Die Fläche ist sehr groß und die Küchenutensilien und sonstigen Geräte sind alle vorhanden, Gewürze oder ähnliches sind jedoch nicht vorhanden, aber für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt nicht notwendig. Alles in allem ist es großartig! Auch die Umgebung ist sehr sauber!

Wir haben das exzellente Zimmer gewählt, das Zimmer ist sehr erstaunlich und sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Bettwäsche ist sehr weich und das im Kühlschrank ist reichhaltig, wenn Sie es versäumen. Wenn Sie hart zu sagen, dass es ein wenig Unzulänglichkeiten hat, ist das Badezimmer alles weit von der Wäsche entfernt.

Ein Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnung, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer mit Würmern, mein Mann hat eine Nacht geschlafen und das Schlafsofa wurde ein wenig infiziert. Ich bin wegen einer Erkältung zwei Nächte lang eingeschlafen und habe mich mit schwerer Insektenstich-Dermatitis infiziert, was wirklich ärgerlich ist Die Hälfte meines rechten Gesichts ist voller Blasen und Narben, so deprimiert

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Staffs are kind and good at English so I didn't have any difficulty of communication. I recommend to buy a spa included ticket and enjoy the Finnish sauna. For the foods, you have to pay for the dinner buffet but the quality is really good. It was worth every penny. There was nothing inconvenient at all. If I had to pick one, there were no amenities in the bathroom only except soap.

Die Aurora-Kabinen sind fabulös! So ein magischer Ort, um die nördlichen Lichter direkt aus Ihrem Bett zu sehen! Aktivitäten (Huskies, Reindeer und Schneewagen) waren auch sehr bequem.

Direkt in der Nähe des Bushaltes vom Bahnhof Rovaniemi. Einchecken können erst nach 1500. Gepäckladen vorhanden. Familiezimmer ist gut für 3 Pax. Im neuen Gebäude mit brandneuen Zimmern (Stay Dec 2022) zugewiesen. Zimmerbedingungen super sauber. Nicht viel Zimmerausstattung. Sfety Box funktioniert nicht. Die Hausaufbewahrung hat dazu beigetragen, Extrabed zu setzen. Sehr effizient. In der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums. Einige chinesische/asiatische Restaurants. Die fast food Restaurants rund um die Ecke. Der Fluss kann nicht überquert werden, und die Aussicht war groß während der Sonnenaufgang. Das Hotel war in der Nähe von der Stadt. Das Frühstück war auch großartig. Lokales Essen verbreitet. Personal hilfreich und guter Service in Englisch. Empfohlenes Hotel zu bleiben!

Rooms are superb! Clean and good decoration. Breakfast are of high quality and provides a variety of choices. Staff are helpful. But parking costs 18 euros per night. Excellent location, just in the city centre. Shopping malls are 1 to 2 minutes' walk.
