Das Hotel, das wir für unseren Familienurlaub gewählt hatten, war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Der Kundenservice-Manager und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sauber, warm und komfortabel. Die Außen-Thermalquelle war fantastisch und absolut empfehlenswert; die Kühle war unglaublich erfrischend. Die Zimmerausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein kleiner Tipp: Wenn Sie in der Hauptsaison einen Ausflug zum Changbai-Gebirge planen, sollten Sie unbedingt im Voraus ein Auto mieten oder selbst fahren!

Dieser Ort ist erstaunlich. Wir hatten einen Blick auf die Slopes so ein klares Plus. 😊 Die Einheit ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich. Best ist, dass Sie nur etwa 100m bis zur Gangstufe gehen können. Ich hatte eine Frage eine Nacht, als mein Zimmer mit Zigarettenrauch so viel gefüllt war, so dass wir mit den Balkontüren offen in sub-zero Temperaturen schlafen mussten. Als ich am nächsten Tag wiederkommen konnte, waren sie äußerst entschuldigt, und der Kundenservice kontaktierte mich, um mehr Informationen zu bitten, und sie schickten einen Fruchtplatte als Entschuldigung. Meine Kinder haben beschlossen, dass dies ihr zukünftiges Ziel für den Skifahren sein wird, weil es sich an der Bequemlichkeit und den Schneebedingungen orientiert. Eins, das uns alle verwirrte, aber es war nicht von dem Aufenthalt abhängig. Wir buchten eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das Zimmer mit den Zwillingsbetten schien das größere und bessere Badezimmer mit einem Badezimmer zu haben. Aber das Zimmer mit einem großen Bett hatte nur ein kleineres Badezimmer und Dusche. Nochmals, nichts von unserem Aufenthalt verpasste, aber wir waren wirklich über sie gefehlt.

Während meines Besuchs am Changbai-Berg hat mich das Blue View Hot Spring Hotel wirklich begeistert! Das Einchecken verlief schnell, und unsere Haushälterin Xinxin war herzlich und aufmerksam und erklärte uns ausführlich die Dienstleistungen des Hotels. Die heißen Quellen des Hotels waren ein echtes Highlight! Das Wasser aus den natürlichen heißen Quellen des Changbai-Bergs ist erstklassig, und der Rosenpool, der Rotweinpool und das Fischtherapiebecken bieten jeweils einen einzigartigen Charme. Das Hotel bietet außerdem hervorragende Annehmlichkeiten, darunter einen Shuttleservice zum Bahnhof des Hochgeschwindigkeitszugs.

SONG JIANG BONANZA WINNING HOTEL — From Smoke Signals to Sacred Silence Arrival & First Sniff This old dog finally flopped down in Jilin City, relieved to rest my paws at the grandly named Song Jiang Bonanza Winning Hotel. “Winning,” I thought—until my non-smoking room greeted me with a stale tobacco haze. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. Service: Der gutaussehende Mann namens Xiao Wang am Concierge war sehr aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Obwohl ich in der Nebensaison eincheckte, spürte ich immer noch die Begeisterung des Hotels Ich hoffe, dass ich das nächste Mal noch einmal die Chance habe, zum Changbai Mountain zu kommen!

Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

Ein besonderes Zimmer wurde gebucht. Da es sich herausstellte, war es ohne Fenster. Wünsche eine Ersetzung. Es wurde durch ein Fenster ersetzt, das auf der Wand mit Klimaanlagen, in einem Meter vom Fenster aus kommt. Diese Art von Zimmer ist in Ihrem Leben nicht gesehen. Clear before booking. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, neben dem Park, dem Fluss, der Bank. Sehr ruhiger Ort. Frühstück ist normal.

Brand new hotel that has a great modern design in an absolutely fantastic location right next to the pedestrian street and the main malls in Yanji. The beds are very good with high quality linens. Unfortunately the bored receptionists show very little enthusiasm if there is anyone to be found at the reception at all. The owner is very friendly when around. Housekeeping did not change the bedsheets during our 4 day stay. Hot water is provided through a private boiler system and lasts only 10 minutes maximum. Ctrio mentioned that our room included some free gifts of speciality coffee but those were never provided not mentioned I would stay again purely for the location, it's beautiful artsy interior design and very good bedding.

I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.
