"Alles war perfekt! Meine einzige Anmerkung betrifft einen ziemlich impulsiven Gast. Er hat mich während meines Aufenthalts zweimal als Rassisten beschimpft. Ich habe versucht, ihm zu erklären, dass das ganz offensichtlich nicht stimmte. Daher mein Rat: Sagen Sie NIEMALS „Mulatrat“ oder „multiethnisch“. Diese beiden Wörter sind absolute Tabus. Wenn Sie nicht beleidigt werden wollen, verwenden Sie sie nicht. Schade, denn abgesehen von der engstirnigen und paranoiden Art dieses jungen Mannes war alles perfekt. Viel Glück, falls Sie ihm jemals begegnen. Abgesehen von diesem Vorfall kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Die übrigen Angestellten sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt!"

"Nur eine Nacht blieb, als wir am nächsten Morgen einen früheren Flug hatten. Das Hotel ist direkt über dem Flughafen. Wir hatten ein Abendessen im Restaurant, das schmeckt und wir genossen die Vibe. Wir haben die Kaffeemaschine und die gekosteten Wassermaschine im Lobby wirklich geschätzt. Auch auf jedem Stock ist ein Wasserdispenser, der für uns super bequem war. Ich würde es Ihnen sicher empfehlen, wenn Sie morgens auf den Flughafen zu fahren."

"Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung. Die Toilette hat die ganze Nacht getropft. Die Tür konnte man von innen nicht mehr abschließen da kaputt, aber von außen kam man nicht rein. Beim Check In wurden wir auf ein Zimmer geschickt, wo bereits eine Person drin war. Aber es wurde uns unverzüglich weiter geholfen und wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Es war im ganzen ganz okay."

"Obwohl der Standort etwas abgelegen ist, gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, die für Leute geeignet sind, die ein eigenes Auto mieten. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber etwas kalt, da die Heizung bei unserem Besuch nicht funktionierte. Sie müssen beim Parken Ihres Autos an der Rezeption nach einem Passwort fragen."

It is a great functional choice, especially for those who are driving and need a comfortable place to stay for a night or two while on the move. Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience."

"Schöne Anlage, frische Luft, toller Service. Wir gingen ins Hotel, um das neue Jahr zu feiern. Wir wussten, dass das Hotel großartig ist. Aber wir wussten nicht, wie freundlich das Personal sein würde und wie toll die Anlage ist. Es waren nicht viele Menschen in der Nähe, daher gab es keinen Stress durch das Virus. Und wir konnten uns darauf konzentrieren, eine gute Zeit zu haben. Sehr empfehlenswert."

"Das Hotel ist sehr nett und die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber. Der einzige Nachteil ist die etwas abgelegene Lage. Dafür liegt es sehr nah am Flughafen und bietet einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hat geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet und uns bei der Orientierung geholfen. Für eine Übernachtung in Flughafennähe ist dieses Hotel eine ausgezeichnete Wahl."

"Ausgezeichnet und absolut empfehlenswert. Als Alleinreisender hat dieses Hotel meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos; das Zimmer war makellos. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und elegant, sodass ich mich sehr wohlfühlte. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und der Zimmerservice waren freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war zwar nicht die neueste, aber gut gepflegt und benutzerfreundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend, und ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen."

"We traveled with a car and need to go to Brussel Midi on next day to pick up someone. So the location is perfect! Only 10 min drive. And they offer secured parking in front of the building for free. Check-in only open for 4 hours. But the hotel and trip.com have clear introductions in advance, so it’s not an issue. Reception are friendly. Room has no AC but it cooled down after we opened the window. The only reason for low score is the bed and the pillow. There is some protection cover underneath the bed linen, which is hard and feels like plastic or PVC. It didn’t breathe. Lying on top of such thing, our back start to sweat. Our solution for this one night is to lie on top of the duvet, so we could stop sweating. The pillows were also not standard.. when touching it, the filling are little fluffy balls… something like a normal pillow filling after hundreds years the cotton or microfibres stick to each other forming those little balls. (See picture what was under pillow case) For one night stay it was basically okay. We all had shower (water pressure was brilliant). There was strong light outside our window. So we didn’t need to turn on room light."
