"Der größte Vorteil von diesem Hotel ist der kostenlose Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. Leider gibt es keine Wechselstube, wer also nach 21Uhr landed steht für die nächsten Stunden oder wie in unserem Fall noch länger ohne lokales Geld da. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das kingsize Bett dafür um so kleiner. Was wirklich störend war, waren einerseits die kleinen Insekten die überall im Zimmer umherliefen und die lauten Klimaanlagen entweder auf dem Balkon oder vom nahen Gebäude. Das Frühstück ist einem 3-Sterne Hotel angemessen, die Anzahl der Tische eher nicht. Wifi funktioniert, man muss sich aber jeden Tag neu einloggen. Dafür gibts keine internationalen, sprich englischen Sender im TV auf dem Zimmer (jedenfalls nicht bei uns). Und beim Duschen muss man einen Zeitmesser dabei haben, da das Wasser nach ca. 5min stetig an Temperatur verliert."

"Excellent. My kids love the pool and the playground. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room is spacious. We picked the grand deluxe and love it. Two toilets, how convenient. I heard there are connecting rooms between deluxe and grand deluxe. We are going to pick those when we come back. The staff is friendly. When i accidentally left my stuff after checked out, they helped me look for it and i easily could get it back without any hassle."

"Ich blieb hier kurz, nachdem ich einen Abendflug genommen hatte. Es ist eine Kaution von 50 $ zu hinterlegen. Ich bin zufrieden, abgesehen von der kleinen Unannehmlichkeit, dass Toilette und Duschraum gleichzeitig vorhanden sind."

"The Centrepoint is a historical hotel. Its very old and still operating. I had a huge room, everything was ok. Bed super comfy, bedding ok. Breakfast is incredible ! So many options!!! Staff are super Friendly and always helped me booking my taxi with Dart 🤗🙏🏽 the only thing didn't like is the old style. I prefer modern hotels. All the room and hotel is very old, and the AC is so cold. Even I put it in ”fan modus only” at 30°c and it was cold.... Otherwise nice stay."

"Staying anywhere, my main priority is a good night's sleep and thus the facilities required to deliver it. Jubilee excelled in this respect. Firstly, the Aircon was really effective and, sensitively, it was turned on for my arrival, so I was pre-chilled. A hard core turbo setting lowered my core temperature quickly enough to enter the land of nod without being turned on for a hard core hypnagogic preamble. Just as well, since I was exhausted after an interminable queue on arrival at the airport. Again, the hotel scores location points here, being a stone's throw from the airport, so the driver didn't have to 'cane it' to get me to reception..And, the driver was patiently waiting for me in the early hours with a name placard large and clear enough to be seen by the plane's captain. ( After midnight, transfer is not free but is only 20 $ BND and it was easily arranged with good messaging comms). Secondly, the bed itself was extremely comfortable and equipped with a welcoming threesome of voluptuous... pillows. Whoever conceived that the linen and towels should be immaculate deserves a place in the annals of housekeeping history. This high hygiene trend continued throughout, but , to be as balanced as the BBC, the room being 'well-thumbed' since the hotel's halcyon award-winning era, was showing a few signs of gentle scuffing. Nevertheless, it didn't detract from an overwhelming sense of functional cleanliness. Thirdly, the shower could go through the entire bearable temperature range, relaxing throbbing muscle and eliminating stiffness before bedtime; despite there being a tub there was nothing to shove in the hole, but wants to steep in their own filth anyway and a shower is more sustainable. Basics: kettle, fridge, lighting, bottled water and beverages all supplied and fine - soap and shampoo too, but bring your toothbrush. The restaurant has a wonderful array of delicious food and different cuisines at super reasonable prices - delicious. Back to location: apparently it's perfect in this respect, but I had to spend the day working online - WiFi is good.Last, but not least, the staff are incredibly amenable, friendly, polite and helpful."

"Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Alte Moschee und das Einkaufszentrum Yayasan sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass Sie sich um das Essen keine Sorgen machen müssen. Auf dem Boden befindet sich ein Trinkwassertank, sodass Sie ihn nicht kaufen müssen. Ich musste wegen eines Fluges früh am Morgen abreisen, konnte aber sofort ein DARTcar erwischen."

"Der Eingang ist wunderschön und Sie werden von mehreren sehr freundlichen und lächelnden Mitarbeitern begrüßt, die Ihren Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende angenehm gestalten. Es war toll, dass sie uns beim Einchecken Touren vorgestellt haben. Sie erkundigten sich sogar nach meinem Rückflug und dem Transport und waren mir bei allem, was ich brauchte, sehr behilflich. Die im Hotel verkauften Haferkekse waren köstlich. Sie bieten auch Verkostungen an. Alle Getränke und Snacks im Zimmer waren kostenlos."

"The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing."

"Wir wurden gleich nach Verlassen des Flughafens von einem freundlichen Fahrer abgeholt. Er organisierte ein Auto, das uns zum Hotel brachte. Die Rezeptionistin war herzlich und freundlich, richtete unser Zimmer ein und gab uns eine ausführliche Erklärung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer hatte auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die wir aber nur eine Nacht blieben und nicht nutzten. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der schwimmenden Häuser und der Omar-Ali-Saifuddin-Moschee. Ich bin besonders dankbar für die freundlichen und verantwortungsvollen Fahrer. Am Abend unserer Ankunft im Hotel setzten sie uns am Gadong-Nachtmarkt ab und holten uns wieder ab. Sie brachten uns auch zum Königspalast, den schwimmenden Häusern und dem Einkaufszentrum. Natürlich brachten sie uns auch zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sowohl abwechslungsreich als auch geschmacklich. Insgesamt fühlte ich mich wie zu Hause. Ich persönlich habe dieses Hotel sehr genossen und kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen."

"Nothing but 5 stars. Lets start with the location. Not very far from town as you can see from map. Neighbouring local kampung houses. Just below the hotel there is one fine restaurant that looks premium. Embun doesnt have many rooms, they gave me the room just behind the reception. Dont expect someone to man the counter, just press the bell and Mr Jimmy will come running. A superb friendly and attentivve gentleman. Room is very comfortable and very clean. Towel provided is clean. Water pressure and great with heater. It is very chilly in the morning if you aretakingt bath. Yes we are facing mangroove swamp and a nice huge river. Best part, TV is great with youtube. Apart from some board games at common hangout area, there is a pool at the back of the hotel facing the river. U cant really swim, just dip and enjoy the view. N Parking wise not an isue as there spaces for at least 9 cars. Now comes breakfast, not your usual hotel buffet, they served your breakfast personally with some nice omelette, local kuih and oranges. Very delicious. Will i come back again? Yes. Better than J Hotel which I frequent. Although embun doesnt have smart lighting and etc like J hotel where we uses a old school key to access our room, but the human side of Embun wins hands down. Love this hotel."
