Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des touristischen Zentrums Nati, etwa 150 m zu Fuß. Es ist das nächste Hotel, das die Stadt vom Szenario entfernt hat. Am Nachmittag des 3. August ging ich auf der Lattice und sah, wo ich die Plattform zu ändern habe, um mir die Reservierung zu ermöglichen, 10 Kilometer von der Tür der Landschaftszone entfernt, und ich konnte es nicht ertragen, das Haus mit Trip.com zu richten. Eines ist die Regierungsgrundlage, das ich glaube. Zweites ist so nah und es gibt leere Zimmer, das darf nicht verpasst werden. Das Ergebnis ist der Service sehr erstaunlich. Die Rezeption Roth und Dina sind sehr effizient und schnell, die Einstellung ist enthusiastisch und geduldig, ich habe meine Fensterlose kostenlos aktualisiert und mit Fenstern ausgestattet. Es waren zwei Frühstücksrollen, die sahen, dass ich mit einem Kind (Super-Alters) noch eine geliefert habe. Es ist wirklich zufrieden, das nächste Mal kommen wir wieder in dieses Haus.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und kompetent empfangen. Das Team beim Empfang gab uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge und war stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und optimal eingerichtet, angenehmes Bett, Sitzsofa und Tischchen, grosses TV-Gerät, sowie ein angenehmer, grosszügiger Arbeitsplatz am Fenster. Das perfekte Bad mit der Dusche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir könnten uns hier einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut vorstellen. Vom Emfpang, zum Frühstücksraum bis zum Zimmer, es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und mit Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal beim Frühstück, aber auch die Raumpflegerinnen sind immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Nach kurzer Distanz ist man am Aksu-River, da hat es verschiedene schöne Anlagen zum Flanieren und geniessen. Wenn wir wieder einmal in diese Region kommen werden, wir wissen, welches gepflegte Hotel wir buchen werden. 這次入住體驗真的超級驚喜，性價比和服務直接拉滿，真心強烈推薦！酒店最大的亮點就是免費接送機、接送站服務，全程免費省心，不用自己打車奔波，對於趕路出行的人來説太貼心、太方便了。 入住政策非常人性化，早上六點之後就可以辦理入住，我是坐過夜火車過來的，到站直接就能入住休息，不用苦苦等到下午入住，完美解決了旅途疲憊，這點真的特別加分。 餐飲方面也超出預期，免費自助早餐、晚餐全都有，菜品豐富乾淨，種類齊全，吃飽吃好完全沒問題，大大節省了吃飯的開銷和時間。 房間條件也非常不錯，空間寬敞通透，整體乾淨整潔、無異味，衞生細節做得特別到位。最讓人安心的是酒店配備一次性獨立浴巾，乾淨衞生、杜絕重複使用，住着特別放心。 全程工作人員服務態度都特別温柔耐心，有問題隨時迴應，待人熱情真誠。整體體驗無可挑剔，接送服務到位、還幫忙提行李，超級nice

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

對吃貨來説這家店可以用 “相當爽” 來形容，新鮮的歡迎水果，脆甜好吃（不愧是新疆）！！本地酸奶，濃郁口感超棒！！現磨咖啡，雀巢的，香氣撲面而來，慵懶帶點治癒！！ 還有還有早餐！！品種真的很豐富，熱菜、麪點、粥品、小吃、水果、廚娘明廚煎制的煎蛋、超多種配料的酸奶、烤麪包片、好多種的蛋糕，選擇好多多，完全不用湊合。我們就是早餐吃足吃飽，直接出發去那拉提景區，省去了早起在外找早餐的折騰，中午帶點乾糧在草原上遊玩，一整天都不用着急趕回來吃飯，行程安排得鬆弛又舒服，太適合進景區遊玩的節奏了。好的，這就是吃貨的全部開心內容哈哈！

Die letzte Station unserer Reise in Yili war dieses Hotel, und die Gesamterfahrung war recht gut. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich neu, und das Bett war sehr bequem. Handtücher und Badetücher waren Einwegartikel, was ein beruhigendes Gefühl gab. Die Umgebung ist insgesamt sehr schön, die Lobby duftete angenehm und das Zimmer war ruhig. In der Nähe befinden sich die Liuxing-Straße und das Museum. Unten gibt es viele Parkplätze, die aber oft voll sind, sodass es nicht immer einfach ist, einen Platz zu finden. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Beim Check-in und Check-out gab es kleine Geschenke. Der Mitternachtssnack-Service war sehr gut und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, obwohl einige Speisen fehlten, wenn man etwas später kam. Der Wäscheservice war hervorragend, es war eine große Hilfe, dass die Wäsche abgeholt und geliefert wurde.

Ich werde es immer wiederholen, Dank an unsere erstaunliche Landlady. Wenn Sie reisen, sind die Menschen, die die Reise erinnerebar machen, und sie hat sicherlich unsere Tage in Kashgar unvergesslich gemacht. Am Tag nach dem Abreisen wir waren sie schon vermisst. Das Hotel ist perfekt, Zimmer sind komfortabel, Betten sind schön, Sie fühlen sich wie zu Hause, und die Lage ist erstaunlich. (Und es gibt eine sehr freundliche Katze!)

Ein großes Lob an den Chef und das gesamte Personal für den herzlichen Service. Der Koch kommt aus Guang'an, was perfekt für meinen Sichuan-Gaumen war. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bedingungen für diese Gegend wirklich gut. Ich habe den Reitsport des Hotels und den Ausritt ins Flusstal genossen – es war toll, zum ersten Mal selbst zu reiten. Morgens gab es frische Milch und hausgemachtes Gebäck, das der Chef mir zum Probieren anbot – überraschend lecker!
