Stay here for a night but the service is beyond my expectations. I got a free upgrade to the larger room than what I've reserved with three beds, castle view through the window, they brought my luggage to the 3rd floor for free as well cause there's no lift in the hotel. Perfect, would recommend you to stay here!

Wir gingen zum Royal Hotel, ohne wirklich zu wissen, was zu erwarten ist.  Es ist mit einem schönen Gebäude eingerichtet. Die Architektur ist schön.  Das Hotel ist in einer seltsamen Weise ausgelegt, aber ich denke, das hilft dem Charakter. Sie gehen in den Boden, gehen Sie zwei Etagen auf die Rezeption. Es gibt eine kleine Bar, die kostenlose Tee und Kaffee bietet.  Die Schluck- und Lettuz-Treppe bietet Ihnen 20% Essensfreiheit, wenn Sie Ihre Schlüsselkarte zeigen.  Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und wissen über das lokale Gebiet.  Die Lage ist gut und weil wir im vierten Stock waren, konnten wir nicht den Lärm für die Straßen unten hören.  Das Zimmer war ok. Klimaanlage im Zimmer mit Tee und Kaffee.  Jetzt zwei große Punkte, die ich gerettet habe...! !!  1. Die Dusche! Lassen Sie mich Ihnen etwas sagen, das ist wie ich in einem Typhon sitzen, Cardiff hat eindeutig kein Problem mit seinem Wasserdruck!  2. Das Bett, es war luxuriös, ich konnte so gesunken und schlafen so gesund! Wir brauchen dieses Bett für unser Haus!

Amazing reception service for 24/7 hence need to submit keys every time u step out which is good as no stress of handling keys and loosing it ! Rooms are good cozy and comfortable . Good tv channels Tanle fan , hair dyrer , towels, provided Its a main highstreet with all restoaurants near by. So its ok opt for rooms without breakfast

Booked room with walk in shower and large bed. First room had interconnecting door shower over bath and double bed. Second offer of a room was a disabled room still with just double bed. Then found out that all rooms only have double bed with shower over bath. Staff were very helpful but didn’t tell us upfront so we wasted a lot of time. In fact we didn’t have enough time to eat before we had to leave for our event. So finally we had to have a snack at 11:30 when we returned. Even then we had to go out to get it as room service is only available via an app

很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。

2st mal hier bleiben. Check-in, aber mein Zimmer war nicht wirklich bereit noch!! So, habe kostenlose Upgrade n Frühstück für das. Sehr geschätzt. Große Lage mit beste Gastfreundschaft. Freundlich n hilfsbereites Personal. Geräumige n super sauberes Zimmer. Hat AC n Heizungssystem auch während dieser Wintersaison. Frisch n sauber Handtücher mit Körperschampo, Haarschampo n Klimaanlage bereitgestellt. Toiletten auf Anfrage verfügbar. Bestimmt mein zu gehen Hotel in Cardiff ...

Wifi in the room didn’t work I had to check twice with the reception but it didn’t work I had to go to the lobby to access wifi. Despite having allowed to check out at 1pm housekeeper still knocked on my door at 12pm. Receptionist gave wrong info about going to the city. They made mistake with my number of luggages. Very disappointed with this Marriott property

Comfortable and Modern Stay I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. Das Hotel war sehr hilfreich und freundlich, das Hotel ist direkt am Zentrum, einfacher Zugang zu Pubs und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war auch fabulös OMG ich wollte nicht nach Hause kommen. :( Ich hatte Zimmerservice, ich hatte Pasta Bolognaise, die blinkende Lust, ich wollte eine andere.
