Ich habe das Wochenende in diesem Hotel verbracht. Der Blick in den Garten war einzigartig und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Manager Ge Rui an der Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und hat mir proaktiv ein Zimmer-Upgrade gegeben. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Lage war hervorragend, sodass man von dort aus bequem die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr guten Aufenthalt.

Mein Aufenthalt hier war einfach fantastisch! Alle Mitarbeiter waren professionell, höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente war sehr angenehm und einladend. Meine Butlerdame Vivian, äußerst serviceorientiert und detailverliebt, hat einen großartigen Job gemacht und meinen Aufenthalt im St. Regis auf ein ganz neues Niveau gehoben. Sie hat mich sogar einen Tag vor meiner Ankunft kontaktiert. Ich würde das St. Regis auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen und es meinen Freunden, die einen wirklich luxuriösen Aufenthalt suchen, wärmstens empfehlen!

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich in Tianjin bin, übernachte ich in diesem Hotel. Diesmal möchte ich besonders Elsa Zhang von der Rezeption loben. Sie war herausragend. Da wir in der Sommerzeit reisten und eine große Gruppe mit Senioren und Kindern waren, baten wir um Flussblickzimmer auf derselben Etage der Executive Lounge. Elsa half uns geduldig bei der Zimmerkoordination, schlug verschiedene Lösungen vor und arrangierte schließlich Flussblickzimmer in einem oberen Stockwerk für uns. Das Management der Happy Hour mit einfachen Mahlzeiten und des Frühstücks muss verbessert werden. Das Personal ist unzureichend besetzt und das Nachfüllen der Speisen erfolgt nicht rechtzeitig.

In Langfang habe ich nur im „Traum der Roten Kammer“ übernachtet. Da es in der Nähe von Tianjin liegt, war ich nur zwei Tage dort. Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es in der Nähe eines beliebten Frühstückslokals im Nordwesten liegt (obwohl ich es nicht mag). Es liegt tatsächlich sehr nah, direkt gegenüber. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich außerdem eine U-Bahn-Station, was die Anbindung sehr praktisch macht – das ist aber auch schon der einzige Vorteil. Ausstattung: Sehr alt. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für drei Personen gebucht, und die Aufteilung war seltsam. Im Badezimmer musste man in der Badewanne stehen, um zu duschen, und das Waschbecken war sehr klein. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab, obwohl wir noch nicht abreisen wollten. Während unserer zwei Tage dort waren es in Tianjin 30 Grad Celsius, und es war unglaublich heiß. Später wurden uns zwei Ventilatoren gebracht. Außerdem gab es keine Duschhauben, keine Waage, die Badetücher waren ziemlich alt, und der Kartenleser funktionierte nicht. Service: Okay, nichts Besonderes. Frühstück: Wenig Auswahl. Wir haben einige Spezialitäten aus Tianjin probiert, aber keine hat uns wirklich geschmeckt. Vielleicht haben wir die Gerichte selbst nicht richtig gewürzt oder es lag an etwas anderem. Insgesamt eher durchschnittlich.

Ruhige Nachbarschaft mit einer Handvoll Restaurants in der Nähe, darunter McDonald's. Zimmer ist sauber, Handtücher sind sanitiert und in Taschen versiegelt. Ein wenig durch den Verkehr, da es neben einer multi-Bahn-Autobahn ist, aber nicht laut. Die Einrichtungen sind grundlegende, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten MRT-Station, etwa 40 Minuten Zugfahrt zum Bahnhof Tianjin, direkte Linie 9. Ausgestaltet kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Gut für Übernachtung oder kurze Aufenthalte.

Ich bin im Tianjin Touristenhaus im Xinhua International Hotel, das allgemeine Gefühl ist sehr gut. Das Fenster des Zimmers ist sehr gut, die Stadtstraßen können Sie sehen, und die Nachtblicke sind auch schön. Die Hotel-Schutzmacherin hat sehr ernsthaft gedrückt und tagsüber wieder in das Zimmer gereinigt. Der Rezeptionservice ist sehr professionell und die Beratungsfragen können klar beantwortet werden.

Zunächst zum Check-in-Erlebnis: Für jemanden, der normalerweise nur in Luxushotels übernachtet, war es makellos und höchst zufriedenstellend. **Lage**: Wer Tianjin besucht, findet hier zweifellos die perfekte Unterkunft, da das Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen Tianjins entfernt ist. **Check-in-Bewertung**: Von dem Moment an, als wir eintraten, war jeder Aspekt äußerst zufriedenstellend: die Atmosphäre, der Geruch und das Ambiente der Lobby sowie die herzliche Einstellung des Personals. **Zimmerbewertung**: Als ich die Zimmertür öffnete, schien die Sonne herein, und in der Ferne ragten Hochhäuser empor. Ich brühte eine Kaffeekapsel auf, sank ins Bett, lehnte mich ans Kopfteil und schaltete den Fernseher mit Musik ein, deren Klang den Schlaf- und Badezimmerraum umhüllte. Abends, zurück im Hotel, bestellte ich einen kleinen Drink, sah mir die Silvesterfeierlichkeiten an und legte die Reisemüdigkeit ab. **Essensbewertung**: Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig genug. Meine Eltern genossen köstliche Wan-Tans, und die Kinder aßen leckere Desserts. Als ich mich für Kaffee anstellte, bot ein Mitarbeiter aktiv an, mir an einer anderen Maschine einen Kaffee zuzubereiten, der mit dem eines Cafés vergleichbar war, ganz anders als der eisgekühlte Americano aus einem Vollautomaten. Meine Frau und ich schrieben aktiv unsere Bewertung auf die Notizzettel im Zimmer. Ich schrieb, dass ich sehr zufrieden war, und sie schrieb, dass wir beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen würden. Frohes neues Jahr 2026. Diese Reise nach Tianjin wurde durch das Four Seasons Hotel noch perfekter!
