Service was excellent especially with the young ladies in the restaurant. Breakfast and evening Food was very good.

Kann nichts höher als erstaunlich sagen. Große Lage für Eden Projekt, Lanhydrock House und Looe. Wir hatten ein außergewöhnliches Wochenende. Personal geht gut oben und weiter, um Ihren Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu machen! Großes Zimmer. Immer sauber. Nicht zu teuer für Nahrungsmittel oder Getränke und Lebensmittel immer gut. Fantastisches Frühstück. In der Wahrheit ist es das Personal, das dieses Hotel am besten macht. Wer wird bald zurückkehren.

The Premier Inn suited our purpose but can’t say the same for restaurant next door!    Biggest complaint was the fact no toilet paper in disabled toilet!   Really embarrassing situation and the floor generally needed a good scrub.  Noticed mirrors in restaurant could do with a shine, table tops were sticky,  window ledges outside have obviously not been cleaned for months and skirting boards the same .  It generally needs a good overhaul.  Food nothing to write home about and very mediocre.  This sadly reflects on the   Premier and would think twice about staying again.  Sorry to be the bearer of this sad report but being honest l.

Breakfast was surprisingly large portions, good cooked quality. Cold buffet was limited. Service was a bit slow. Bed was very comfy. Good to have a window that opened and a fan in the bedroom. Had dinner in the restaurant first night and the chicken was delicious. TV channels in the room were limited depending on the weather. Good option for Penzance as a base then use the bus to get around.

Sie buchten das als Reise für meinen Freund und seine Frau. Sie beide genossen es und sagten gute Dinge.

The hotel itself was a great experience and we did enjoy the novelty of staying in the prison which I would recommend to anyone. Upon arrival we were welcome by the team but very basic information was given, leading to us missing a tour of the hotel which we were told was included in the price. The manager then offered for one of the team to do a later tour for just the two of us which was cut short, very awkward and definitely not worth the money paid for. If we had been advised of the tour with the bigger group when checking in we may have had a better experience. We decided to book dinner at the chapel to experience it as much as we could but dinner was poor. We had to wait for our table, 3 different people asked for our name before we sat down and then again a fourth person checked once we were sat down. With minimal staff on the service was poor to say the least and The burger ordered was pretty much raw, I did not finish it. Once we had finished no one came to ask if we wanted anything else or to look at a dessert menu. We left the restaurant with no one even there working! Not sure where the team had disappeared to. Breakfast was good and would recommend it.

St. Ives Bay ist ein großes Hotel mit Blick auf den Strand von Porthminister und die Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch mit etwas altmodischer Einrichtung. Bei meinem Besuch war der Aufzug defekt, sodass ein Zimmer im dritten Stock ziemlich weit weg war (aber wahrscheinlich ist es besser für meine Gesundheit, die Stufen zu nehmen!). Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, wenn Sie den Bahnhof von St. Ives benutzen, und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Zu den Einrichtungen des Hotels gehören eine Rezeption, eine Bar und ein großer Essbereich. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich ein Parkplatz (achten Sie auf die Vögel, die sich auf den Dachsparren ausruhen und auf die Autos kacken!). Das Hotel bietet ein Frühstücksbuffet, das sowohl kontinentale als auch englische Gerichte umfasst. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut – es sieht etwas altmodisch, heruntergekommen und abgenutzt aus, aber der Service ist gut und die Aussicht ist fabelhaft.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im OYO Newquay Beach Hotel wirklich genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war froh, dass ich aufgrund der hohen Auslastung ein Upgrade von einem Einzel- auf ein Doppelbettzimmer bekommen habe. Die Lage ist gut, da es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (ca. 5 Minuten) und 2 Minuten vom Meer entfernt ist. Ich habe das Essen im eleganten Restaurant genossen und fand den Service freundlich.

I'm not really sure where to start reviewing the Harbour Hotel in Fowey - part of me doesn't want to publicise how fantastic this place is! We really enjoyed our stay - we really didn't want to leave! The helpful and friendly staff (Karina on our last evening at dinner was particularly brilliant), excellent food (we had a cream tea, breakfasts and dinner) and a superb room with a stunning view over the bay. The hotel's position in Fowey is fantastic - allowing short walks to the centre, the harbour and walks - as well as having those jaw-dropping views from the bar/restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality and we'd love to come back and stay again!

Das Hotel war ein schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Spa-Landschaft und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war gut und wir wurden nett auf ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit erstaunlichen Aussichten upgradiert. Alles in allem, erstaunliche Wert für Geld.
