Atendimento na recepção com boa cordialidade. Acomodações boas, para o proposto, viagem dr passagem. Localização ótima, ao lado da rodovia e de fácil localização e acesso.

Ich habe drei Nächte gelebt, zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sicher und neben einem großen Handelsplatz. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Gäste, die Serviceleute und die Rezeption sind sehr bescheiden und haben einen Verzug.

Local bem localizado, com uma estrutura agradável. Entretanto, na minha estadia tive um problema no quarto, no qual uma blusa sumiu. Tentei contato com a governança, abriram um chamado e não tive retorno do que poderia ter acontecido até então. Mesmo que seja uma blusa, com um valor simbólico, creio que se trate de uma questão de segurança grave.

Расположение отеля неплохое , отличные заведения рядом. Чайник в номере не работает. Таблички не беспокоить - нет. Сейф чтобы открыть нужно ждать техника , он был не исправен когда я прибыл . Светильник вырван. Персонал практически не говорит по Английский .

Das Ganze ist gut, sehr nah an das chinesische Restaurant, und es ist auch sehr bequem, neben dem Schnellrestaurant zu gehen und unten zu gehen. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und einen Pool auf dem Dach, der Pool ist zu kurz, es ist schwer zu sagen. Die Fitnessraumeinrichtungen sind immer noch viel. Waschen Sie Ihre Kleider, nicht teuer, nicht gekostet. Die Servicepersonal ist sehr nett. Die Chinesen fühlen sich sehr viel. Frühstück ist kein Gemüse, alle Arten von Brot, Tee, Eier, Tee, Kaffee. Umgebung: Die geografische Lage ist gut, es gibt viele lokale Restaurants um den Laden, das ist, dass die Tür vor dem Tiefenturm schwerer ist. Dienst: Das Serviceniveau ist sehr hoch, es gibt keinen Provokator.

As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, am Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto zu bleiben, und die Erfahrung war wirklich hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, nahe dem Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto Einkaufszentrum gelegen, das einen einfachen Zugang zu einer Vielzahl von Geschäften und Mahlzeiten bietet. Das Zimmer war geräumig, unglaublich sauber und mit modernen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich komfortabel, um einen ruhigen Schlaf der Nacht zu gewährleisten. Das Klimaanlage funktionierte ordnungsgemäß, was angesichts des heißen Klimas unerlässlich war. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die eine Vielzahl von frischen Früchten, Gemüse und lokalen Spezialitäten bietet. Das Personal war konsequent freundlich und aufmerksam, so dass ich mich während meines Aufenthalts begrüßt habe. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels, einschließlich des Dachpools und des Fitnesszentrums, wurden gut gepflegt und bieten hervorragende Möglichkeiten für Entspannung und Übung. Zusätzlich war der kostenlose Parkplatz eine bequeme Parkplätze. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass die Parkplätze während der Spitzenzeiten ein wenig überfüllt werden könnten, aber das hatte nicht erhebliche Auswirkungen auf meine Gesamterfahrung. Zusammenfassend bietet Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto außergewöhnliche Komfort, Top-Not-Bequemlichkeiten und eine hervorragende Lage. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der das Gebiet besucht.

The hotel is awesome considering the location and closeness to the airport, I chose it because I had an early morning flight, but it's too far from the center. Room is okay, some things are worn out, feels like there isn't much water pressure in the shower and it's not warm enough. Breakfast is amazing, but would love to see more vegetables and fruit choice. The only thing i'd like to complain about is service, hotel was pretty much empty when we stayed there, there was no welcoming bottles of water in the room, called the reception and asked to bring it over, they said they had ”no such service” and basically forced me to come downstairs myself... the next morning (as I ordered a taxi through the reception desk downstairs), I doubled checked with the lady, she confirmed that the taxi will arrive. Time has came, there's no cab, i'm fearing I will be late for my flight, went to her again, she didn't even bother checking if the driver is on the way or not and told me to wait. I decided to get an uber myself and was lucky to find a taxi at 6:20am in the morning. Also, it's upsetting to see them not even trying to speak english or other language to me. She was super stubborn and told me she can speak only Portuguese, on top of not making effort. Disappointing.

A basic hotel with basic service, basic breakfast, basic creature comforts at a very good price. My expectations were adjusted accordingly, so no disappointment there. The situation with the key cards for entry into rooms seriously needs to scrapped. It does not work. It puts an added load of stress on the front counter staff (who have to put up and work with the system,  in a hotel with a busy  flow of guests, because l suspect management won´t upgrade the door entry system to something little more modern. Poor attitude from management  for allowing this to happen, knowing what front line staff have to deal with and clearly knowing what guests have to ensure. It is extremely irritating to arrive at your room, only to go back down to reception to re-program the cards, sometimes with considerable wait times at both the reception queues and then again waiting for elevator, and then having to repeat the process a second , as has happened to me. It really builds up your blood pressure and makes you release a few profanities!  Upper management, l really hope you take heed of this feedback for everyone´s  sake. It´s 2025. Most hotels have stopped using this out-dated technology that's cheap and unreliable. High time to update.
