Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig am Flughafen Brüssel. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotelzimmer hat eine gute Größe und ist ruhig Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber nicht so schlimm. Frühstück ist ok. Für einen Stopover zu empfehlen.

This is a brand new property. The room was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the steak was pretty good! This hotel has growing pains. The hotel shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport despite making two calls to the hotel. They said it was due to road construction. BS, I had just driven a rental car from the hotel to the airport. I had to spend $20 on a 5km taxi ride. The next morning the shuttle left the hotel at 7:00 a.m. and was not going to make another run until 8:30 despite a schedule of running every half hour. Unacceptable. So for a very short stay, and that's what this hotel's purpose is, it did not meet our expectations at all. For a major hotel chain, this is well below expectations despite a nice room and a respectable restaurant.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Freundliches Personal und ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kinder bis einschließlich 17 Jahre übernachten und essen kostenlos auf einem Schlafsofa im Zimmer und haben gut geschlafen. Einziger Nachteil: Parken kostet 19 € pro Tag, es sei denn, man findet draußen einen Parkplatz.

Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung. Die Toilette hat die ganze Nacht getropft. Die Tür konnte man von innen nicht mehr abschließen da kaputt, aber von außen kam man nicht rein. Beim Check In wurden wir auf ein Zimmer geschickt, wo bereits eine Person drin war. Aber es wurde uns unverzüglich weiter geholfen und wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Es war im ganzen ganz okay.

Das Hotel liegt in Flughafennähe und ist daher eine gute Wahl für alle, die schnell zum oder vom Flughafen gelangen möchten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ansprechend.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pentahotel, Leuven. The ambience is retro chic on entry. The checking in & out processes were easy. I requested for a quiet room and it was honoured so I had a good rest on days I stayed in. The location is great, close to most of the sights and a good walking distance from others. I walked to and fro the tours but I could see the buses and lots of cyclists moving around. Customer service was great. Liza was really helpful and friendly. She was mostly at the reception and always had a smiling face when responding to questions/enquiries. My room was clean and since they have gone eco green, you only request for cleaning services when needed, which I think is a great way to reduce waste. The basics were available in my room but I would suggest adding a tiny vanity kit for emergency situations. Also, the discounted coins they give upon checking in for drinks at the bar or in the lounge was a nice touch. In summary, Pentahotel is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Leuven. I did.

Der größte Pluspunkt ist die fußläufige Nähe zum Flughafenterminal. Die Zimmer sind zudem recht geräumig. Der Service ist nicht außergewöhnlich, aber auch nicht mangelhaft, eher durchschnittlich. Allerdings bedarf es einiger Verbesserungen, insbesondere für ein Sheraton: - Der Fernseher war defekt (er schaltete sich nach wenigen Minuten spontan ab), - Die Duschgel- und Seifenflaschen waren praktisch leer, - Es gab nur ein kleines Handtuch pro Person, was für mehr als eine Dusche nicht ausreicht (z. B. wenn man sowohl abends als auch morgens duschen möchte), und - Die Annehmlichkeiten waren alle auf Anfrage erhältlich, obwohl praktisch nichts im Zimmerpreis enthalten war (und selbst wenn man an der Rezeption nach Artikeln fragte, die als inklusive aufgeführt waren, z. B. Bademäntel), wurde die Anfrage nicht unbedingt gestellt, was das Nachfragen ziemlich umständlich macht. Auch wenn der Preis angemessen ist, ist die günstige Lage wahrscheinlich der entscheidende Vorteil dieses Hotels.

We recently stayed at the ibis budget Leuven Centrum for a short work trip, and overall, it met our basic needs. The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient. Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day. Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage in Flughafennähe. Da mein Flug erst spät abends ankam, nahm ich ein Taxi. Am nächsten Tag nutzte ich den kostenlosen Hotelshuttle, um meinen Flug zu erreichen – sehr praktisch! Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung war ruhig und malerisch. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und aufmerksam, und auch die Reinigungskraft, die ich auf dem Flur traf, war sehr nett! Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.
