Hotels mit WLAN in Taiwan, China

Wir waren als eine Gruppe von zehn Personen in diesem Hotel, vor allem,weil es in anderen Hotels in der Nähe des Bahnhofs keine Kapazitäten zu einem guten Preis gab. Damit wäre die größte Stärke des Hotels genannt: Es liegt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof und ist nicht teuer. Sehr viel mehr lässt sich nicht positiv erwähnen. Die Rezeption war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Eintreffens überfordert und reagierte genervt und ungeduldig. Die Zimmer sind klein und fensterlos und haben eine unpraktische Stufe hinter dem Eingang. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung besteht darin, dass hunderte Koffer im Gang um die Rezeption stehen. Kurz: Wenn man ein knappes Budget hat, aber eine zentrale Lage wünscht,ist es eine Option, aber es ist wirklich kein Geheimtipp.

Als treuer Kunde und Mitglied des Mandarin Oriental Hotel möchte ich ganz ernsthaft zum Ausdruck bringen, dass ich von den Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen des Mandarin Oriental, Taipei äußerst enttäuscht bin. Als Erstes muss betont werden, dass die Lage des Hotels sehr günstig ist und die Suiten sehr geräumig und komfortabel sind. Aber jeden Morgen um 6 oder 7 Uhr werde ich von dem blendenden Sonnenlicht geweckt, das durch die Vorhänge scheint. Ich kann nicht glauben, dass die Vorhänge so sind ein 30 %iger Schattierungseffekt. Nach dem Auschecken und dem Rückflug nach Hongkong erhielt ich an diesem Abend tatsächlich eine Zahlungserinnerung per E-Mail vom Hotel, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass ich die Getränke in der Minibar verbraucht hatte und die Zahlung nachholen musste. Da das an diesem Tag passiert ist, bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass ich keinen Alkohol getrunken habe, aber wie kann ich das als Gast beweisen? Da kann man nur in endloses Gerangel verfallen. Daher kann ich nur sagen, dass ich von der chaotischen Führung dieses Hotels sehr schockiert und überrascht war, sofern nicht etwas Unerwartetes passiert, werde ich dieses Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Wenn man mit dem Aufzug runterfährt und links abbiegt, ist man direkt am Wanhua Bahnhof. Direkt gegenüber von FamilyMart ist ein Eingang, durch den man geradeaus zur MRT-Station gelangt. Zuerst dachte ich, die MRT-Station wäre nicht in der Nähe, aber sie ist tatsächlich sehr, sehr nah! Ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir wurden im 18. Stock untergebracht, was eine tolle Aussicht bietet. Außerdem war das Personal am Pool sehr freundlich! Neben dem Eingang zur Lobby gibt es auch einen kleinen Tisch für Essenslieferungen, was sehr praktisch ist. Ich frage mich, warum es kein Schild an der Tür gibt, das Gäste an die Außenseite hängen können, um dem Personal mitzuteilen, dass keine Zimmerreinigung gewünscht ist? Außerdem ist im Poolbereich eine Badekappe Pflicht, was verständlich ist! Aber eines Abends kam eine Gruppe von Mittel-/Oberschülern zum Schwimmen. Ein paar, die gut ausgerüstet waren, gingen zuerst rein und überredeten dann ihre Freunde, die keine Badehosen dabeihatten: Sie sagten, die Regeln besagten nur, dass man eine Badekappe tragen müsse, aber nichts über Badehosen! Sie diskutierten hin und her und kamen tatsächlich zu dem Schluss, dass nur eine Badekappe nötig sei und keine Badehose. Also sprangen einige von ihnen nur in Unterwäsche ins Wasser! (Und sie hatten sich nicht einmal abgeduscht!) Das war ekelhaft! Ich musste mein Kind schnell aus dem Wasser holen und ins Zimmer zurückbringen. Ihre Unterwäsche war dunkel, so dass das Personal es wahrscheinlich nicht bemerkt hat. Zudem ist die Badewanne sehr klein. Aus der Toilette kam ein ziemlich starker Geruch.

Das Hotel ist sehr geräumig und liegt etwas außerhalb der meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man kann aber bequem mit Uber oder Taxi zu anderen Orten fahren. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, verfügen über einen Whirlpool und sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Ich würde sogar sagen, es gibt einen Arbeitsbereich im Hotel mit über 300 Quadratfuß (ca. 28 Quadratmeter).

Near shilin station, and shilin night market. No has hotel sign board and reception,need find the door number 59. But can check in easy by online. Door excess using password. Still quite convenient. The room wall and window curtains a bit dirty. The toilet clean and nice.

Solides Hotel mit guter Lage. Der Garten mit Pool ist schön gewachsen, wobei die Holzliegen aber ziemlich hart sind und es keine beweglichen Sonnenschirme gegen zuviel Sonne gibt. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber recht gut in Stand gehalten. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Für Kinder gibt es viel Unterhaltung, für Erwachsene auch Billard. Anders als es den Anschein haben könnte, liegt das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand. Dafür muss eine vierspurige Straße überquert werden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Strand nicht zugänglich, weil die Treppe repariert wurde

Hotel is relative clean. Stayed in a single room with a semi double bed. Size is decent but didn’t realised it was behind the lifts, could hear the lift moving through out the day. The shower head position is pretty bad. It’s not on an angle it’s pretty much like spraying directly into your body. It would be great if they could address this. It’s 15 mins walk from the metro station so not closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Crawled out of the drain

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. [Lage] Sehr günstig gelegen. Nehmen Sie die Rolltreppe am Ausgang Y13 der Taipei Underground Mall; das Hotel befindet sich schräg gegenüber. [Ausstattung] Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Waschtrockner, ein Backofen, ein Bügeleisen, ein Induktionskochfeld und eine Bratpfanne. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl; einfach, aber sättigend und lecker. [Ambiente] Das Zimmer war sauber und es war ruhig. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung war praktisch und die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten waren flexibel. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. ✨Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Preis war angemessen, die Lage günstig und das Hotel sauber. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.✨

The room itself was very nice, big and clean. Bed was very comfy, assuming you manage to sleep. Location seems great for the station. It's about 700m walk down a straight quiet road, but unless you like listening to screeching trains, it's not great. The room isn't soundproofed well enough, and you can hear every southbound train coming in as they start braking right next to the hotel. The first one starts at 4:40am. I normally don't get up before 8am, but I was awake by 5am every day staying here. The hotel sells ear plugs, which seems rude given that they've been free in every other hotel I've stayed in that has a noise problem. And this one definitely has a noise problem. This place has no elevator, which isn't made clear on the listing. There are no cancellations, and it's only once you've paid and have no way of changing your mind they email you to say there's no lift. Carrying a 23kg suitcase up to the 5th floor isn't fun. Talking of which, after paying in full you get an email saying that your booking won't be held unless you also complete the registration process at least a day early. For this you need to add them on line just so an AI can respond to stupid premade buttons that take you to a browser inside line. Once you go through the process of registering, you get a QR code, or you would but you can't check in yet because it's too early, and you can't save the link because it's inside line. Clicking on the original link restarts the process again. I wasted an hour on this. When you get a QR code, it changes every 5 minutes, so you need your phone to get in. This means when you go out running you need to carry your phone instead of a small door card like every other hotel. Who knows what happens if your phone runs out of battery, I just you end up sleeping on a bench outside the station. Everything about the communications from this hotel seems like they want to rip you off. Arrive early? 500 NTD per hour early. Late check out? 500 NTD per hour. Forget to click checkout in line. Same, I guess. Warnings on the front door not to lock it or get another fine (how about don't let the door lock if you don't want it locked?) Extra toiletries? Also charged for, but with a passive aggressive sign saying you're being recorded so don't steal anything. Several other signs about charges for other things that I didn't bother trying to translate. Also, you're expected to change your shoes with slippers at the front door. OK, but there's no indication that they are clean. My room was a double, but I came down after the first night and the second pair had been taken..when I returned that night, some child sized slippers were there instead, and the next morning adult slippers. No idea if anyone wore my slippers while I was out, or if they'd been cleaned before or after I stayed. As well as the room not being soundproofed, the bathroom window has no curtain and the bathroom has a glass door. So once you've been woken by the trains, it's hard to get back to sleep as it's light by 6am. And the door to the room has glass panels, covered with black paper, but light shines around all the edges. The shower door doesn't meet at the side at the bottom, but there's a 1cm gap under the door anyway, so the first time you have a shower you discover you bathmat is soaked through and the extractor fan doesn't do much so it was wet every day afterwards. Overall, this room is perfect if you're catching an early train or like waking up really early.
