parkplatzursache vermeiden, wenn ich am nächsten Tag zurückkomme, es gibt Milch auf dem Fenster, nicht sicher, ob sie von oben sind
