Wir blieben für 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und das Personal war freundlich. Ich bat um ein Zimmer mit einem Bad, das wir bekommen. Allerdings gab es kein Plug im Bad, so dass es nicht füllen würde. Die Rezeption war hilfreich, uns einen neuen Plug zu bekommen. Wir haben auch den Pool verwendet, der wunderschön und sehr sauber war. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung.

Die Lage und die Umgebung sind zu großartig und das Haus fühlt sich wie ein Schloss an. Ich mag es sehr. Der Waldpark ist immer noch einen Tag wert. Die Hotelumgebung ist erstklassig und es bietet definitiv ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Haus ist etwas kleiner, aber es ist das gleiche in Großbritannien.

Das Hotel ist gut, der Winter war es warm und der Sommer war, es braucht keine Klimaanlage (oder keine Klimaanlage), die Temperatur ist sehr unterschiedlich morgens und abends, es ist sehr teuer, die Kleidung zu verringern, die Stadt ist warm und heiß, das ist, dass der Zug nach London zu teuer ist

Da ich nicht selbstfahren bin, ist die Lage des Hotels etwas weit von der Southampton-Bahnstation entfernt. Der Bus des Hotels ist nur eine Stunde lang. Es ist etwas unkomfortabel, aber die Dekoration des Hotels entspricht vollkommen meinen Anforderungen. Es ist sehr historisch, dass die englische Architektur einen Pool hat. Das Frühstück ist in der alten englischen Welt sehr lustig, als der Anfang eines neuen Tages.

Dusty surfaces in room and bathroom, rusty bin. I use a wheelchair and the room was large enough to negotiate around and bathroom adequate but there was a ledge going into bathroom and going out of room which was a struggle for my wheelchair and some of the other doors along corridors also has bumps. I told front desk so hopefully they will sort this for next guests. We put card on door requesting breakfast in room about 10.30pm the night before but was not collected. They did, however, promptly provide breakfast when I rang reception and apologised and informed me she would report this. Overall there were parts that looked a little dated and in need of a bit more care and attention such as redecorating. We didn't see the whole building but I hope the function rooms for weddings etc are of a better standard, maybe someone can verify? The bed was comfy and plenty of spare pillows and towels. Breakfast was nice. Bedroom freezing when we entered, no radiator but they had a Dyson electric fan which heated up the room after a while. I would stay here again but I would ring first to check they had sorted the ledge to bathroom first.

The accommodations were excellent, and the provided amenities were satisfactory. Considering the price point, the value exceeded our expectations. Overall, the experience was highly positive.

Few niggles but fantastic stay overall especially the Spa service! Didn’t order food or try the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch! Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.

A lovely old hotel in the heart of the forest. Lyndhurst is a pretty village and well appointed. The breakfast at the hotel is good. The rooms smell fresh and nicely appointed. Parts of the hotel look a little tired, however the overall experience was very positive. The lady in the front desk really helped when something went wrong and something needed replacing.

Auf meine Bitte hin bekam ich ein zusätzliches Laken (zum Schlafen, da es so heiß war). Ruhiges Hotel trotz vieler Menschen, Bahnhof, West Quay und Stadtzentrum leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, aber eine Vorrichtung, die die Zimmertemperatur unabhängig vom Wetter konstant hält, was genauso gut funktioniert. Die Reinigungskräfte waren effizient und gründlich.

Ich mag die Verfügbarkeit von elektrischen Kesseln, da mein Mann immer heißes Wasser trinkt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Matrix ist nicht zu weich und komfortable Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön 🙏
